It figures.

On Tuesday the pro-Barack Obama super PAC Priorities USA unleashed a horrible ad that put blame on presumptive Republican nominee Mitt Romney for the death of a steel worker’s wife.

Joe Soptic, the former steel worker in the ad, blamed Mitt Romney for the death of his wife even though the steel plant he worked at closed after Romney left Bain. Mitt Romney left Bain 1999 to go work on the Winter Olympics. GST Steel went belly up in 2001. Soptic’s wife was diagnosed with cancer in 2006.
Only a crazy liberal would blame Romney for her death.

But there’s more…
CNN spoke to Joe Soptic, and found out that when he lost his GST job, his wife still was working and carried her own health insurance, which she then lost in 2002 or 2003 when an injury forced her to leave the job. She passed away in 2006.

  1. This is on CNN and many of the left watch them. Hope they are paying attention.

Speculation Grows That Obama May Drop Biden

    Desperation on both

  2. CNN spoke to Joe Soptic, and found out that when he lost his GST job, his wife still was working and carried her own health insurance, which she then lost in 2002 or 2003 when an injury forced her to leave the job.

It should be illegal and Obama won’t apologized, so, who will?

  3. Biden!

Looks like he is going to retire.

  4. or be replaced.

  5. And the Pro Obama Super PAC is run by someone who left Obama’s staff to run this Pro Obama Super PAC. (his name escapes me)

It looks like Harry Reid had a hand in making this ad.

“I’m Barack Obama and I approve of this lie”

  6. OT but not really

    Obama’s success schizophrenia

He implies that many wealthy peoples’ success makes them greedy—that they don’t pay their “fair share” in taxes. Yet he milks them for campaign contributions.

He insults the success of small business owners, saying, “If you’ve got a business, you didn’t build that. Somebody else made that happen.” Yet he leans on small business owners to build jobs and the economy (which would help his re-election).[.....]

It’s sad that Obama resorts to tarring so many business people as villains while cozying up to athletes and trying to ride on their heroics. It’s sad because the president himself has never been a real success in business or sports. But he feels free to denigrate or appropriate the success of others to divide or unite voters.

When it comes to success, Obama is a taker, not a maker.

For Obama, nothing succeeds like success—when he believes he can exploit others’ success for his own success.

  7. Obama’s campaign actually lying??!!

    That’s inconceivable!

  8. Hey Jim?

What I just did there, in my last comment?

It would be beyond cool if you would allow embedded videos (and images, for that matter) in comments.

I think they do that over at Flopping Aces, but it’s the admin (the very few with permissions) that allows and enables embeds on an individual basis, after checking them out.

  9. The guy that is running this Super PAC is Bill Burton.

Burton helped propel Barack Obama to the presidency as his 2008 campaign national press secretary, and then signed on as White House deputy press secretary. Burton helps craft the administration’s message, and often subs for press secretary Robert Gibbs at press briefings-much to the delight of the White House press corps.

The Super PAC is Priority USA Action.

  10. So, I lied!

It’s a gift. It’s like barking in the carnival. It may be sleazy, disgusting, and a reflection of my political party’s crappy shenanigans. But, it usually works!

My donor’s are idiots. They love lies. So, David Axelrod, tricks them into $38,800.00 per plate dinners. He takes away their forks and serves them chocolate covered turds for desert. It’s a real money maker. Ha-ha!

I don’t have time to help my donors. I have a campaign to run. I can’t be bothered with my donor’s problems. I have problems of my own. My campaign sucks. My job is on the line. I cannot answer any more of their questions. Good day.

  11. Manipulation and intend on winning through lies. I just don’t get it. Seriously, if Obama gets voted back into office, American Voters are asleep at the wheel.

This is the most important election in our History. Obama was so Historic according to the lame stream media, he had no record, as he cover his past up. Well, we need some fancy and expert reporting and Patriots to get the truth out there.

Obama will do anything to win and I would bet, well, stake a lot on the fact that one of the main reasons for his panic is because he doesn’t want to be ONE UPPED by President George W. Bush. And when Romney wins I do wish President Bush would speak out.

But, we will see. It may be best he keeps quite but what he would say. I do believe though, Romney will pick for his cabinet some top guns and some will have been in Bush’s administration.

  12. Well, well, well, look who else Bill Burton use to work under.

In the 2006 electoral cycle, Burton worked as communications director at the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee under the direction of Rep. Rahm Emanuel in a year when Democrats won a historic number of seats to retake the majority in the House.

    It’s a never ending cesspool.

  13. Zero understands that only people who are stupid, morally corrupt, and/or deluded will vote for him. He lies to keep feeding delusions and fool the stupid. He knows the morally corrupt are more likely to admire his deceit than hold it against him.

Once he gets the boot, maybe we will get lucky and he will disappear rather than bless an unappreciative country with another 2.5 months of his beneficence.

  14. Another trick of Obama’s OT?

    he’s probably knows his guy..

The Hypocrisy of Obama’s Bain Bundler

[As Katrina reports, Mitt Romney left Bain Capital in 1999 to manage the
Winter Olympics, two years before GST Steel declared bankruptcy. But
that hasn’t stopped President Obama from blaming him for the company’s
2001 collapse. In a new Obama campaign video, ex-steel workers criticize
Romney for being “out of touch” with the “average working person.” Left
unmentioned (and blameless) is Jonathan Lavine.

Lavine, according to the Los Angeles Times, is a top Obama bundler and
a managing director at Bain Capital. Lavine, who has raised over $100,000
for the president, was at the firm when GST Steel declared bankruptcy.
So according to the Obama team’s logic, Romney, who had left Bain, is
responsible for GST Steel’s demise, but Lavine, who was there, is not?
Expect to hear more about this connection.]
