Your Tax Dollars at Work… NPR Crank Says Romney’s Trip to Poland Was Racially Motivated

Your tax dollars at work… Paying for some NPR crank to call Romney a racist on public radio.
Cokie Roberts told the NPR audience that Mitt Romney’s trip to Poland was racially motivated.

You can listen for yourself here, but when Roberts was asked why Poland, the sole motive Roberts came up with is a racial one.
Ladies and gentlemen, I give you your tax dollars at work:LINDA WERTHEIMER, HOST: So today is Poland. Why is he stopping in Poland. What does he hope to accomplish with that?
Cokie Roberts: Well, I think part of it was a desire to portray President Obama as something of a wimp, and say he’s abandoned Eastern Europe. But look, you remember well the Reagan Democrats. Those ethnic white voters who had been Democrats for many years; turned out for Ronald Reagan, and have been fairly predictable Republicans since then. Now it’s a smaller percentage of the population — of the voting population — than it used to be, but white voters are still much more Republican than any other group in the electorate. They went for McCain in 2008 by 55%. And I think that getting those ethnic voters excited is really what Romney has in mind here. It’s more for the folks at home — the descendents of the people that he will be speaking to — in Poland.
As you can see, according to Roberts, Romney didn’t go to Poland to gain some foreign policy experience or to prepare himself to be president or to help differentiate between his values and those of our current president. No, it was all some dark, divisive, cynical, racial plan to suck up to us rural white bitter-clingers.
Yep, Romney went to Poland to blow a big racial dog-whistle.

I think that Obama was in the process of weakening Poland’s national defense capability and caught behind the scenes signaling the Russians that he’d be more compliant after the election. “Flexible,” as he put it can mean nothing other than capitulation and in the direction he prefers, which he’s demonstrated consistently throughout his reign.
It might be that Romney was reassuring Poland that we won’t abandon them. Seems kind of sad that we had a president apologizing for the US’s existence everywhere he went, now we actually need a president to apologize for the existence of the non-existent president (formerly known as the “One” hopefully to regain his title of “Zero” soon).
(In a week and a day, we will be three months away).

It was smart of Romney to go to Poland and meet with the country’s president and Lech Welesa, who is a national hero over there. Don’t forget Welesa and Reagan had a relationship based on mutual respect. I remember that Welesa came to America to pay his respects at Regan’s funeral.
Truthfully, who listens to the Orwellian NPR but fascists? After the election, Romney needs to pull the plug on it.
More to the point, who cares about what Cokie Roberts thinks? Her fascist brain decides Romney went to Poland, because he is a racist. I say her comment showcases a hate-filled personal ideology. The Poles suffered greatly under Communism, and I believe they were encouraged by the fact that an American running for POTUS took the time to visit them and talk to their President.
Obama’s foreign policies revolve around turning land over to the Islamic Fascists in groups like the Taliban and the Muslim Brotherhood. He and Cokie Roberts are part of the vast Left-wing conspiracy that endangers are country’s sovereignty on a daily basis.

Race had nothing to do with visiting Poland, it was a reassurance meeting. Since Obama tossed them under the bus. Mitt knows it is a wise man to work with all people from all races.
Obama panders to black people all the time, people he cares diddly about, and the media refuses to accept the truth. Shame on you Cokie, to bad you can’t be fair to ALL people.

Continuing on the effort to manufacture the narrative, NPR this morning advanced the bogus claims of the trip being a gaffe-plagued disaster. From recognizing the capital of Israel as the Israelis do, to his comment that the Olympics looked like they had some preparation issues (which is now realized as a gaffe only in its modest understatement), the piece was so disgraceful that reporter Shapiro should expect to have his name listed on the Obama campaign letterhead for this effort to save a failed executive.
