Team Obama Backtracks – Now Says Billions Spent on Green Projects Weren’t Meant to Create Jobs (Video)

For years the Obama Administration told us that the billions they were spending on green projects was meant to create permanent clean jobs.
This week they said that the projects were not meant to create jobs.

For the record… 80% of DOE dollars spent on the Department of Energy’s loan guarantee program for clean energy companies went to Obama backers. Nineteen green companies went belly-up after receiving Obama dollars.

And yet this administration wants you to believe that Mitt Romney is a felon for running a successful business at the same time he was rescuing the Salt Lake City Olympics.
It’s an Obama world.

During that conversation, the officials said, the officer allegedly said he would shoot the First Lady and then used his phone to retrieve a picture of the firearm he said he would use. It was not immediately clear what type of firearm was allegedly shown.

An officer overheard the alleged threat and reported it to a police lieutenant at the Division, who immediately notified superiors, the officials said.

“We received an allegation that inappropriate comments were made. We are currently investigating the nature of those comments,” D.C. police spokeswoman Gwendolyn Crump said in an e-mail. She declined to discuss the matter further.

We knew windmills about 900 years ago. Today it’s still just a wind mill. We knew that solar and wind could not be a viable source of energy. After decades of government subsidies and regulations the green movement supplies less than 2% of the nation’s energy.

Take the subsidies away and they wouldn’t just fail, they wouldn’t be attempted on a large scale. It’s not profitable or efficient.

Unfortunately Obama, the smartest man alive, only has a vague notion of how it’s all gonna work out really great. But that was a second concern for him, behind what to do with all that cash.

Obama campaign worker collapses at Chicago campaign HQ and later dies

President Barack Obama called his family to offer his condolences. Obama later consoled campaign staffers in a dial-in conference call on Friday afternoon.

Okrent worked in the campaign’s paid media department, which handled advertising for Obama’s re-election bid. He was a staffer for Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign and worked on his 2004 race for an Illinois Senate seat. Okrent also worked in a variety of other campaigns.

After he collapsed, Chicago paramedics were called to the Obama headquarters in the Prudential Building where he was given emergency treatment. Okrent was then taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Okrent was a graduate of Wesleyan University in Connecticut. He is about 29 years old and from Evanston.

Soledad O’Brien Thinks Obama — Not Governors — Should Get Credit for States With Low Unemployment

Soledad O’Brien apparently thinks President Obama should get the credit for states with low unemployment, as she pressed two Republican governors to admit on Friday’s Starting Point.

Interviewing Gov. Terry Branstad (R-Iowa), O’Brien mentioned his state’s low unemployment rate and asked “Do you think that the governors get the credit for that or shouldn’t President Obama get the credit for that?” She phrased the question as though Obama should not only receive some, but the whole of the credit for the state’s low unemployment.
