It’s Just Too Bad 71 Year-Old Samuel Williams Was Not at the Aurora Theater Last Night (Video)

Our prayers are with the families and shooting victims in Aurora, Colorado tonight.
It’s just too bad 71 year-old Samuel Williams was not at the Aurora Theater last night.

Last Friday night two masked men entered the Palms Internet Cafe around 10 p.m. One pointed a gun at customers while the other swung a baseball bat. 71 year-old Samuel Williams pulled a handgun and started shooting. He continued firing while the suspects fell over each other as they ran out the door.

It’s too bad Samuel was not there last night.

Then again, there’s kick to consider.

Admirable job, IMO. Care by pointing the weapon upward when not firing, constantly closing distance, firing even through the gap in the closing door.

And the way these thug Treyvons were jumping into and over each other makes me wonder whether the authorities found them by the stench of their urine and feces.

Funny you should post Samuel’s story tonight, Jim. I was thinking of him after reading oBama’s remarks on the tragic events in Aurora and thought that if, God forbid, fate had placed his children in the theater, they would’ve been surrounded by a cadre of ‘Samuels’ in the form of armed agents who would have surely reduced the number of casualties due to the fact they were armed..imagine that!

The good, the vigilant are all Samuel Williams. It is lack of assertiveness in exercising the right of self defense and preparation with firearms that is the tragedy here. The shooting itself was not a tragedy, it was an atrocity. There should have been several armed people at the very least in the theater, prepared to put this animal down quickly, whether it was legal to have firearms in there or not. The laws don’t matter to the animals, and they are immoral in restraining otherwise innocent people the capacity to adequately defend themselves and others as well. An assertive citizen will be prepared, the laws be damned.

“…Though Henderson said he doesn’t blame Williams for shooting, he takes exception with Williams shooting at him while he was down.

No evidence he was trying to hit them.

He probably wasn’t, at that point, having noticed the dark stains spreading on their shorts — in addition to what we could see in the video: both of them in complete and utter PANIC MODE.

He was probably shooting to keep them running at that point.
