   We had one in Malden, MA once that was ALWAYS “going out of business”. For ten years. For all I know, that’s the name of the store.

   when i was a teen, we had a Mirror Shop that had “going out of business
   sale” signs in it’s windows.. i’ve had four kids who have kids of their own
   who are having kids of their own, and i believe it may still have “going out
   of business” signs, will inquire of relatives and get back to you on that..

    If they are going out of business, it probably means the Obama campaign HQ is not paying their rent, it might be years before they get paid. I know what it is like to have deadbeat tenants.
