Days after an article in Newsweek magazine about their pro-life efforts, Personhood USA leaders Keith and Jennifer Mason saw their home vandalized by pro-abortion activists.
One News Now reported:
It’s apparent from two recent acts of violence that the personhood movement is infuriating some abortion advocates.
Just days after an article in a national news magazine about their pro-life efforts, Personhood USA leaders Keith and Jennifer Mason saw their home vandalized by pro-abortion activists. That first attack was against the home of the Masons and their three children in Colorado Springs.
Jennifer, who is pregnant, tells OneNewsNow that vandals threw a large rock through the front door.
“They broke the door and spray-painted everywhere [pictures of] coat hangers and things we didn’t want the kids to see,” she explains, “and just had scattered glass throughout our entire front floor, all over the children’s toys and things that we’d gotten for the new baby.”
The intrusion and vandalism came after a story about the Masons and the personhood movement in Newsweek Magazine. Someone obtained their home address and posted it in the comments section of the article, which was posted on The Daily Beast — the online home of Newsweek.
NewsBusters has more on the attack.
