Holder is just about the worst AG ever to have occupied that office. His most notorious act was to draft the pardon for Mark Rich, the greatest tax cheat in American history at the request of Bill Clinton who received $2,000,000 for his library from Mrs. Rich. Holder was the only attorney in the Dept. of Justice that would draft the pardon. It was an outrageous act by a very corrupt lawyer without regard for the law, the country and the taxpayer. It is amazing that he can defend the treasonous release of top secret information while defending Holder’s refusal to release non-top-secret information that is actually in the public interest.

Juan rarely says anything that can be considered sensible and uses the same schtick each time he is on Fox News. He gets out-debated by whatever conservative analyst he is up against and his only defense is to look incredulous and talk over his counterpart in hopes of going the distance. I’m a fan of O’Reilly but i wish that Bill wasnt so quick to give refuge to Juan after he was fired at NPR because now we are stuck with him.
