Attorney Michael Carvin, one of the lawyers arguing against ObamaCare in front of Supreme Court, told Megyn Kelly that a major fraud had been perpetrated on the American people. If Obamacare would have honestly been represented as the largest tax in history it never would have passed through Congress. Democrats kept this a secret from the American people. Chief Justice Roberts yesterday, in some bizarre twist of logic, decided that it was indeed a massive tax.
Americans, you’ve been had.

Megyn Kelly was on last night to discuss this with Laura Ingraham on The O’Reilly Factor.

All along it was just a big effing tax.

    The lies is not really dishonest if nobody was deceived, and nobody was. Just like nobody who’s been paying attention believes that Obamacare is going to reduce healthcare costs, and nobody believes Obamacare is really about healthcare. And nobody has any illusions that eventually, people are going to be euthanized, one way or the other, in the name of saving money.

    All of the arguments against this bloated overbearing law are still as valid today as they were during the so-called “debate” over the legislation. Fact is, it wasn’t a debate at all, and it wasn’t the result of any “negotiation” between Democrats and anybody else. In fact, the bill never was put to a final vote. It was “deemed” passed and Obama laid skidmarks rushing to put his signature on it.

    This is a terrible law that must be repealed. We still need a healthcare bill of some sort, but this pile of crap isn’t the answer. It’s nothing but an expensive spite fence that Democrats jammed down our throats.

    Deathcare 2010 is for now law. If we look ahead 20 years the leading cause of death among the aged and disabled will be lethal injection. Voting records will be used to determine if you get care. There will be no medical miracles anywhere in the world, let alone here. Remaining pharma companies will be run by the state. New drugs will be rare, if any. 90% of remaining doctors will be salaried employees of state run hopsitals. Doctor choice will not exist. All care will be rationed, based on the needs of the state. For every $2000 spent, only $50 of actual care will be provided. Lines will be long, suffering will be rampant, which brings us full circle to the first sentance.

    It doesn’t have to be this way, but now the time is short and the stakes are extraordinarily high. Will you stand against this outrage and save our land?

    Roberts ignored the LAW. Tax legislation has to come from the House; this is Senate legislation and thus cannot be a tax.

    The bill from the Senate was a shell bill in that they took a bill from the House, stripped it of its content, and inserted the Health Care bill. Voila! The bill originated in the House. Isn’t it lovely how that works?
