Democratic analyst Pat Caddell told Sean Hannity tonight that he definitively knows former political hack and current National Security Advisor Tom Donilon was the source of the White House security leaks.

Remember this is not any ordinary leak. This is as she (Senator Diane Feinstein) says putting American foreign policy and American lives in jeopardy. The New York Times’ review of Mr. (David) Sanger’s book by Thomas Ricks who is a one of the Pulitzer Prize winners of the Wall Street Journal and Washington Post defense experts. In his review in the New York Times he says, “And throughout Mr. Sanger has clearly enjoyed great access to senior White House officials most notably Tom Donilon. Mr. Donilon is effect the hero of the book in fact the chief commentator and records of events.” It’s all about this stuff. When Gates, when we had the disclosure of SEAL Team 6, Robert Gates went to the White House and told Tom Donilon, “I have a new communication strategy, you know what it is? Keep your effing mouth shut.” Tom Donilon is known for this. He is a political operative.

It looks like Tom Donilon has some explaining to do.

Caddell disclosed this information yesterday on the Victory Sessions.

  1. I wanted to hear Ann Squish Coulter’s remarks. I am sure she would of brought up RINO Christie again.

  2. This is the guy Gates told to STFU!! Glad to see he took the advice. Or maybe he’ll just take the FALLLLL!!!

didn’t se that before i posted..

was a bit distracted watching George & Laura
entertain the Queen of England on some PBS
    show.. :-)

  4. Tom Donilon?

Who the hell is he?And if it is true, why didn’t someone stop him after the first or second leak?

Sounds like a ruse to me,like he’s going to be the fall guy for a higher up.

So I guess if he’s fingered as the leak, the investigation will stop with him?
    My B.S. meter is pegging.

  5. “current National Security Advisor Tom Donilon was the source of the White House security leaks”

Oh yeah? On his own initiative and without advising his boss? As Gates is probably saying right now – not F. N. likely.

This Donilon guy is being offered up as some kind of hapless scapegoat to distract a credulous public and an adoring media.

    I don’t buy it for a second.

(If otherwise, then the White House must admit it left the country’s national security advisor without direction on this matter. At best, that’s management incompetence and at worse its malfeasance in office. Either way, the full responsibility for this falls directly on the president. Toast, anyone?)

why of course, i mean.. there is so much more they have
not revealed about the Nixon Watergate scandal.. /sarc/

  7. I think Scooter Libby should be named Special Prosecutor.

  8. There were multiple interviews and a president has great leeway in declassifying whatever he wants. This was a political campaign op and the guys and gals would have made sure that the secrets they dumped were declassified first. They are braen but not stupid. These were full out, sit down interviews with senior people.

  9. I think that the bottom line is that the President can declassify any national security secret that he wants to. Therefore, if the leaks were done at the direction of the President , no laws were broken, but the President looks bad for doing so for political purposes.

  10. I think we all know Choom-master Barry, the Pakalolo Kid, was behind this one.

  11. If you merely drive the get-away vehicle from a convenience mart robbery and one of your conspirators accidentally shoots and kills a worker or customer, you get felony murder and in some states, will be executed.

Willfully disclosing secrets that may have led to the loss of life of our military and intelligence agency service people, for the repugnant intent of gaining political publicity, especially when you’re a highly trained professional in the field and have gone through extensive education and attestation to a higher standard of conduct, should merit no less the penalty.

Fortunately, we have almost all of the Left media that demanded Scooter Libby’s head for a crime one of Colin Powells senior aides committed. I’m sure we should have no disagreement in pursuing a capital consequence should these facts be verified.

  12. The president CAN declassify, but the president DIDN’T declassify. That means classified information was leaked and that is against the law. The president is NOT above the law. He can not order someone to break the law.

  13. There was more than one…The one article claims to have quoted 36 people….

Sounds to me like the entire administration are leaking idiots

  14. If Tom Donilon is the leak and is known as one that leaks information why the hell is he anywhere near classified information? Looks like the designated fall guy so the investigation will be stopped before it gets to the truth. That is, if you can get the truth out of this administration.

  15. What ever happened to “the buck stops here”?

  16. With all the leaks that have taken place with virtually no reaction from Obama, I’d have hard time accepting he knew nothing about it, or either tacitly approved if not directed them. I suspect another commenter might be right & Donilan is getting set up for a fall
