Back in October 2007 Barack Obama promised as president he would make the United States defenseless.
“I’m the only major candidate who opposed this war from the beginning. And as president I will end it. Second, I will cut tens of billions of dollars in wasteful spending. I will cut investments in unproven missile defense systems. I will not weaponize space. I will slow our development of future combat systems. And I will institute an independent “Defense Priorities Board” to ensure that the Quadrennial Defense Review is not used to justify unnecessary spending. Third, I will set a goal of a world without nuclear weapons. To seek that goal, I will not develop new nuclear weapons; I will seek a global ban on the production of fissile material; and I will negotiate with Russia to take our ICBMs off hair-trigger alert, and to achieve deep cuts in our nuclear arsenals.”
Now Barack Obama is going to unilaterally cut US nukes.
The Obama Administration announced yesterday that the U.S. military – under Barack Obama’s orders – is going to seek to gut the U.S. nuclear arsenal to as few as just 1,000 warheads. This is sharply below what is required by the 2010 US-Russia Nuclear Arms Treaty, which called for cutting the US nuclear stockpile in half (to around 1,500) and received justified flak from the GOP, but still passed the Senate with 71 votes. Republicans were concerned then about what would happen with our existing stockpile. Now we know! Obama will voluntarily slash away at that, too.
It’s looking like “more flexibility” translates into selling out U.S. defense capabilities. Never mind that Obama’s move would push the US strategic posture back to levels not seen since the early 1950s. Never mind that Russia threatened last year to build up its nuclear strike capabilities; that China and other Asian countries are engaging in a nuclear arms race; that both former and current Strategic Command leaders have warned against cutting back on our investments in nuclear weapons. This decision plays straight to the Obama campaign’s base – and also plays right into Russia’s arms. President Obama promised Vladimir Putin that his administration would be “more flexible” with Russia. Who had any idea that “flexibility” would start so soon?

Now? he has been doing this for a while now. Are military will take months to get back on course, when Romney is president. That is exactly what seems to happen but this time worse because of Obama.
The mess we are left with when Democrats leave seems to be unnecessary work. But in this instance it will be a challenge for Romney.
So, Obama isn’t waiting until after elections, he is doing it now. He knows he is losing or close to it. That is Obama, bring America to its knees. Take us back to the 50′s. Destroy this nation defenses?
Obama said, he needs another term to finish his job. Oh, pray that Americans are awake and watching our country go down in flames.

President Barack Hussein Obama (Inept – Chicago-way) has crossed the Rubicon yet again. while the military can, indeed, interpret the illegal order and go slow, the Socialist-Maoist Obama intends to paint a huge bullseye on this country’s map. Then, we he skips out of the country on Nov 7, all his little dictator friends can play ‘Pin the tail on the Demodonk’ with their own nuclear arsenal.
Vote Impeachment NOW!

I will cut investments in unproven missile defense systems.
In other words, he wants to stop ANY kind of missile defense development, because basically, any missile defense system under a testing regimen in its development cycle is “unproven”.

Obama has made us vulnerable and this is scaring Americans. They are screaming at their TV’s. It is breath taking the damage he is doing. I don’t understand the leaders in Washington allowing this to happen. It is like you see a burning house and people inside screaming and you cannot do a thing but watch it burn.

congress need to stop funding anything obama proposes. He is crazy. Congress is as crazy as he is if they allow him to destroy america. He knows he has no chance of winning the election, like hitler he rather destroy his own country. The russians had a scorch earth policy when the germans overran its citys, but they did it to save themselves and continue the fight. We are doing to destroy ourselves.
We need more nukes, bigger more powerful nukes. The planet is a very dangerous place.

That was obvious from the beginning.
If we are stupid enough to elect him again we deserve what we get.
But then there is Holder’s voting fraud scheme….

This is the part of the Obama policy that Putin likes. He’ll play any little game with the press that Obama wants, for the sake of getting rid of those nukes.

Sen. Ayotte on ‘one of great threats to our national security that you haven’t heard of’ [VIDEO]
New Hampshire Republican Sen. Kelly Ayotte says the more than $500 billion in automatic Defense cuts — set to go into effect in 2013 as result of the super committee’s failure — is perhaps the greatest threat to America that most Americans haven’t heard of.
“I actually call sequestration one of the great threats to our national security that you haven’t heard of,” Ayotte told The Daily Caller during an extensive interview in her Washington office.
“It would be like shooting ourselves in the head, is what the secretary of defense has said.”
The Budget Control Act of 2011, which allowed the president to raise the debt limit, created a debt super committee of Democrats and Republicans to find a way to reduce the projected deficit by $1.5 trillion over 10 years. As an incentive for the committee to act, the bill provided $1.2 trillion in automatic cuts to go into effect if the super committee failed to come to an agreement and pass it through Congress. The cuts were to be split evenly between security and non-security spending.
Since the super committee failed to come to an agreement, the Department of Defense now faces the specter of between $500-600 billion in cuts over the next 10 years, starting in 2013. These cuts are in addition to the nearly $500 billion in Defense Department cuts already planned for over the next 10 years. Ayotte, who is the ranking member of the Senate Armed Services subcommittee on readiness and military support, said she has heard from top military officials that this would be catastrophic to America’s national security.
“The Marine Corps assistant commandant has said that the Marine Corps would be unable to respond fully to one major contingency,” Ayotte told TheDC. “Can you imagine? And so that’s why I’m so worried about it … we’re taking disproportionate cuts to our defense. You know why? Because we won’t take on the big picture fiscal issues.”
Asked to respond to critics who say that the U.S. already spends as much or more on defense as every country in the world combined, and that it could therefore afford to reduce the defense budget by $100 billion a year, Ayotte said that view neglects to consider the threats America currently faces.

“Ronald Reagan would be appalled because this country, when we are strong, the world is safe,” she said.
“And we deal with the bullies around the world. The risks to our country have not been diminished. We’re still in a war in Afghanistan. We have Iran trying to acquire the capability of a nuclear weapon … We’ve got North Korea with nuclear weapons. And China is investing more in its navy. So let’s talk about the risks to our country in making sure that we’re safe.”
Ayotte detailed what the effects of cutting $100 billion dollars a year from the defense budget would mean: ”We will have the smallest Navy since 1915, the smallest ground forces since 1940 pre-World War II, and we will have the smallest Air Force in the history of our country.”

Made deterrent patrols in the Eighties, when we were still nose-to-nose with the Soviet Union. Fire Control (targeting) for 16 MIRV Poseidons/Trident 1′s. Hated it, hated that it was necessary. Our job was both unnoticed and transparent, but the Bad Guys knew all too well the potential havoc we represented. Kept’em honest.
This rank-amateur tree-hugging amnesty-international dope-smoking peacenik knows nothing of national defense and the sacrifices made daily to keep this country free, but he readily recognizes the potential windfall of gutting DoD; frees up a ton of cash for vote-buying/creation. To say nothing of just rewards to union hacks…

GOP lawmaker’s bill would block Obama deportation policy
“The White House decree is bad for America,” said Rep. Mo Brooks (R-Ala.). “It is unconscionable for the White House to pit unemployed Americans against illegal aliens in a competition for scarce jobs.”
“It would be nice if the president was as concerned about the 23 million Americans looking for work in America as he is about the 12 million undocumented individuals the president claims are looking for work in America,” Rep. Ted Poe (R-Texas) added.

Obama is scary because he acts on his beliefs and his is always opposite from what is good for America.
