Yep. Scott Walker sure learned his lesson last night, didn’t he?

Governor Scott Walker was sent a strong message last night. He won by a 7 point margin. In 2010 he only won by a 5 point margin. (Yahoo)

The Obama Campaign sent this message to supporters following last night’s thumping.

“While tonight’s outcome was not what we had hoped for – no one can dispute the strong message sent to Governor Walker. Hundreds of thousands of Wisconsinites from all walks of life took a stand against the politics of division and against the flood of secret and corporate money spent on behalf of Scott Walker, which amounted to a massive spending gap of more than $31 million to $4 million.”

As loudmouth Rosie O’Donnell would say, “De-lu-sional!” Hah-Hah-Hah!

    The message that Walker got was Wisconsinites are trired of government by recall, and paid protesters from out of state inventing issues for government by recall.

    The whining about the money aspect of this is very hypocritical. Zippy spent a billion in 2008 where many donations came from Mickey Mouse in the Gaza Strip.

    The unions picked a fight and they lost. This was not based on money but on ideology. We’ve collectively had it with leftism. Get ready because we are going to repeat last night’s performance on a national scale in November.

    The unions spent $45 million on this year and a half project against Walker. The union backed candidate was defeated by the Mayor 2 months ago and he only spent $4 million. This union narrative is totally wrong and the main stream media keeps on repeating it. If you look at the money spent by both sides from the beginning, the unions spent more and got beaten badly.

    The Obama campaign is half right. Last night’s election did indeed send a couple very strong messages. They just weren’t the messages the Obama campaign thinks they were.

    The REAL messages that were sent so loud & clear last night were these:

    1.) Message to All Republican Governors: Yes, you CAN take away collective bargaining rights from thuggish, corrupt public sector unions, and STILL keep your job.

    2.) Message to All Members of Public Sector Unions Who Feel Exploited by their Corrupt Union Leadership: Yes, you CAN quit your union memberships, keep all those higher paychecks for yourselves, and STILL not experience the end of the world.

    Once these 2 powerful messages really sink in, we may finally see the bursting of the public sector union bubble throughout the country. I certainly hope so.
