Democrats remain classy as ever.

More… Gaspard also tweeted this but then deleted it:
“TAKE THAT MOTHERF**CKERS!”

We are no longer a nation of law, perhaps we never were. Now we are a nation of opinion where some opinion counts more than others.

The leftist perversion of language continues; now an ‘elephant’ is no longer an elephant, it is a ‘camel’ instead, and that changes everything.

Why not relabel pedophilia as ‘sex education’ rather than ‘sex abuse’? Then congress could impose a ‘tax’ on any school system that doesn’t teach proper ‘sex education’.

In fact, congress can do anything, as long as everything is labeled properly.

  • AuntieMadder

And speaking of gloating idiots, Juan Williams was on Fox just now, looking as if there must surely be a tingle running up his —- leg or something.

  • FurryGuy

Don’t forget this is the end of religious freedom as well as all the considerations of taxation. Upholding BarryCare gives this tyrannical regime a BIG stick with which to beat religious institutions into submitting to government.

  • Waco Kid

Has a certain ring to it. Hey Patrick, ever heard this one: ‘I FEAR ALL WE HAVE DONE IS AWAKENED A SLEEPING GIANT.’ How about this one: ‘I have not yet begun to fight.’ Bitch.

  • Mad Hatter

Drudge also has this other DNC tweet,

DNC DELETED TWEET: ‘TAKE THAT MOTHER******S!’

If you have never been involved in getting people registered to vote, now is the time.

    If not now, when?

    “Democrats remain classy as ever.”

That’s right–SUCK IT UP, BITCHES! All of you homophobic, bigoted, racist “Birthers” and Rush Limbaugh listeners. All you who laughed and cheered at that buffoon’s racist, misogynist comments–SUCK IT UP, BITCHES!

ONCE AGAIN the RIght has been proven WRONG!

So anyone opposed to Obamacare is a b!tch and a motherf’r? That seems pretty misogynist … where’s the left’s ranting and raging about that? Where are you, NOW?

  • Jeremiah Lloyd

All it means is that we can make you buy a gun or any other thing or a Reagan poster. Super douche Malibu looted 500 billion from social security how is that going to play out?

I knew after the Arizona ruling that we were screwed.

    #6,

Take your Alinsky mentality and head back over to the Daily Kook webpage.

It’s down the hall, last door on the left.

  • Jack

Tea Party now more than ever! “In your heart you know we’re right.”

  • Highlander

I’m disappointed in the decision, but the Court has done Obama no favors in upholding Obamacare. Now he has to carry this deeply unpopular baggage all the way to November. We must now set our sights on the general election. It is do or die.

  • Mad Hatter

And to think, Justice Kennedy said the whole thing should be thrown out.

I hope Bush is proud of Roberts.

  • Jack

OK, now the question is, are we going to wallow in in this abortion of a decision that further threatens our liberty or galvanize into a force that continues the results of the 2010 election and Wisconsin?

  • Highlander

    #15

Exactly right! The fact that Obamacare is now deemed constitutional does not change one bit the fact that it’s bad law and bad policy – or that it can be undone. November is huge! We must send Obama packing, hold the House, and retake the Senate.

  • Obama now has to run on, that he just passed the LARGEST TAX INCREASE IN HISTORY…..Romney just raise 100K in less than hour after Obamacre ruling was announced

  • Another TAX
  • even steven

I distinctly remember Obama saying that middle class Americans wouldn’t see their taxes raised “one dime”. I guess his unspoken caveat was that they would instead see them raised 50,000 dimes.

  • Patty

Well, the tweet is nothing compared to what is going to happen to many families in the U.S.

    THE MIDDLE CLASS

I don’t understand why the Supreme Court decided this is TAX. But, you know that push for FOOD STAMP, Government get ready, there is going to be LINES AND LINES of Americans, they will have to swallow their pride, LIKE IT OR NOT.

And those who will suffer most of all are our SENIORS. In short, the biggest TAX in History.

  • Jack Burton

While I think the ruling is crap, I respect the Supreme Court and am not going to cry like a little girl/liberal. However, I think in regards to firing up the right, consider this mission accomplished. We’re going to hear liberals dancing and making out with each and all that for the next few weeks and the anger is going to build. There is one simple way to end this, and upend the SCOTUS ruling, and that’s vote in Romney and get rid of this abomination. Cry if you must for a day or so, then get ticked off and get energized and vote the idiot out.

  • Paz

Since it’s now a tax, Congress can repeal it.

  • AuntieMadder

    “TAKE THAT MOTHERF**CKERS!”

Actually, that one suits the situation. They tell us, “TAKE THAT MOTHERF**CKERS!” as they rape America, gun down liberty, and torch the Constitution.

  • Jack

#22 With a simple majority! Money is pouring in to Romney at an amazing rate as we speak/write.

Wrong, Wrong, Wrong: The Supreme Court’s Worst Decision Since Kelo

Never mind that Congress made it clear it did not intend to impose the individual mandate to buy health insurance as a tax. Never mind that the razor-thin majority by which Obamacare passed would never have existed if that majority had known it was imposing a tax on every living American. Never mind that the case might not have made it to judgment until 2014 if it had walked into the courthouse as an objection to a tax.

    The decision in NFIB v. Sebelius is the worst since Kelo v. City of New London (2004), in which the Supreme Court held that a government may seize private property under its eminent domain powers–for the benefit of another private property owner. The two decisions are, in fact, related, since Obamacare forces individuals to pay a private insurance company for insurance, ostensibly for the greater public good. {..}

    Patty commented:

Even the assenting opinion acknowledges it might be bad policy, bad law. The SCOTUS has a known and long history of upholding bad policy. The Dred Scott decision pointed the way.

  • I would put that on EVERY campaign ad.

  • Hoser

God, these little snippets showing how some rube called us a name is really lame.

If you don’t know your enemy(notice I didn’t say opponent) by now then the war is lost, expect such and move on from it without batting an eye.

Roberts probably ruled the way he did because his eyes are open, he can read.Leftist’s have shown their willingness to perpetuate violence on those they fixate on.McCain’s tour bus having bullet holes in it, The MSNBC guy showing video of bus’s exploding when talking about Romney. They have a free pass to do such things, it’s obvious.
On the other hand you have those in the center and right who will call Roberts mean name’s and whimper when some leftist’s sticks it in our face.
It is possible that Roberts saw what was best for him in his ruling.

  • sandy

The Arrogance of Power is what will bring Obama’s administration down. 4 more months.

Two days ago Janet Brewer and the State of Arizona were thrown under the bus when the feds refused to even speak to Arizona law enforcement. The good news in AZ today is that Romney leads by 13 points. Keep it up Libs and Republicans will win in a landslide.

  • NitneLiun

If Congress and Obama claim that the mandate is not a tax, but SCOTUS upheld it as a tax, hasn’t SCOTUS usurped the power of Congress to levy taxes?

    The decision itself is unconstitutional.

  • AuntieMadder

President F*cktard McFlopears is on my tv at this moment. He doesn’t look or sound nearly as drunk with victory as do his followers.

  • rangerrebew

The supreme soviet once ruled that a black man had no rights a white man was bound to respect (Dred Scott). That majority opinion was written by Chief Justice Roger B. Taney (a democrat) and sided with the democratic party on the issue. It isn’t the first time the supreme soviet has had their heads up their collective butt but may be one of the last times they can say so without the government telling them what to rule. If anyone wishes to see the future courts in this country, they need to get video of Nazi judges in WW11. That is our future.

  • Hoser

If Congress and Obama claim that the mandate is not a tax, but SCOTUS upheld it as a tax, hasn’t SCOTUS usurped the power of Congress to levy taxes?

    The decision itself is unconstitutional.

It sounds reasonable and yet still fails as to your main point, the first sentence.

They “claimed” that the mandate was not a tax. That is not unconstitutional, it’s scum that passes as people who we elect to office who will advance their ideological agenda come hell or high water or lying.
Oh, if you didn’t elect them into office then try harder, you and yours are on the hook for all of their delusions in the end.

  • AuntieMadder

Off topic, but listening to McFlopears for only a few minutes has me thinking that I want the next POTUS to be someone who says “increase prices” instead of “jack up prices.” I want a more traditional POTUS, one who rarely uses slang and knows when it’s appropriate to use slang. I want a POTUS who has a sense of humor but doesn’t think it’s his or her job to entertain the masses. And I want a POTUS who speaks to the people, not down at the people.

  • jm8898

This is the maturity level of the Democrat party. You know why you don’t see many Republicans driving around with bumperstickers with “No O” symbols or 01.20.2013 or such insults? It’s because we’re better than that.

  • Don’t get distracted by stupidity people. This is NOT the end of the fight, we just go another round. Yes it would have been a LOT neater to have the support of SCOTUS but guess what, we have other avenues to overturn/dismantle this monstrosity AND WE WILL.

Take a deep breath…don’t let the left bait you…think strategically and PLAN the next move. If they want to act like morons, let THEM.

  • #42 – jm8898 I don’t put political bumper stickers on my car because when I did it was repeatedly vandalized by lefties…now I use a magnet that says OMG Obama MUST GO 😉

  • MamaGriz68

I was in the car when the decision came down, my heart pounding and my body shaking. I was in shock, then went into the grocery store with my kids and missed most of it. I think the Dems are underestimating the anger in “flyover country.” As Rush just said, if they thought 2010 mid-terms were bad, just wait until November. We have only just begun to fight. Give me liberty or give me death.

  • Daniel Levesque

In a 5-4 ruling the Supreme Court of the United States upheld all of the most vital aspects of the infamous Obamacare law. While it is tempting to write on the unexpected betrayal by Chief Justice John Roberts (the other 4 who voted to uphold it are predictable forces of destruction), it would be pointless. Instead, it is time to examine the full significance of this law and what we must now do since the Supreme Court has failed in its solitary duty of defending the Constitution from the forces of tyranny and oppression within our own legislature.
Obamacare has now successfully reinstated slavery in this nation. No, it is not racial slavery with private ownership. This is a far more insidious form of slavery that makes all Americans slaves to a government that has been granted the ability to force us all into private commerce against our wills by virtue of the fact that we live and breathe. If there is one thing that history has taught us it is that, in all cases, when the power of government of expanded by one measure, it always increases that measure of power by orders of magnitude. This absolutely will result in future laws where the citizenry is forced into other private contracts in the future regardless of whether Obamacare is eventually overturned in the legislature.
The power of personal coercion is not where this decision’s effects end. This law, and the Supreme Court decision that upheld it, grant the federal government the ultimate power of the slave-owner: the power of life and death. In the slave era, a blight upon our nation’s history and heritage, slave owners were able to do anything they wanted to their own slaves without any real legal consequences. If a slave got sick, he could withhold medical care or grant it at will, having a direct effect on that slave’s chances of survival. If a slave was no longer useful, or not yet useful the slave owner could refuse to take care of him, allowing the slave to die of neglect. If a slave were rebellious, or even if he wasn’t, the slave owner could kill him with impunity. All of this wickedness, this evil was done away with when Congress passed the Thirteenth Amendment to the Constitution on a straight party line vote with no Democrats voting in favor.
Now, on an almost strictly party line vote with all Democrats and only one Republican voting in favor, as well as a Supreme Court decision that saw four Democrats and one Republican voting to uphold, this same ultimate power of the slave owner has returned to this country, only now it has been granted to the federal government, and it has this power over us all. Every country where this power has been given to the government has seen widespread neglect in general patient care, massive shortages in the availability of patient care, and frightening numbers of people with curable or treatable debilitating or fatal conditions being denied care by their governments as a cost saving measure. We have now successfully imported this problem to this country.
AIDS patients, your care is expensive and it lasts a lifetime. What’s more, your disease is communicable. Expect to see the government telling you that your lifesaving treatments are not covered by your government health plan. You will not be able to afford private insurance, assuming that it still exists. Cancer patients, you had best hope that your cancer is highly curable and that you fall into the priority age category for treatment, otherwise expect to get the British treatment; allowing you to die in anguish with no medical treatment when you could have possibly lived. Arthritis sufferers? You had best hope that your disease progresses to the point of needing joint replacements while you are still relatively young, otherwise you will be denied the surgery and be forced to live in horrible pain for the rest of your life. This is the universal result of universal healthcare as Obamacare treats it.
So what is the solution? Certainly not another Civil War as the Dread Scott decision brought about, incidentally, another Supreme Court act of evil that was driven by Democrat appointees (Are we seeing a pattern here?). The solution is using this immediate election as an opportunity to permanently right this wrong, and maybe a few others.
Based on their past votes, current votes, and current statements to the public the Democrats in both the House and Senate will do everything that they possibly can to keep Obamacare for all time. This includes a Senate filibuster if they have at least 41 votes there. This means that we must now replace 13 of the 23 Democrats and independents up for reelection or retiring in this election cycle or this law stays in place until at least 2014 when we have another chance to replace some democrats with 20 up for reelection. House seats are not to be overlooked, because beyond repealing Obamacare legislatively, permanent fixes for this problem now require rare measures.
From time to time a law is passed and is upheld by the Supreme Court that is such an egregious violation of human rights, logic, and common sense, that the Constitution must be amended to both fix the problem, and ensure that it can never be forced upon this country again. The Dread Scott case is our most infamous example, and it literally tore our country apart. Now, with the Obabacare ruling, we must reluctantly take Constitutional measures again. We must pass a new amendment to the US Constitution, and it is a simple one: “The federal government may not, under any circumstances, force or coerce any citizen or resident of the United States of America into any contract, public or private.” A second suggestion would be to enshrine a very carefully worded “Cut, Cap, and Balance” amendment into the Constitution both as a secondary measure to ensure nothing on the scale of Obamacare can ever be attempted and upheld again, and to force the spending addicts in our national legislature to quit burning the money that we give it up like a crack addict hitting a rock.
Repeal and Amend must become our battle cry, and we must rally all Americans to our cause. Our cause is not partisan. Our cause is not political. Our cause is liberty, and who love freedom, all who love the natural rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness that our entire society is based upon must respond regardless of party affiliation. It will not be easy. The forces of tyranny and oppression are alive and well in this country, and they will fight us with every dollar, every voice, and every vote that they possibly can in order to reshape America into socialist, fascist, or dictator run nation in the hopes that they get to be the ones that own us all in the end.
Now is the time to resist. Now is the time to fight back. Now is the time to protect our children, our grandchildren, and our elders from a future of oppression and government slavery. It requires time. It requires effort. It requires money. It requires votes. Most of all, it requires courage and sacrifice. There is no more time. Ready or not, we must fight back now!

    to #3,
“Don’t forget this is the end of religious freedom”

This is Not the end of religious freedom! It is only the end if we the American people allow it to end! We must defend what we believe in.

For decades we have sent men to fight for our freedom in other countries, now it is time to fight here!

What do we believe in and what price are we willing to pay for it?

And never forget, we do not want our children to live as slaves under the Marxist/Muslim barbarians!

Again, they will only beat religious institutions into submission if we allow them!

We have every right to resist tyranny. Do we stand idle while another type of Hitler’s Germany is being created? Or Stalin’s Russia? Or Mao’s China?

    NO! HELL NO!

It is also time starting this Sunday to force the hand of pastors around the country to get out from behind that damnable 501(c)(3) cowardly wall they have built around themselves and stand for the freedom they have enjoyed for decades! Or get the hell out of that church!
