The Supreme Court ruled Obamacare mandate UNCONSTITUTIONAL today but it Survives As A Tax!!

Roberts sides with liberal judges.

‘Congress had the power to impose the exaction in Section 5000A under the taxing power, and that Section 5000A need not be read to do more than impose a tax. This is sufficient to sustain it. ‘

The court reinforces that individuals can simply refuse to pay the tax and not comply with the mandate.

I love how it took those, what are they, 9 idiots 828 days to read the US Constitution and the Democrats’ worthless bill and then come to this conclusion.

Supreme courts need to go. Make it jury duty style. 9 random citizen are given the Constitution, read it base their decision on it. Nobody needs “constitutional law scholars”. The Constitution is very clear, pretty much in every civilized country. So let that “Constitutional jury” read it, then read the bill in question and let them decide.

Also Stolen Valor is apparently unconstitutional as well.
