Uh-Oh… Barack won’t like this one bit.

At least 20 Democrats are expected to join Republicans in the Holder contempt vote tomorrow.
FOX News reported:
The congressional contempt vote against Attorney General Eric Holder is looking more and more like a fait accompli, as House Speaker John Boehner presses ahead with a Thursday floor vote and conservative Democrats one-by-one announce they will side with Republicans.
At least four Democrats so far have said they plan to vote to hold Holder in contempt over his refusal to turn over Operation Fast and Furious documents. Sources told Fox News that roughly 20 are likely to break ranks.
Those Democrats are largely conservative-leaning lawmakers facing perilous political circumstances in their home districts. But regardless of motive, their support only increases the odds that the nation’s top law enforcement official will be held in contempt of Congress come Thursday.
Should this happen, the vote would touch off a whole new legal process — in which a U.S. attorney would be called upon to convene a grand jury to consider the allegations and whether to indict, though with Holder at the helm it’s unclear how that would play out.

About time some bi-partisanship in Washington. And these democrats are smart in doing this if they wish to be re-elected.

How many of these Democrats are black?
I’m going to guess zero.
Black Democrats in our government are racialists, first and foremost.
Nevermind good and evil. Nevermind law. Nevermind “content of character”.

Re: how many of these Dems are black?
And the MSM will — naturally — latch onto this, if I’m right, to say that this further proves that this is all due to racism.
(*caveat: I don’t know that this batch of Dems is all non-black, but just guessing — CBC isn’t going to allow any dissent from full support of Holder…)

I really hope that Issa has a damning email. I have a bad feeling what the Muslim Marauder has planned in the upcoming months.

Hopefully this American-hating SOB will actually answer for his actions….wish they’d do this across the board for this current administration however. Wishful thinking.

Lol, from Gallup, does THIS make sense to anyone?
Presidential Approval:

So on a day Obama’s approval rating falls 3 points his lead on Romney increases?
Bill Mitchell commented:
BTW is Romney still alive? All this stuff going down and I haven’t seen his face on TV in weeks.

Once again, the soft bigotry of low expectations raises its ugly head. Should a high official, appointed by the President to uphold the law, be somehow excused from answering to Congress when an operation he is responsible for goes horribly wrong and people die? No, of course not. Unless his skin is dark?
Seriously.

Allen West needs to start a big, multi-racial caucus, and call it the Congressional American Caucus — All Races Please Apply.
The CBC takes Rev. King’s Dream speech and shreds it, burns it, then pi**es on the ashes.

If I was any of these 20 Dems, I would start checking the brakes and looking under the hood of my car each morning.

CBC: Fu*k Dr. King’s Dream. Color of skin is ALL THAT MATTERS.

I’ve seen this before, that when Democrats see something that looks like it could affect their election chances they always jump ship and stand on the side of……Republican’s? You mean they stand on the side of…..moderate Republican’s? Because they in actuality would never be caught dead standing on the side of conservative Republican’s. So what these 20 are doing is for political purposes first, remember liberals are always liberal first then whatever else they are somewhere else domn the list and in this case it’s being Democrat “can see right from wrong to”. They are going to act like since it’s gone this far and it looks like we have a couple of Republican’s are really going to bring contempt charges against Holder, where as a couple of months or even years ago when Democrats first found out what Obama and Holder were going to try to pull off, could have stood up and not sided with Obama then. But that wouldn’t have been politically expedient, and Obama would have crusified them in front of the press. So they have kept their mouths shut until now.
Democrats have seen Republican’s threaten to bring charges against a fellow representative before, but it’s always been one of their own. We’ve seen Republican’s rip fellow Republican’s a new one over some trivial piece of nothing and force them to resign. But we’ve not seen this kind of resolve coming from the Republican Party before, or at least in a very long time. But Issa is going ahead with contempt charges, and what cracks me up is Boehner jumps on this band wagon and is acting all determined to get to the bottom of Holder’s witholding papers he’s supposed to have sent to this panel. And what I may have missed is most all the documents that Holder sent to Issa’s panel were all redacted, blacked out. That’s not a document that Issa could read and get anything from so some of them must have been complete with the damn print on the page instead of nothing but black.
These 20 are just playing politics so don’t think for a second that they have finally seen the light, because they haven’t. It doesn’t make any difference how far away from Obama the Democrats get they are still dead meat come November. And that includes a whole bunch of RINO’s to!

Between the vote to hold Holder in contempt and the likely Supreme Court decision on ObamaCare, tomorrow might provide some interesting viewing on MSNBC, though personally not according to my tastes.
(I accidentally posted this a moment ago in the wrong article about the fires in CO; a blunder, but not correctable at TGP.)

So what now – a harsh letter to Holder personnel file?
Let’s hope Holder gets more than Barney Frank got.

Another loss for AG Holder as Clinton Appointee U.S. District Judge Robert Hinkle refused to block Florida voter purge that the U.S. Department of Justice tried to stop when they filed a lawsuit earlier this month.

There is definitely a strong stench of worry from the Dems about getting re-elected, and also about retaining Congressional power and status. The way Barry has been going he is close to making Congress be a mere a rubber stamp committee for his dictatorial decrees.

“content of character” perfect quote from MLK’s “I have a Dream” couldn’t have said it any better!
