Chris Matthews Lectures Black Pastor on Gay Marriage: “I Hope You Evolve” (Video)

On his show tonight, Chris Matthews lectured a black pastor on gay marriage,
“I hope you evolve.”

Matthews interviewed Bishop Harry Jackson, who has spoken out against Barack Obama’s endorsement of gay marriage. Speaking of Jesus Christ, Matthews ridiculously linked accusations that Mitt Romney once bullied a teen, nearly 50 years ago: “Do you think [Christ] would have been chasing after the kid with long hair and cutting his hair or he would have been the one protecting the kid with long hair in high school?”
“But you’re with the guy who was going after the kid with long hair.” (Pastor Jackson informed the host that he was not, yet, supporting Romney.)
Fellow black minister,Reverend Delman Coates also appeared on the show. After Coates indicated he supported gay marriage, Jackson retorted, “Why not let the Muslims have polygamy and bigamy?”
This prompted Matthews to insultingly suggest: “I hope you evolve…I’m just teasing.”
Lovely. Now the far left thugs are going to lecture us on evolving.
What absolute arrogance.

Yeah old pastor Matthews knows whats best. He’s read the Bible from cover to cover, and finds that homosexuality is allowed no matter what the words actually say.

Could you imagine the riots that would happen if a white Fox personality like Bill O’Reilly told a black pastor he was unevolved on national TV? Cable Companies would be dropping Fox from their lineup this very night over something like that. Holder would be drawing up paperwork for civil rights violation charges within hours of the statement. There would be protests and riots happening in the streets right this minute. Forget dog whistle and code words, that has to be one of the most straight up in-your-face racist things I have heard in a very long time on National TV. Where is the NAACP, where is the ACLU, where is the Congressional Black Caucus? Where is the outrage?

That’s why they keep using the word “Evolved” regarding gay marriage.
They think the Theory of Evolution has evolved us past God and Religion.
Yes, some of them still go to Church or Temple.

The youth of this country have evolved….They no longer grow up, get a job, start a family and strike out on their own by age 21. Now they are protected from bullies, provided birth control, free med insurance, college loans, political correctness, spring breaks, etc and they now grow up at age 28-34. That is evolution….that does steals 25 % of their productive lives that could allow them to be successful adults

Lastly, I will note that that Bishop Harry Jackson will not be getting any of Barney Frank’s marriage fees when Barney ties the knot with his male partner. Good day.
