Grim Milestone… Gas Prices Soar Under Obama – Worse Than Carter

Another grim milestone for the far left president. Gas prices double under Obama.
US News reported:
Marking the similarities between President Barack Obama’s time in office and former president Jimmy Carter’s is nothing new. But as of Monday, Obama has hit one more Carter benchmark – both saw gas prices double in their first term of office. [See Where Gas Prices are Spiking the Most]
In fact, while just barely, Obama has seen an even higher gas price increase than Carter dealt with under his administration.
Under the Carter administration, gas prices increased by 103.77 percent. Gas prices since Obama took office have risen by 103.79 percent. No other presidents in recent years have struggled as much with soaring oil prices. Under the Reagan administration, gas prices actually dropped 66 percent. When Bill Clinton was president, gas prices grew by roughly 30 percent, and under both Bush presidencies, gas prices rose by 20 percent. [See pictures of Obama's re-election campaign.]
The National Republican Congressional Committee called attention to Obama’s recent “dishonorable distinction,” blaming the Democrats’ rejection of the Keystone XL pipeline as a major factor for skyrocketing gas prices.

Are there still enough useful idiots to elect Dear leader to another term? Ask yourself this – is anyone who did not vote for him the first time actually converted to his way of thinking? Can there possibly be a net gain for him? Hard to imagine…

It is amazing watching the Obama media apologists try to argue that gas prices are not his fault when they tried to hang high prices around Bush’s neck like a burning tire.
Back then they were doing stories on people choosing between food and paying for gas.

While we’re looking at numbers, we might also look at the poll numbers published by the Washington Post. Ed Morrissey over at Hot Air took a closer look at the numbers reported in the Washington Post/ABC poll, which as usual is a work of fiction.

It’s a big oversampling error, much like the “error” in our unemployment figures: If you simply fail to count large numbers of people, you can get any result you desire.

So You think things are tough now… You ain’t seen nothin’ yet!!! He has just begun to bring us down. High Gas= High prices on food, clothes, everything. Nothing can create fear and anger like a mob of hungry people. You had best think before you vote Nov 2012 (Most likely it will be your last chance) and the foreign bean counters will fix it all up right and honest like. Well, as someone who need not worry about purchasing a pack of nicotine gum let alone any amount of gasoline, our Trust Fund Socialist Puppet is simply ensuring Americans won’t be able to work until he has everyone in a nice, neat gulag. By keeping gasoline prices high, printing more money than needed, allowing gasoline dependent produce, manufactured products, etc fanning the flames of inflation, we’ll soon be another Europe. The primary difference will be the klatura will have the money while the nomenkaltura struggle to keep food on the elite’s tables.
It is past time to take our country back from the Marxist clowns that have usurped it.
