Good Grief… After Weeks of Misreporting – Media Releases Bloody George Zimmerman Photo

Good grief!… After weeks of media hyperventillating and racial attacks and threats from the far left, ABC releases a photo of a bloody George Zimmerman after the Trayvon Martin shooting.

Today ABC released this photo of George Zimmerman taken the night of the Trayvon Martin shooting.

WFTV reported:

ABC News exclusively obtained a graphic photograph of George Zimmerman’s head covered in blood that was taken just three minutes after the shooting that left 17-year-old Trayvon Martin dead. This news comes as Zimmerman is set to go before a judge in a bond hearing on Friday.

The picture shows two cuts on the back of Zimmerman’s head with blood trickling down.

Zimmerman, who shot and killed 17-year-old Martin on February 26 in a gated Sanford community, claimed he killed Martin in self-defense. Zimmerman is charged with second-degree murder for the shooting death of Martin.

Just how long have the LSM had this photo (and other evidence of Saint Skittle’s feloneous attack on Zimmerman)? I’ll bet this was available within hours of the first headlines.

These ‘journalists’ need to be brought up on charges of solicitation of mayhem and feloneous negligence for what they’ve done.

But when did you ever believe the Media was merely incompetent? Why is it so damn hard for people to understand that you don’t have to be paid directly by an employer to work for someone, to be foundational in the creation and maintenance of a narrative.

And later on they can brag about how being a professional journalist feels like.

Doesn’t matter an innocent man might be killed in due process (read ‘mob justice’).

What matters is ABC feel good about themselves, and ‘for the first time in their lives’, they are proud of being professional journalists.

Aaaawwwww. The feel-good story of the year.

This is yellow journalism at its worst. The media are NOT above the law and charges should be filed against THEM. These people WANT a race war and one in which innocent people could be killed. I would certainly persue it!

Let’s see..You dail 911 on yourself..after that, you kill someone while the cops you called are on the way. some believe Z’man self inflicted these the BACK of his head (how,I have no idea) If this goes to court,a defence lawyer should tear this apart..Zimmerman is a “political prisoner”

On what are you basing your statement? Information embedded within the files of the photo (which was taken with an iPhone 4s) contain GPS info that places the photograph being captured at the scene of the incident 3 minutes after the shooting took place.

Digital photographs contain a vast amount metadata that the average person does not know is embedded within the files. This data can be a very effective in providing crucial information and facts to aid in the investigation.

    Zimmerman’s lawyer seems pretty good.

The lawyer for the prosecution seems pretty good also. He has made several points that seem somewhat damning for Zimmerman. First, the police are stating as fact that Zimmerman pursued and confronted Martin based on eyewitnesses. Second, the police are stating as fact that Martin did not commit a crime that night, had a right to be in the community, and was taking a direct route home from the store where he had purchased Skittles and a tea. Third, the police are stating as fact that Zimmerman has made contradictory and inaccurate statements about the events that night.

Whoa, Zimmerman is now on the stand!!

  • Seriously? Martin is followed by a stranger he doesn’t know, who might or might not have shown him his gun, so he protects himself the only way he knows how? Zimmerman should have never followed him, per 911 instructions. This is on Zimmerman and the ludicrous laws in Florida, PERIOD.

The state of Florida has charged Zimmerman with a crime – 2nd degree murder. The state prosecutors have examined the photo along with eyewitness testimony, audio recordings, forensic evidence, and statements from Zimmerman himself. After examining all the evidence, the state believes Zimmerman committed murder. That doesn’t mean they are correct, but he has been charged. This photo did not convince the state that Zimmerman is innocent.

  • Richard Aubrey

What we know is that the state is convinced it needs to prosecute Z. What we don’t know is whether it’s based on a solid case that he’s guilty, or for some other reason.

  • Monkey Wrench

I’m very impressed by Zimmerman’s lawyer. I think Zimmerman is being well represented. I wonder how much this guy charges. Apparently Zimmerman does not have any money, so he is relying on his parents to pay for all this. According to the lawyer, his parents do not have much money either. Hopefully, he will receive donations.

It doesn’t seem right that a person and his entire family can go broke, just trying to defend himself from the state, which has unlimited resources. The American judicial system really does favor the rich.

  • 1RedBeard

This is why we have a judicial system, to look at evidence, take testimony, and determine guilt, if any.

I’m perfectly willing to wait for the details to come out in court before jumping on one bandwagon or another. Let the idiots like Al, Jesse, Barack, and the Black Panthers do all that pre-judging. They’re really good at it, as are the leftie media buffoons who rushed to judgement. Those are the only known evil doers at this point, proven so by their own biased and irresponsible words.

  • SeniorD

Report from the Marxist Socialist Media:

St. Travon, a 6′ 17 year old was brutally attacked by an older 5′ 8″ Hispanic male. Sources say the white attacker employed a Community Watch martial arts technique that permitted St. Travon to slam the older male’s head into the concrete side walk. Once St. Travon succumbed to the white man’s superior martial arts skills, he then willingly stood in front of an evil gun which discharged itself into St. Travon.

The older white man is being held on 2nd Degree Murder charges. The gun is being held hostage until all guns have been outlawed.

  • StrangernFiction

Republican Governor, Republican Attorney General, and Republican Special Prosecutor. Had they seen this photo?

  • 1RedBeard

Richard is quite right, of course. As the old saying goes, the state, if so inclined, could indict a ham sandwich. The charging of a crime is nothing at all like a guilty verdict.

  • StrangernFiction

It is not about R vs. D, it is about WE THE PEOPLE VS. THE GOVERNMENT!

  • Sally

This is one of the most outrageous political and media backed lynchings in our lifetime.

Thank God the defense attorney is sharp.

Thank God the judge is lawful and objective (or seems so).

There is no evidence Mr. Zimmerman pursued Martin. There is no evidence Mr. Martin didn’t attack Zimmerman first. There is no evidence Martin didn’t try to wrestle the gun from Zimmerman. There is no evidence it was not Zimmerman crying out for his life, as he stated to police.

There is evidence Zimmerman’s head was being smashed onto the concrete. How dare ABC have held it and the other media have prevented from view this long.

Can there be anyone left who doubts the media and its being complict with the political “script”?

As Zimmerman’s brother said, would everyone have been happy to have had his brother end up “wearing a diaper and his brother feeding him in a nursing home the rest of his life” from the head injury?

Martin went for Zimmerman’s gun, per Zimmerman’s brother. He also said ZImmerman cried out for help for 10 minutes and no one even came with a flashlight or yelled for Maritin to stop.

This case is a tragedy. Let us pray for the truth, for goodness to prevail, for the law and sanity to guide this process and for God to bless and protect George Zimmerman, his family, his friends, his attorney, the judge, as well as the family and friends of Trayvon Martin.

And we all know the state is benevolent.

  • Monkey Wrench

According to police testimony, under oath in court today, two of your facts are inaccurate. The police say that they have evidence that Zimmerman did pursue and confront Martin. The police also stated that the evidence contradicts Zimmerman’s statement about having his head smashed onto the concrete. That’s according to sworn police testimony.

Obviously, that doesn’t mean the police are right. This was just a bond hearing, not the actual trial.

  • Gary

I’ve been trying to think of what case this was reminding me of and I finally thought of it:

The guy was cleared of all charges by the grand jury. I guess that’s why they skipped the grand jury for Zman.

  • Gary
  • Patty

The have an innocent man. Holding him in jail and his life and his family’s lives are forever changed. It is complete sinful what the media and Sharpton and especially, the Black Panthers, Obama and Holder have done and haven’t done.

I can only pray that their will be a good end to this. I hope that there will be reparations and a National apology made to George Zimmerman and his family.

It seems that it has started at the Top, attacks on everyone and everything. But this situation has reach a seizing hatred among the minorities that is just NOT there. And it would be beneficial for Obama to speak about this with calm and sincere sorrow.

But he has his agenda and he has been obviously been on the side of the minority and displayed his real feelings without first informing himself with facts and an example was Cambridge Policeman Crowley and Professor Gates.

We will never change the opinions of others but it would be worth their time to get all the facts before they totally change an entire family’s future for the worst.

  • Monkey Wrench

No one needs to provide evidence to me. I’m just a curious spectator sitting in the peanut gallery.

At this point, it’s the judge and/or jury that needs the evidence. I’m sure they will have all the evidence you have and more.

In #46 I was just relaying what the police are stating. The police could be mistaken or they could be lying.

This case does make you rethink all the “get tough on crime” efforts. I wonder how many innocent people have been put in jail by “get tough on crime” prosecutors like Corey?

I don’t know what you are talking about. Obviously, the photo is evidence. I understand it was introduced as evidence to the court, which makes it official evidence. Who is arguing that the photo is not evidence? Not me!

Maybe you are referring the the sworn police testimony that Martin was not smashing Zimmerman’s head onto the concrete? That’s the police making those statements, not me. Maybe this photo will change their mind.

  • Patty

Evidence in this case will be known once the trial is ongoing and in my opinion the Black Panthers and those in Washington who shoot off the racist mouths need to be locked up BP, and the leaders need to apologize and resign.

That is my feeling on this and I stand by them.

  • Patty

The hatred and the attacks are way out of hand. And I am talking from the Top in Washington to those in the media with a job where they are public figures and spewing their hate and racism.

We heard all about their plight in days gone by. Enough is Enough. They are free and I have faith in our Judicial System. Do They? Will they when Zimmerman is found innocent.

He may have to serve some time in probation of sorts but nothing more.

  • Monkey Wrench

It sounds like a lot of folks here believe that Obama/Holder ordered the governor of Florida to bring charges against Zimmerman. If true, then the Republican governor, Rick Scott, is guilty of a serious crime and should be recalled from office. If the governor has knowingly brought these charges against a man he believes is innocent, then he is a despicable human being that should be removed from office and charged with a crime. Don’t you agree?

  • Patty

Zimmerman’s attorney better really be smart and prove this case because his attorney is where Zimmerman will get off. Just saying O’Mara better be one tough attorney.

Facts are evidently clear that they have an innocent man.

  • Monkey Wrench

Let me flip your question around. Will you still have faith in the judicial system if Zimmerman is found guilty?

In the overwhelming majority of cases like this, the defendant will cop a plea and here is why. The state says to him, you have two choices.
    1. Go to trial. It will be long and expensive, and if you are found guilty you will serve a minimum of 20 years in prison.
    2. Plead guilty to a lesser charge. No long, expensive trial and you only spend 1 or 2 years in prison.

What do you do? Do you roll the dice? I think a lot of people pick option 2, even if they feel, they are innocent. That’s the way the justice system works these days. Very few cases actually go to trial. The state forces the defendant to plead guilty to a reduced charge. How many people can actually afford to bring a case like this to trial?

It is a tricky business between cops and prosectors.
Cops are responsible for arresting and charging crimes, not prosecuting them.
They do pick up a lot of experience with what charges stick and what don’t and they often let people go when there is reason to believe no charge would stick, as happened here.
Of course, knowing a lot of cops personally, I do know there are some cops who want to pile on every charge they can think of just to make something stick.

One of my cop friends said to me, “You might beat the rap, but you can’t beat the ride.” If anybody doesn’t get that, it means if they want to arrest you, they’ll find something to charge you with. It doesn’t have to stick.

I’m a big fan of video cameras everywhere. I know too many cops to trust them as well as the courts appear to.

If true, why would a Republican prosecutor who reports to the Republican governor of Florida do this? Why would they want to benefit Obama and Democrats? I don’t follow the logic.

One other thing to consider. In Florida, the jury can reject the 2nd degree murder charge and still convict on manslaughter. That’s the way it works in Florida.

I’ve read that the police did a VSA test (voice stress analysis) on Zimmerman the night of the shooting. This is apparently a modern alternative to lie detector tests, considered by some to be more reliable? I don’t know that much about it, but he apparently passed the test.

I also read that the phone call to his girlfriend, which is touted as evidence of something-or-another, wasn’t even mentioned to police until two weeks after the incident. It will be interesting to see whether or not they check phone company records and what they find if they do. I’d say there’s a good chance that it never happened or it differs in the particulars from what the girlfriend said.

-Why do you assume Republican is opposite of DemonRat? Why do you assume that the Republican prosecutor hasn’t done this for purely selfish reasons? or the Republican governor? Do you remember the Duke lacrosse team rape charge fiasco? All we know is that the Republican prosecutor has charged George Zimmerman with 2nd degree murder. Everything else is pure speculation, but I find it incredibly difficult to ascertain how the prosecutor can actually believe she could “win” the case beyond a reasonable doubt (even the cops let him go the night of the event).

Anyways, both sides of the same old coin. The ONLY difference is that Republicans/(RHINOs) are socialist-lite taking us there slowly while DemonRats are socialist-heavy on steriods.

My BEST guess is that “the powers” that are behind both Republicans and DemonRats are behind schedule. They need the LUITPOS currently in office to destroy the United States of American faster. What’s “their” objective after the collapse? Now, that’s the question.

But she was appointed by Rick Scott, the Republican governor who has nothing but contempt for Obama. Surely he should know the political leanings and background of the person he appointed. Why would Scott appoint someone who was sympathetic to the Obama administration?

Since you brought up her race, Corey in not Black, she is White. Again, she is a White Republican and all her bosses (the people she takes orders from) are White Republicans. Her top boss, the man who appointed her, is a White Republican who has nothing but contempt for Obama.

Again, Cops nor investigators cannot relay to the media or the public what is going on in an investigations. They are not a judge nor jury. This case is on going.

The whole case seems to be on one investigator who stated on the night that Zimmerman should be charged with Manslaughter.

Trayvon Martin Killing: Friend Tells ABC News Howls
on 911 Tapes Belong to Zimmerman, Not Martin ….

    March 24, 2012

    Witness: Trayvon Martin attacked Zimmerman

[Zimmerman had called 911 to report the suspicious activities of a youth
in his neighborhood, telling the dispatcher that he was following Martin.

On the recording of another 911 call, repeated
cries of “help” can be heard before the gunshot.

The witness, identified only as John, says those cries were made
by Zimmerman who was on the ground being beaten by Martin.

“The guy on the bottom who had a red sweater on was yelling to me:
‘help, help … and I told him to stop and I was calling 911,” he said.

Martin was wearing a gray hoodie, while Zimmerman was wearing red.]

Let me see if I have this right. Republicans (Rick Scott, Angela Corey…) and Democrats (Obama, Holder…) are working together to use this case to benefit Obama’s reelection campaign and in so doing, speed up the destruction of the United States?

Who are “the powers” you refer to? Do they control Romney also?

  • Patty

George Zimmerman was not the one who started this fight. Trayvon did. That is my opinion.

do you think he fits the billing??

  • Patty

I believe that Obama just saw a cute kid in a big years ago. Doesn’t have a son, so ergo, “if I had a son he would look like Trayvon Martin.

Yes, the picture of Trayon at 14 or 15 was cute. But why would Obama weigh in at all.

He again sends mix message as he did with Cambridge Police. Obama cannot run a nation but he can put his foot into this?

  • Patty

    in a picture, not Big…lol.

  • Patty

Race relations are always brought into the mix by the usual suspects. But the Panthers need to be arrested. Yet, you will hear “attorneys” say freedom of speech.

No, these were death threats and now his family is in hiding. Their son is on trial and the nation is split and the instigators our the usual suspects.

  • Patty

And now, I do believe that this investigator or detective needs to be fire after this case is over.

  • Patty

This investigator started a firestorm and there is no evidence for the prosecutors to work with other than the truth coming right out of George Zimmerman’s mouth. He is sad about this and I hope he can hold it together. Killing someone is something he has to live with and now defend his actions.

Unbelievable.. now the Martin family attorney, Ben Crump is stating that TM’s parents are “very outraged” at the results of the hearing:
“It was devastating that [Zimmerman] got to give a self-serving apology to help get him a bond,” Crump said.

Crump calls himself a lawyer? If so, why was the decision to grant bond wrong based on the law? If he actually is saying that the grounds for the Court’s decision was GZ’s apology, someone needs to tell him to shut up before someone else gets killed.

I think Obama is a bad president and should be voted out of office. I think Rick Scott and Angela Corey feel the same way.

Actually I’m saying that it is unlikely that politics was behind the decision to charge Zimmerman. The decision to charge was made by Republicans. Why would they want to do a favor for Obama on this case?

You are accusing the prosecutors of making a political decision to charge Zimmerman. Not me. It seems to me that if Scott was being driven by politics he would have refused to appoint Corey, and Zimmerman would never have been charged by the state of Florida.

He even got pressure from Florida Republicans that wanted him to take the money. He refused and told Obama to take his money and stuff it.

Now you think this same guy that refused to buckle when hundreds of billions of dollars were at stake, is going to roll over for Obama and make sure an innocent man is charged with a serious crime?

Look at original ABC feed. . .–abc-news-topstories.html

Why do they continue to show picture of a 12 year old photo-shopped (softened features and color tone while enhancing eyes) Trayvon? Especially showing at the clip’s end while covering half his face earlier on?

Because they want to leave that impression with the viewer. .all about perception. . .

Here is the real Trayvon. . the one that might look like Obama’s son if he had one. . .

Zimmerman should sue the heck out of ABC and others LSM for defamation of character and inciting death treats against people based on false facts. . .

It was a media lynching of a man who was defending himself. They wanted to make themselves feel noble by defending a skin color. Sharpton should be in a prison cell for inciting violence and tax evasion, why isn’t he? I thought justice was supposed to be blind?

The liberal provocateur owes nearly $1 million to creditors and the federal government as a result of his failed bid for the 2004 Democratic presidential nomination. His campaign’s unpaid bills exceed $888,000, according to federal filings.

  • Monkey Wrench

Please explain what pressure Obama is exerting over Scott? We all saw the pressure a few years ago when Obama, the MSM, Florida businesses, and even some Florida Republicans all ganged up on Scott to pressure him to take hundreds of billions of dollars for high speed rail.

That was big time pressure, but Scott didn’t cave. Instead he made a principled decision and refused the money. Scott took a big hit to his popularity, but he stood strong.

What pressure does Obama have over Scott in this case? I haven’t seen any.

  • sandy

Problem for the media is that even when they try their best to make Obama look good out comes the aging race baiters Sharpton and Jackson along with the new and improved Black Panthers and the image is of a President who only stands up for people who look like him.

I predict that at some point Alan Dershowitz will step in and fix this courtroom calamity. He is one of the few Libs who actually believe in Justice.

i don’t know if george killed trayvon martin in cold blood or if he killed him in self defense. i think the only person that knows that is george zimmerman. all the speculation one way or the other is just adding fuel to an already highly volatile situation. however the actions of the democratic party-media complex in this case is without a doubt criminal. from the story that they put out three and a half weeks after the incident that bears more of a resemblence to a work by the grimm brothers that it does to a work of investigative journalism, to the outright lies and distortions, to the almost daily retractions, they have committed fraud to advance a political agenda.

if when journalOlist found this story on the newswire if george zimmerman’s name would have appeared as george chavez none of us would know trayvon martin’s name. if anyone should be charged with a crime it should be the media.

what I’m trying to uncover is (and maybe the info is not public, yet) when did anyone begin looking for missing trayvon, the beloved, innocent child?

-who reported trayvon missing, and when? what did father, mother and girlfriend do, and when?

I presume a missing person report resulted in the unidentified body in the morgue being identified.

why isn’t this a major part of the discussion?

  • Patty

The only reason for this dog and pony show is to keep the radicals at bay. Yes, a person was killed and yes, Zimmerman feared for his life. There are witnesses who attest to this.

The investigator who was on the stand now says, he has no prove that Zimmerman did anything that would incriminate him. Or, in other words, there is nothing and the state has no case.

Anyone get the feeling the media is now rushing this out in order to negate it effectiveness when the defense presents this at trial?

If the people serving on the jury went in with the media created impression that there were no injuries to Zimmerman then the defense presents this it would have a big impact.

By making a 180 in order to show he did have severe cuts is an attempt to undermine the impact.

Mark Levin livid over evidence not submitted with Zimmerman affidavit, says Fla. prosecutor is a disgrace

Mark Levin says that his jaw dropped when finding out that Florida state prosecutor Angela Corey left out vital evidence in her affidavit that favors Zimmerman’s side of the story, the photos of his bleeding head wounds. Corey clearly had access to all of the evidence as she pushed for a 2nd degree murder charge and still left it out. Looking at everything public to date, including Florida law, Levin says this doesn’t even come close to a 2nd degree murder case and that Angela Corey is a disgrace for pushing for it in her affidavit while leaving out vital evidence.
