Nice Deb reported:

In what is certain to cause him election year migraines, the Bank of America has filed suit against Missouri Rep. Emanuel *Spittlegate* Cleaver, seeking repayment of $1.5 million from Cleaver, his wife and The Cleaver Company for a 20 year loan that originated in 2002 at a 6.25% interest rate. Cleaver has received three (3) forbearances over the ten year period.

Jacob Turk, Cleaver’s opponent in the District 5 2012 House race, noted on his Facebook page, today, that  Cleaver voted on September 23, 2010 for H.R. 5297 which ‘increases the government guarantees on SBA 7(a) loans from 75 percent to 90 percent’, in essence, putting taxpayers on the hook for his bad debt.

  1. Can I be the first to say it? Obviously Bank of America is… wait for it boys and girls… RACIST!

  2. Bof A has a big pair on them don’t they? Do they know what kind of trouble they are inviting, mobs of angry protesters and damage to bank branches- look for it it’s coming.

  3. I loathe BofA but good for them.
I love the left eating it’s own. Makes my day.

  4. looks like it could be the cage for him

  5. Move along nothing to see hear…..dimcrickets…..or THATS RACIST.

Is being a Catholic count too?

    Happy Easter

  6. Wish the Rs had brass rings like BoA

  7. Doesn’t that add to Cleaver’s resume among his constitutes?

  8. Spittlegate Cleaver who just happens to belong to that Racist Club with a Racist Name pushed right in our faces? Surely not.

I remember Mr Bill O’Reilly telling us that he believed Cleaver because he was a respected member of Congress. He would not lie. Yep. Someone was bringing up the issue that with a crowd that size with cameras, there was not any proof of that claim. That it did not happen. Not even a doubt or later correction for Mr Bill.

Reminds one of his faith in the imposter with the easily proved forgery. Yep. He cares about the little people. Only if it is a popular position.

He is one slick Pooper Scooper.

The most outrageous thing I heard on the Martin/Zimmerman case was made by him. He said they had to arrest him because people demanded it.

  9. This is what passes as “black leadership.” Along with Jackson, Jealous, Waters, Sharpton, Conyers, etc.

And the “black community” is just fine with that.

Blacks have standards. They just ain’t my standards.

  10. Wow! Look at the expressions on the faces of the folks in the photo accompanying the article. Friendly-looking bunch of folks there! /s

  11. Anyone else getting a little tired with the Communist Black Caucus and it’s members?

Welcome, look around, try some links. You’ll find some black leadership cited here. If the reaction of Trayvon Martin’s parents and the local NAACP is any indication, the “leaders” you cite here are not all that welcome by the locals. Maybe the black leaders we like are the wave of the future. Certainly they have a nice history of competence.

  13. I guess the car wash business isn’t as lucrative as ole Cleaver thought it would be. Why else would he not have been paying back the loan? Or did the evil bank force him to make this loan? Tricked him in some way?

  14. “cause him election year migraines” Ha! His poll numbers probably just jumped 15 points. “The Man is out to get him”.

  15. Dear Eldridge:

All you have to do is provide proof to Andrew Breitbart’s Big Journalism that somebody hocked a loogie on ya or called you a n*gger and you gits to collect $100,000.00.

    You are welcome.

  16. This is not the first time the Gateway Auto Wash has been in the news. Back in 3003, Rep Cleaver was ‘shamed’ into paying 2 years of back property taxes on the business. His excuse was he had to hire a management company to run it. The Kansas City Star {Lib Rag} had many other details on his failure as a businessman connected to this Carwash.
    {while typing this post, the 1976 movie Carwash song popped into my head}
