Another Record: Campaigner in Chief Holds More Fundraisers Than Last 5 Presidents Combined

When King Putt is not breaking presidential golf records, the Campaigner in Chief is setting fundraising records.
The Daily Mail reported, via Jammie Wearing Fool:

Barack Obama has already held more re-election fundraising events than every elected president since Richard Nixon combined, according to figures to be published in a new book.

Obama is also the only president in the past 35 years to visit every electoral battleground state in his first year of office.

The figures, contained a in a new book called The Rise of the President’s Permanent Campaign by Brendan J. Doherty, due to be published by University Press of Kansas in July, give statistical backing to the notion that Obama is more preoccupied with being re-elected than any other commander-in-chief of modern times.

Doherty, who has compiled statistics about presidential travel and fundraising going back to President Jimmy Carter in 1977, found that Obama had held 104 fundraisers by March 6th this year, compared to 94 held by Presidents Carter, Ronald Reagan, George Bush Snr, Bill Clinton and George W. Bush combined.

Since then, Obama has held another 20 fundraisers, bringing his total to 124. Carter held four re-election fundraisers in the 1980 campaign, Reagan zero in 1984, Bush Snr 19 in 1992, Clinton 14 in 1996 and Bush Jnr 57 in 2004.

At least he can’t do as much destruction as normal when he’s on the stump.

Considering that it is still only April, I think that Obama has a fair shot at exceeding the number of fundraising events of ALL past Presidents COMBINED.

The best thing that could happen after achieving, or nearly achieving, such a feat, would be for him to loose in a colossal landslide. That would secure a place for Obama in American history pretty similar to Nero’s place in Roman history. Let us hope and pray that he succeeds in this one accomplishment.

So Barry’s top focus (aside from golf) as President was… trying to become President? Instead of being President, acting as President, and letting his work speak for itself, he’s had to act like a man possessed to ensure he’s president a second time?

The only thing that can explain this is his comment to Putin’s lacky: “Just wait until my second term. Then I can be who I really am.”

Why the surprise that Obama only concentrates on campaigning, not governing? He is nothing more that Valerie Jarret’s Howdy Doody, a puppet that has been put on stage to pretend to be something he is not, a leader.

If you want to know just how deep the doo-doo is that our nation is in, I suggest you watch the Rumors of War III on YouTube. It is well worth the hour you will spend watching to understand that the man who now holds the reins of power is selling us out to the Muslim Brotherhood.

Ah, but he is doing a ton of destruction. He is dividing the country, fomenting hatred among races, classes, sexes, sexual preferences, religions, etc. He has our country in turmoil, which is just where he wants us to be. It is unfathonable to me that his handlers don’t even care what this foreign Socialist is doing to our country. As long as they “get theirs.”
