Bipartisan Group of Over 200 Representatives Urge White House to End Job-Killing Junk Science Climate Regulations

A group of over 200 US representatives, including 14 democrats, sent a letter to the Obama White House this week urging the administration to end their job-killing junk science regulations.
The Hill reported:
More than 200 House Republicans and about a dozen conservative Democrats called on the White House Thursday to kill pending climate regulations, arguing they will impose huge costs on consumers.
“Affordable, reliable electricity is critical to keeping growing jobs in the United States and such a standard will likely drive up energy prices and threaten domestic jobs,” the 223 lawmakers, including 14 Democrats, wrote in a letter to White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) acting director Jeffrey Zients.
The letter marks the latest affront on the Environmental Protection Agency’s pending rules limiting greenhouse gas emissions from new and modified power plants that burn fossil fuels. Republicans and some centrist Democrats in the House and Senate have been working for months to scuttle the regulations.
But EPA and other backers of the rules say they will offer huge public health benefits and help to tackle climate change at a minimal cost.
The rules, which EPA is issuing under a settlement with environmentalists and several states, have been delayed repeatedly.
“Our timeline has been for the end of January. We think we are close to that timeline,” Gina McCarthy, EPA’s top air quality official, said Jan. 19.

I thought 0bamacare would be enough to do it… and it would, but now that he is forcefully making it extremely painful with surging gas prices and he openly admits he is unwilling to drill for oil …I don’t see how he can win even a little favor.
Newt’s probably the best canidate compared to Romney… …but I bet the dems want romney to be the one to run against 0bama: he seems like a much easier target to destroy
(they are probably giving romney most of the donations… hoping that he wins, so they can run him against 0bama and then 0bama would recieve a 2nd term.
…I see them having a harder time with newt… he calls them on what their doing like the HHS mandate on catholics… his algae idea, and 0bamacare….
(none of which 0bama can seem to deflect… the blame on republicans or newt.)

This is another very important reasons, I wish I could say this stronger but OBAMA NEEDS TO GO!
I care about a person’s moral obligation to America, I care about a person’s extending their hand to those who REALLY have experience in Growing a Nation’s economy to a place where there is a Surplus. Money not to play around with but money in case of a dire emergency in a nation.
We have seen some very disturbing ideas and policies that have completely been the opposite of what we are use too.
Debt, military, personal freedom, higher taxes and higher gas, education is being taught more by Politics and our kids aren’t learning how to be productive citizens for the future.
The only way we can get on track to a real positive future is through some of the ways of the past. Basic and yet, intelligence with minds that are producers of great things and aren’t stifled by a environmental, political idea logy, influenced by bad outside opinions that will only stagnate production.
Someone who will advance us into the 21 Century and cooperate with experience business men and women and even take opinions to heart from let’s say CONGRESS.

This is one of the most important times to truly have a President who isn’t punishing America for one reason or another.
Even the food we eat, what restaurants serve, what Networks we watch. This administration actually put in place, spies to take out Fox. This administration is stifling our speech.
Constitution has never been ignored more by any other president. And that is NOT a free nation.

We have to vote the Democrats out of the House, the Senate, and the White House so that we can repeal OBAMACARE and totally eliminate or cut 50%-75% of the EPA, DOE, and DOI rules and regulations and STAFF! I believe in preserving our environment for future generations, but these agencies are destroying this country. The EPA wants to control every aspect of our lives –they started with controlling the fuels, lightbulbs, commodes, appliances, etc. Now they want to control all of our water. The DOE has existed for 40 years and we’re no closer to a national energy policy than we were when it was formed. And the DOI is deadset on keeping mining and ranching off of Federal lands. We must turn all of this Socialist crap around if we want to survive as free people. The only way we can turn it around is to elect people who know and will follow our Constitution. The current group of Progressives in office in Washington, DC, act like it is a dead document!

Well, if all those representatives ordered him to resign or be prosecuted for treason I think that would have more of a impression on him than this letter. He probably got a good laugh from it. Do you think for a second that he is going to let down the environmentalists who he did this for, and that the power was given to the EPA in order to get us off gasoline, and do more damage to the job market in order to destroy the Middle Class like is the intention of Saul Alinsky Rules For Radicals intends, that he would say, “Oh well, since all of you put it that way, I guess I’ll tell the EPA not to impose these job killing rules now.” I doubt it very much. Obama said he had about 60% of what he wanted to do, done already. And we may not be seeing all that he has done yet because you know how it is, they always wait until the right time to impose more removal of our rights to oppose his government, take more of our freedoms away so that we can’t fight against him, and take more liberties away so that we become more demoralized and think we can’t beat him.
But I still say there are some very smart, alot smarter than Obama or anyone who is helping him do all this stuff to us, that are waiting in the wings for the right time and then they are going to come in and wipe him and his administration away. Some are waiting for the election to put someone in office who they can work with and then make the changes that will give America it’s power back. And then there are some who will move if it looks like Obama is doing something that would really hurt this country and take more of our freedoms away than ever before.
I know they are there and there are a lot of them to. These men are not going to let America fall. It doesn’t matter what Obama thinks he has the power to do!!

But what they really want is to finally take the opportunity to expose Obama and his gang of Communist partner’s in crime so that the liberals will finally see what and who Obama is. Obama is sharp, don’t think he isn’t. But do you know what? Obama is still human. And as a human he will make a mistake sooner or later. And his ego is so big that he just won’t be able to resist the temptation to do that thing, and when he does these men will jump right on it and hang that bastard, and right along with all his Communist backers!!
These men know who they are. And the reason why is not that they didn’t know before, and have known longer than Obama has been in office. They know because those people aren’t even trying to cover it up they feel so close to victory over our Constitution. Once they screw up and expose themselves that’s when these guys will take advantage of their mistake!!
Don’t you ever wonder why God won’t help us when WE think He should? It’s like He doesn’t care what happens to us. But He does, and He will act on His time, and not a second sooner. Sometimes that’s what makes us so frustrated. But what He wants us to do is practice patience, and He wants us to learn patience. It’s hard but the rewards are great. The same thing here with these men who will not let Obama and Communists cause this nation to fall. America is to great of a nation to let it fall just because people don’t care anymore, and want America to be like some European nation. They won’t deter these men, no matter what those people think.

It is time to write a bill that kills the job-killing regulations and then see how many Democrats in the House vote against it.
Who knows? There may even come a time when Harry Reid will be forced to let it come to the Senate floor.

The article quotes estimates for racial makeup of voters in California generally, and the State overall, noting that the State doesn’t ask voters for their race. “By comparison, nearly a third of California Democrats are Hispanic.” So, the Democrats keep track of your race in California.
And then, there’s this gem:
“Despite the focus on Asians, Hispanics and younger voters, diversity was not reflected in the choice for Saturday’s headline speakers — former House Speaker and GOP presidential contender Newt Gingrich and former Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty.”
Isn’t that just breathtaking? The reporter assumes that no hispanics or asians would be interested to listening to Newt Gingrich because he is white.
Of course, the real purpose of the article is to AVOID reporting on the substance of this speech.
