Bill O’Reilly told his audience tonight that if Barack Obama wins reelection in November,
“You’re not going to recognize this country in four years.”
Needless to say, Bill is not a fan of Obama’s big government policies that have bankrupted the nation.

I think the single-most frightening aspect at the prospect of 4 more years of Obama is my declining faith in the American voter. If more and more people are decadent enough to vote for Obama and the nanny state, we’re simply done as a society. I still have hope that the American voter will dispatch with this nightmare, but it will take God to help convince enough voters out there that Obama’s path is simply disastrous. It’s readily apparent to the engaged citizen, but there are whole hordes of sheeple who will simply vote for the elusive gravy train that Obama promises based upon their irresponsible civic laziness.

Of course you didn’t, because, like most racist libs, you believe that black folks are Genetically Predisposed to be Democrat voters. So what I said cannot be true, right?
It is Democrats who believe that black Americans are animals — and must be held to lower standards of behavior. True CBO #’s
Summary
Each January, CBO prepares “baseline” budget projections spanning the next 10 years. Those projections are not a forecast of future events; rather, they are intended to provide a benchmark against which potential policy changes can be measured. Therefore, as specified in law, those projections generally incorporate the assumption that current laws are implemented.
But substantial changes to tax and spending policies are slated to take effect within the next year under current law. So CBO has also prepared projections under an “alternative fiscal scenario,” in which some current or recent policies are assumed to continue in effect, even though, by law, they are scheduled to change. The decisions made by lawmakers as they confront those policy choices will have a significant impact on budget outcomes in the coming years.
CBO’s Current-Law Baseline
CBO projects a $1.1 trillion federal budget deficit for fiscal year 2012 if current laws remain unchanged. Measured as a share of the nation’s output (gross domestic product, or GDP), that shortfall of 7.0 percent is nearly 2 percentage points below the deficit recorded in 2011, but still higher than any deficit between 1947 and 2008. Over the next few years, projected deficits in CBO’s baseline decline markedly, dropping to under $200 billion and averaging 1.5 percent of GDP over the 2013–2022 period.

Patty commented:
In CBO’s forecast, the unemployment rate remains above 8 percent both this year and next, a consequence of continued weakness in demand for goods and services. As economic growth picks up after 2013, the unemployment rate will gradually decline to around 7 percent by the end of 2015, before dropping to near 5½ percent by the end of 2017.
While the economy continues to recover during the next few years, inflation and interest rates will remain low. In CBO’s forecast, the price index for personal consumption expenditures increases by just 1.2 percent in 2012 and 1.3 percent in 2013, and rates on 10-year Treasury notes average 2.3 percent in 2012 and 2.5 percent in 2013. As the economy’s output approaches its potential later in the decade, inflation and interest rates will rise to more normal levels.
Many developments could produce economic outcomes that differ from CBO’s forecast. For example:
The forces that have restrained the economy’s recovery could fade more rapidly than anticipated.
A significant worsening of the banking and fiscal problems in Europe could spill over to U.S. financial markets and greatly weaken the economy here.
Changes in fiscal policy that diverge from those in CBO’s baseline could affect economic growth.

Not to pick a bone with you, but despite the fact that we can use that point to win the election in November, at what point are we going to go back to the Conservative principle that job creation is not the responsiblity of the White House or even Congress. There’s nothing in the Constitution about it. Congress and the president should stay out of the job creation/job saving business as much as possible.
Of course the corollary to that is repealing things like the minimum wage that proactively damaged the job market.
That alone would result in a job boom, guaranteed. And it would eliminate a lot of the under-the-table work arrangements that exist in this country where people are drawing unemployment and doing work off the books and not paying any taxes.
Patty commented:
It’s true that 348,000 people filing first time unemployment claims is still far too large. Under 300,000 would be indicative of an economy revving up to grow at a pace that would add jobs in the hundreds of thousands instead of barely keeping ahead of new entrants to the job market every month (we need more than 125,000 new jobs every month just to employ those recent entrants.).
But the idea that the jobs picture is improving can only be good news to those who have been unemployed far too long.

A fascinating theory has been advanced by Dick Morris, which, in turn, is being considered by Rush Limbaugh and other leading conservatives. Morris speculates that the Obama HHS mandate on contraception, sterilization, and abortifacients is a fight with the Catholic Church that Team Obama wants — and with the focus based narrowly on contraception, not abortifacients.
Dick Morris may be right. It seems no accident that Obama publicly noted that the vast majority of Catholic women use contraception. Yes, the vast majority does, but the vast majority does not support abortifacients — that is, “contraceptive” drugs that cause or induce an abortion.
Obama is underscoring “contraception” generally, not abortifacients specifically. Sadly, our superficial media, which reflexively ramrods everything into a 10-second sound-bite, is aiding and abetting his tactic. Again and again, I hear reporters refer to Obama’s mandate not as a mandate on “contraception, sterilization, and abortion-inducing drugs” (which it is), but as simply one on “contraception.”
If Obama can successfully frame the debate that way, which should be easy with the American public, he can make great headway on this assault on the Roman Catholic Church. He will appeal to many apathetic Roman Catholics as well as many Protestants who disagree with the Catholic Church on contraception. Among non-evangelical Protestants, Obama will find lots of sympathy from the liberal mainline denominations that flew off the hinges decades ago, and some of which are members of the hideous Religious Coalition for Reproductive Choice. Their split with Rome over matters of birth has roots in the Episcopal Church’s embrace of contraception a century ago.
Speaking of a century ago, if this is indeed a gambit by Obama to pit religious believers against the Catholic Church, it would be nothing new from the radical left. Consider some examples:
In my book, Dupes, I shared the case of Anna Louise Strong. Strong was an editor to the flagship publication of the communist front Friends of the Soviet Union, which masterfully manipulated progressives like Upton Sinclair. We published a photo of Strong and Sinclair together on the “Friends” editorial page, where a stoic Sinclair vows to “expose the lies and slander” against poor old Joe Stalin — maligned by those mean American anti-communists.

You aren’t. I am saying Obama has nothing to do with job numbers other than having his minions lying about them.
Case in point. Just two weeks ago the housing contractors were saying nothing is being built. Now it is coming back this week. Must have something to do with poor reporting or regional.
Manufacturers are coming back some in some areas. But it will take years for the unemployment numbers to come back to normal. Or whatever normal is. Just saying: for the 3rd time Obama has nothing, nothing to do with job numbers but he will taut this and Naive Americans will believe he is doing great. Forgetting, Mexico, dangerous borders more people killed then in Vietnam War. Fast and Furious and Holder, Gitmo detainees released..5 soon.
Iran, Our Nuclear arsenal being reduced? Oil prices skyrocketing. Contraceptives and Obama care. Media matters and Obama in together to take out Fox. on and one, But the American voters don’t see what is happening to us like I do. And Palin and others.
He could tear up the Constitution and who cares. I don’t see anyone doing a thing to Obama.
Yet, he in a poll beats anyone of our candidates. And then there is the mastermind Soros.
Americans vote for a second term then they will see and it will be too late.
Patty commented:
Rush predicted all of this 5 weeks ago. Propping up all the numbers, things will be great and Americans will start to believe the garbage.
Rush said don’t worry, folks. I am not sure if I can do that.

CBO NUMBERS.
Gary commented:
Rush says that every time the numbers come out.
And he’s been right every time.
How easily people are duped!
They hear the good news and it sticks. When it’s revised to bad news, it’s too late to bother remembering it.
As for Obama in the polls, quite simply, sentiment on our side is divided for the moment.
All the effort going into the GOP candidates trying to tear each other down will later be turned on Obama. Nobody’s really criticizing Obama right now in the ears of the masses.
Wait til the ad campaigns get rolling this summer. Obama has a rock solid base of about 35%. But he has rock solid opposition of 40+%.
The odds are in are favor to start with for the remaining 20+%, and a lot of them have even unregistered Democrat and re-registered independent. Not exactly Obama-leaning. I’m predicting a solid finish for our candidate, not a squeaker.

I refuse to watch O’Reilly ever since he practically endorsed Romney after the 1st primary.
O’Reilly has been soft on Obama right from the get-go, and it is a little rich to be chastising voters now on the dangers of Obama.
It is a pity that the most watched opinion show on TV is so out of touch with the real concerns of the people!
O’Reilly must be losing money in the stock market again that he is finally sounding the alarm!

As an earlier poster noted… it’s not Obama I fear per se; there is no shortage of Marxists who want to be president.
The populace that elected him is what worries me. A populace that re-elects him will absolutely terrify me.

Dear Bill O: I haven’t recognized my country since Oblammo was elected.
Ausonius commented:
My country became unrecognizable a decade or two ago, I cannot immagine what 4 more years of barry would do to it.
To the point of some comments regarding the conservative backlash, I would just offer the following observation: Over the past 2 decades I have seen two periods of “backlash” (1995 and 2011, following those elections). Sadly, I do not recall meaningful changes resulting from either. At best, there were some policies that were drawn back a bit, but almost none that were utterly abolished. I remember the welfare reform, but failed to see any changes in practice: the section 8 complexes were just as full, just as drug-laden, and so forth.
In practice, democrats hold power and advance/expand liberal ideology. When republicans hold power, fewer liberal programs come into being: none are removed or even drawn back significantly. The end result is every decade there is a further shift to the left to the point we are now: an open marxist can possibly win a reelection running essentially as an open marxist.
Never has there been a better opportunity to wipe out a number of federal programs, as there simply is no money to fund them. If we miss this opportunity, we may never be able to reverse the trend.
I do believe that ultimately these issues are all symptoms of a deeper problem, namely the spiritual rot that has occured. I believe that if there were a large-scale return to Christianity, then all of these things could be reversed (II Chronicles 7:14)

Bill O is trying to make people forget that he was on the wrong side because he knows the ship is going down. History will paint him, and others like him as traitors to America, and every bit as vile as histories other infamous villans. Dear Bill, Not. Gonna. Work. You pathetic, transparent, scared-witless, hack. You could have chosen courage and the moral path. Live with it if and for as long as you can.
Abiss commented:
PS – there was a reason that our forefathers shot communists as a policy. There is a reason these people didn’t become entrenched and openly show themselves until 5 decades after we stopped. Anybody else in country still able to do basic math?
jimstl commented:
Amazing, it only took Bill 4 years to reach the conclusion we knew on election night in 2008. I want to thank Bill and the rest of the panty-wastes in the media for doing their job in 2008 when there was still something that could have been done about this.
Would McCain have been a great President? Not likely. But it wouldn’t have been anything like this…

I was behind a lady last week who had a bumper sticker: For Obama Then, For Obama Now.
It’s unbelievable, but there really are 1/3+ people in this country who are just find with things the way they are. The Dems told them to give up and take a free ride and they obliged.
If we can get the DOE shut down, we might eventually have better luck with the kids that follow.

Keep kissing his A$$, Bill!!!
Stop the MADNESS.
Only a STRONG conservative can turn this DISASTER around.
WAKE UP BILL
astonerii commented:
Didn’t Bill O’Reilly give Obama like two totally softball interviews in the lead up to the election? Didn’t Bill O’Reilly work hard to deep six all the negative stuff about Obama in the lead up to the election? Now Bill O’Reilly thinks that Obama is a danger to the country? Bill O’Reilly, you wanted Obama to be President so you could get huge ratings and make more money, whats wrong now?
Rachel commented:
You’re just figuring this out NOW, Bill? Where have you been for the last 3 yrs that creeping fascism has taken over our nation??? It’s scary how stupid Americans have gotten…but not surprising. It’s no accident that leftwing indeologues have been in total charge of our education system for the last 40 yrs…and the dumbed down chickens have come home to roost.
Andy commented:
I am an old man now and have lived through many presidents. Some of them made me feel pride, some made me feel anger, some made me laught at their folly, or feel embarrassment for our country, or feel nothing at all. But this is the first time, in all my years, that a president has made me feel dread. I dread four more years of what we have now. Because it can only get worse. That smiling, affable, likable, nice family guy exterior is a thin-skinned shell covering, like an M&M. Beneath his waxen exterior lies an evil heart. Yes, I dare judge another’s soul. It’s one of the few abilities we have which improves with age. No one can convince me that while his shell smiles and SAYS how much he is trying to fix America, he and his cronies are gleeful every time something goes wrong. Because it’s never their fault is it? And so, inch by inch they move us towards some dictatorial future where they, the so-called servants of the people, the elite of liberal leftist Universities (you know who they are, hiding in plain sight) dictate what you can drive (if you can have a car at all), what your children can eat, what kind of light bulbs you can use, where and how you get your healthcare, your medications, your news, why you can’t own a gun and anything else they can contrive to take over from your own volition. They make Marx’s ambition pale by comparison. Mr. Obama is a fanatic idealogue in a designer suit who wants to be the first Supreme World Ruler. Oh yes. Have not several Congressmen already sought to revise to our Federal laws to allow Presidents to serve unlimited terms? For the state of our nation, for which hundreds of thousands of brave individuals gave the full measure of their patriotism, if this isn’t something to dread, I don’t know what is.
Don’t come down on Bill O’Reilly, he is a patriot on a ship of media fools, a decent man who has paid his dues, and is doing his best to run a fair show as well as improve the lot of his family. I see no crime in that. Bill is by no means a saint, and some of his schtick I find annoying, but in so many other ways I admire him.
