I knew when Obama was elected that he would be bad for us. I just didn’t realize he was going to be this bad, this fast. And our Congress sits idly by while America goes to hell in a hand basket. We can’t just go to rallies and wave our home made signs. We must learn how to effectively use the election process and modern technology to take our country back.

The flood of information provided by the St. Louis Tea Party Coalition was almost overwhelming. The cancellation of Dr. Schweikart’s (due to bad weather airport connection) did toss a wet blanket onto the Friday’s event. Saturday’s presentations were on schedule (almost). As each presentation was given, the crowd seemed to absorb it quickly and was well nourished.
Around 10:00am, one late comer moved to a front row center (in front of the speaker) and was unconscious that his computer tote bag knocked over table decorations, nearly flooded the second row table with coffee mugs tipped, and then, seemed to revel in how his disruptive nature went unchallenged. He sat up his computer and appeared to roam the internet and without giving any attention to what the speaker was presenting. (Strange behavior for an adult?) Not that I object to what he did, it was in the fact that he never once apologized to anyone. Later on, during the final Raz Shafer presentation, this same guy was the center of attention outside the meeting room with boisterous nonsense that made it difficult to concentrate. Oh I almost forgot, this guy was a Romney campaigner that was in attendance to manipulate the meeting for caucus support.. Maybe, since the ‘mock caucus’ was canceled, he was determined to solicit support with childish disruption.
