Is there anything this man will not say or do to hold power over America?

He is shameless.
President Obama told reporters yesterday that Bush is the foodstamp president not him.

From the video:

“First of all, I don’t put people on food stamps. People become eligible for food stamps. Second of all, the initial expansion of food-stamp eligibility happened under my Republican predecessor, not under me. Number three, when you have a disastrous economic crash that results in 8 million people losing their jobs, more people are going to need more support from government.”

Of course, Barack is not being honest with you.

Today there are over 46 million people on foodstamps. After three years of the Obama Administration the number continues to climb.

  1. Obama can’t help it, he’s a racist with a low IQ just like his VP bahahahahaha

  2. We’ve been wondering, for years now, just when Obama will run out of ways to blame Bush for the failures since 1/20/09. The answer now seems clear: NEVER.

  3. Uh hoh man….he hates that phrase.
    It’s effective.
MSNBC has been on a tear to stigmatize it so Newt will not use it anymore.

  4. The man is delusional.

  5. Maybe it is time to update the languare and acknowledge that actual food stamps are no longer used. Here is Texas the Lone Star Card substitute is known as the Swipe card

  6. I think it’s really despicable to refer to a President as a “food stamp President” if it’s shameless for 0bama to say such a thing about Bush, what does that make Gingrich for starting the dialogue about 0bama in the first place?

Looks like your other option is to support the guy who stays above the fray. Of course he is 0bama-Lite and would continue down the same path.

Looks like Republicans are between a rock and a hard place.

You could always support a real constitutional conservative like Ron Paul.

If you like Socialism, Fascism, Tyranny or a Totalitarian Dictatorship and don’t care too much for the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, civil liberties or freedom then don’t vote for Ron Paul just vote for one of the puppets and you can have Big Government control every move you make.

  7. A man that cannot take responsibility for his actions

Is not a man at all. Possibly mentally impaired.

    Obama = Evil

  8. The number of people on food stamps has exploded in N. Dak. solely because of changed eligibility, while most of the nation has high unemployment they have a labor shortage. Govt. workers work to make people aware of the new rules to expand the program and help them enroll.

  9. It makes perfect sense. If you keep lazy people on the dole, and working people with their backs to the wall, your agenda is whatever you say it is.

Obama has no intention of creating jobs. There is something much darker going on…an instrument of pure evil seeking to expand his power.

  11. Obama’s right. He didn’t put people on Food Stamps—they become ‘eligible’ for Food Stamps. Believe it or not, words mean something. You should pay more attention to the use of words.

It’s estimated that there are 20 to 30 million unemployed or underemployed. Almost half of the people on food stamps are children, disabled, and seniors. Do you wants to take the food out of their mouths?

  12. Ever wonder that the only race of people whose standard of living increased doing the Obama administration are blacks? The standard of living decreased for the producers. That Obama sure knows his Marxism!

  13. Seriously, I do not understand what the controversy is about.

Snakes slither and dogs bark, it’s in their nature and they cannot help themselves. Our present POTUS is the same way, he cannot accept the consequences of his ideology.

Truth? Honesty? Veracity? — His remarks/actions show the relationship he has with these concepts. If he wasn’t blaming President Bush he would be blaming the farmers for charging to much for the food they grow, or blaming the Republican party, or blaming his dog… It makes no difference, he is not going to be the one at fault.

Furthermore, the people of America will see this and….yawn. They don’t care, thinking that it doesn’t really affect them. Sheep are satisfied as long as they’re comfortable, not understanding that the ‘guard dog’ has been replaced by a hungry wolf. There has always been plenty of pasture in the past, so there will be green pastures tomorrow…right? That ‘wolf’ seems big and strong, what sheep wants to chase it away? None that I’m aware of…. Perhaps if the sheep all get together and ‘vote’ the wolf away he will leave.

  14. Agree with #8. . Obama is a man-child. .what should one expect with a no experience, affirmative action (where are those college transcripts Obama?), hate filled, egotistical narcissist Liar & Thief ?

It is Booooooshes Fault is ringing hollow. . . man up Obama. . Your are either Incompetent or wosre. . . doing this on purpose which would be pure evil.

For those who wondered where the Commies when when the Soviet Union collapsed look no further than Obama. . . and shame on us for allowing this to happen. . .

This is what we get when we disregard OUR Constitution calling for a naturally born citizen (which when drafted meant a child born in the country to TWO citizen parents). Notice how the left and the media lackeys have done a good job to diffuse this issue and castigate anyone who brings it up.

November 2012 can’t come soon enough.

Obama – inexperienced, Inept, INCOMPETENT – - and radical too!

  15. He will say anything and retards in the media suck it up like it is from God. If you do not want to become brain dead, turn the television off.

  16. after obama and the wookie leaves office. they should start a band. they both like to sing and dance. and i am sure they could make a one hit wonder song!

  17. #14. Now whose policies do you think are responsible for so many needing food stamps?
He does have a vision for the future.

  18. The next question should have been:

If we have millions of citizens out of work, and on food stamps….
why in Heavens name are you still allowing more VISA workers to come here, plus allowing illegals to stay, and keep making millions new citizens each year?

  19. My apologies to Seriously, #14. My question was addressed to #12.

  20. I’m no fan of the president’s pandering on this, but your chart lacks integrity. By starting with a baseline of 24 million, it exaggerates the growth curve. Don’t get me wrong; the growth of food stamp dependency is bad, but not as bad as this chart makes it look. I think we shoot ourselves in our collective feet when we overdo our arguments in this way.

  21. Attention Newt Gingrich and his campaign,

Yes, this guy is incredibly thin-skinned. The Food Stamp President label has him bothered, bothered so much that he is making it a name-shifting statement to tag Bush.

Keep hammering this guy about ALL his failed policies and the direction he is pushing America.

    Push, push, push.

Mitt, you could do the same thing, but I know in advance that you won’t. You’re a wimp, a RINO undeserving of the votes of true Americanists. But take heart, Mitt. Soon you’ll be joining the esteemed ranks of Dole, McCain, Romney.

  22. Word have meaning, OK then WTF did not put people on food stamps, he did however make sure far more are eligible.

And who wrote Diane Sawyer’s talking points, Jay Carney? The woman all but got on her knees before the One.

  23. Obama set another precedent: He advanced the Food Stamps Program to an UNPRECEDENTED level in America.

  24. Pat #21 – you are right about the chart. It’s best to present the entire picture.

Reading Obama’s words elicits only one response from me: When will this man grow up?

  27. I’m loving this. Absolutely loving this.
Obama won in 08 because a. he’s black (or appears that way) and b. he had no record
All he had to do was maintain and image and he is good at that. Teleprompters and look the part and viola………hope and change baby.
Now he has a record and he is getting out among the people.
He sounds like the uneducated buffoon he is. Race voters don’t see or hear it but they are voting for the black, and you can’t change that. Everyone else sees him for what he is, or they will if he keeps yammering on.

  28. If Obama had said that the Pelosi-Congress was guilty, he would have a point. However, there can be no doubt that Obama’s socialist policies have deepened and prolonged the recession and only time will show how long it will take USA to recover after Obama has been ousted.

  30. It’s worth saying once again, that if GWB had governed more like conservative Republicans wanted, and less like a “compassionate conservative” (i.e. democrat) then this line of reasoning by o could never have been suggested.

You simply cannot give the dems even a sliver of ground, or they will make hay with it.

  31. I have three questions for Obama!
!.) Mr. President, What have you done to create job growth since you took office?
2.) Mr. President has it worked?
3.) Mr. President, If it has not worked why do you continue with the same failed policies?
Obama has earned the title of Food Stamp President.

  32. Textbook “I didn’t do nuffin’” psychopath.

  33. and the Establishment Republican Party wants us to vote for Mitt Romney who says he is unaware of what his campaign ads say (even though they end with I’m Mitt Romney and I approve this ad) and doesn’t know where his money is invested! Just because his money is in a blind trust does not exonerate him from where the money is invested. Can you imagine giving your money to someone without telling them not to include investments that would violate your conscience?

  34. My point was that Mitt Romney is also always saying someone else is doing that, not me!

I would think that the assertion “My name is X, and I approve of this ad” is the equivalent of a signature on a letter. In my world, nobody takes “yeah, but I didn’t read it before I signed it” as an excuse for a typo, much less a grammatical, carefully parsed lie.

  36. Agreed #37 Valerie, What I was saying was that Romney uses the same excuse that it is someone else’s fault, whether it’s his trust manager or a Super PAC or even his own campaign.

  37. This explains why Obama cannot take responsibility for anything he does. Be prepared to be shocked.

  38. During the next debate, I would like to see all four candidates mutiny, and insist on talking about what they want to talk about.

Each one could pre-select a different topic…Solyndra, Gunwalker, Alinsky, Czars would be a good start.

Ignore the bogus, contentious questions asked, and discuss the real issues. What’s CNN or one of those other lame networks going to do? Go dark?

    /I can dream can’t I?

  39. Looks like we are stuck with a couple of front runners that fall short, one talks like a Conservative that may or no may not be, the other does not even know how to sound like a Conservative. The established leadership of either Party has no interest in upsetting the apple cart.

  41. Second of all, the initial expansion of food-stamp eligibility happened under my Republican predecessor, not under me. Number three, when you have a disastrous economic crash that results in 8 million people losing their jobs, more people are going to need more support from government.

It’s not a question of eligibility, you shallow little turd; it’s a question of the policies and regulations enacted with your approval that has hindered what should have been by now, by historical measure, a substantial economic recovery at this point. Instead, the economy remains in the doldrums, unemployment lingers on, unemployment benefits run out, people exhaust their savings, and in an effort to keep themselves afloat, people end up applying for food stamps.

Government does not have the means to support millions of unemployed people for a lengthy amount of time without running into financial issues. The way to solve the problem is to allow the economy to get back on its feet, which will result in new jobs for the unemployed, not attempting to prop them up with borrowed money. This means not imposing new rules, regulations, taxes, and other prosperity-killing initiatives.

It’s hard to tell if this idiot for a president is just playing dumb, hoping the public really is stupid (a not-unreasonable assumption, given recent history), or if he really believes the crap that he’s dispensing.

  42. He’s right as far as the expansion of eligibility under Bush. It is a shame the GOP refuses to allow any serious effort at job creation through the Congress. They’re following the lead of that fat pedophile with the radio program and the banlon shirts: allow no economic improvement until after 2012. It’ll be interesting to see if the GOP is willing to go for 8 years of hammering the middle class on behalf of their corporate overlords, since we can’t manage to come up with a real candidate to take out Obama.

  43. “It is a shame the GOP refuses to allow any serious effort at job creation through the Congress.”

Just this sentence alone is a clear indicator that your elevator doesn’t go all the way up to the top.

C’mon Blaque do you truly believe Obama’s actions are intentional or just foul ups? Do you believe that such consistently horrible decisions and policies could be possible to even the most foolish, inept, bumbling losser? This man is the Manchurian candidate. He is the culmination of decades of efforts to place a Marxist in the WH.

  48. Obama is the first president since FDR that has caused the total work force to contract. There are over 2 million fewer people employed than when he took office. He is such a great president.

He is gonna get so burned in 2012. I bet its a 10 point victory. My cat could beat this Marxist loser.

  49. Don’y uoi love Obama’s humility when he ranks himself as the 4th greatest president in American history? His ego is so big it has its own gravitational field.

What a pathetic clown this pampered little Marxist is.

  50. Perhaps

  51. Of course Barry’s hand is on overwhelming the system now just as it was then – it’s all part of the plan:

ACORN showed its colors again in 1991, by taking over the House Banking Committee room for two days to protest efforts to scale back the CRA. Obama represented ACORN in the Buycks-Roberson v. Citibank Fed. Sav. Bank, 1994 suit against redlining. Most significant of all, ACORN was the driving force behind a 1995 regulatory revision pushed through by the Clinton Administration that greatly expanded the CRA and laid the groundwork for the Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac borne financial crisis we now confront. Barack Obama was the attorney representing ACORN in this effort. With this new authority, ACORN used its subsidiary, ACORN Housing, to promote subprime loans more aggressively.

A must-read article for those who’re unfamiliar with Cloward and Piven – or those who need to be reminded of Barry’s radical associations this election cycle:
