How sweet and who cares. A flip-flopper supporting another flip-flopper. Unfortunately, McCain did not scrub all his anti-Romney election videos.

This is as helpful as getting the coveted Christine O’Donnell endorsement.

Does anybody else believe, like I do, that McCain just plain likes being in front of a television camera holding a microphone and listening to himself pontificate about one thing or the other?
Jim commented:
Wow! An endorsement from President McCain, oops. Well, it could be an endorsement from President Dole, oops. It’s the looser club syndrome.

RINOS……BOTH OF THEM. BORING, AND USELESS.

Striving for relevance.
samuel gonzalez commented:
McCain is like the kiss of death. Why bother?
Ausonius commented:
Might be the kiss of death; most conservatives can’t stand mccain.
Further proof that the establishment is determined to make us eat our vegies.
Now the so-called right wing blogs will be in concert making Santorum out to be a lib, magnifying any compromise he has ever voted with and ignoring the well-established liberal/left record of mitt.
Before you allow them to poison your opinion, carefully consider their actions.
We are finding out that alot of so-called conservatives are determined to give us clearly the 2nd or 1st most liberal of the field under the guise of “electibility.”

KISS OF DEATH FOR MITTIE!
ogee commented:
McCain the wuss who punked me for my vote and passed the election to obama despite having Palin spilling the beans about obama. I resent McCain. He was one of those who wrote the NDAA bill that obama just signed. He does not uphold the constitution and Rmney is not a natural brn citizen.
mitch Rapp commented:
Wow – If Romney had any brains he would refuse the endorsement
John commented:
America has too many milk and watery politicians. It is time for a full-blooded conservative President who will get the scalpel to the deficit. Looks like the establishment minority wishes to nuke the conservative majority within the party.
dt commented:
know one knows if Romney will also pass on the victory to obama! Just like mccain, he only fights hard against those in his own party!

Romney has said “I support the right of individuals to keep and bear arms as guaranteed under the U.S. Constitution,”[49] though in past campaigns he has described himself as a proponent of gun control, and he fully supports a ban on assault weapons.[50]
For Romney’s 1994 US Senate campaign, he supported the Brady Bill, which imposed a five-day waiting period on gun sales, and a ban on particular semi-automatic rifles.[50] In a 2002 debate during Romney’s campaign for governor of Massachusetts, Romney said: “We do have tough gun laws in Massachusetts; I support them. I won’t chip away at them; I believe they protect us and provide for our safety.”[51] As governor, Romney signed a 2004 measure instituting a permanent Massachusetts ban on military style assault weapons, to take the place of a Federal ban, which was then about to expire. The bill made Massachusetts the first state to enact its own such ban on specific semi-automatic weapons and some shotguns with specific accessories, and Romney supported the law with the comment: “These guns are not made for recreation or self-defense. They are instruments of destruction with the sole purpose of hunting down and killing people.”[52] As Governor, Romney extended the term of firearm licenses from four to six years, reinstated a 90-day grace period for citizens renewing their gun licenses, and signed a law providing free replacement licenses.[citation needed]
When he supported the Brady Bill in 1994, Romney said, “That’s not going to make me the hero of the NRA. I don’t line up with the NRA.”[51] Just before declaring his candidacy for the 2008 Republican nomination for president, Romney joined the National Rifle Association (NRA).[50][50][53] In 2005, Romney declared the 31st anniversary of the Gun Owners’ Action League “Right to Bear Arms Day”.[54]……

Yeah, McCain supporting Romney in NH is no big deal. McCain only won the state twice in the past. Yawn.
Romney continues to get big endorsements while Gingrich is still crying and Perry changes his mind about continuing to campaign quicker than I think about changing socks.
The Romney train is chugging into NH, all aboard….except Gingrich. He can go under the train for all I care.

McCain who? Oh yeah, the cold, dead fish who debated Obama in 2008. Please.

AYOTTE AND HALLEY HAVE ENDORSED MITT ALONG WITH THUNE AND MANY OTHERS.
AND MCCAIN. AND DOLE. AND COULTER.
IS THAT BAD?
Pragmatic commented:
The only worthwhile ‘endorsement’ McCain ever made was to pick Sarah Palin as his VP; without her, he would have lost by an exponentially greater amount of votes.

#33 bing…………….some how i think McCain has yet to realize that……….just sayin

Oh yeepie!
Endorsed by the man who wrote the detain Americans bill.

No one has brought McCain bitching about the TEA Party. I am sure his liberal wife and daughter think highly of Romney also.

Now McCain can have all of Romney opponents detained.

#32, you keep your Congress critter endorsements. I’ll stick with Medal of Honor winner, Dakota Meyer, among others, and Marcus Luttrell of Lone Survivor fame. They walked the walk, didn’t just talk the talk as well as earned every damn dime we paid them.

jainphx commented:
McCain, the guy that refused to bad mouth Obama, or they would release papers on what actually happened in the pow camp. So now we have Romney, who campaigned to the left of Kennedy, when he ran against him for the Senate, excepting the endorsement of some one to his left.
Ella commented:
McCain’s endorsement means nothing. He should go away and so should Romney. We want a real conservative. Go Rick.
jainphx commented:
Ella====== You have a fine name, my mothers name was Ella, G-D rest her soul.
Yeah Santorum seems to be our last hope of thwarting the Establishment of there hopes for a ObamaRomney Presidency. I say NO NO NO. I was waiting for Palin, but it seems we had better rally behind our last best chance in Santorum.
Hugh commented:
Yuck. Who cares–McCain is irrelevant.
Indiana commented:
One more reason to vote for an anti-Romney! I’m still pulling for Perry or Santorum, but I will hold my nose and vote for ABO or crazy uncle Ron!
Hugh commented:
An endorsement from McCain only confirms that Romney is a weenie. Santorum is weak too–pinning my hopes on Perry. Who’da thunk? Go Perry!!!!
Gravelyvoice Jim commented:
But who has Meghan endorsed? The most valuable endorsement from the McCain family will be hers since she’s the new media darling.
Blacque Jacques Shellacque commented:
The more damage this guy does with his “maverick” act and his RINO inclinations, the more he devalues his service to America and the difficulties he suffered in Vietnam.
If he’s smart, he’ll quit now, while this country can still be saved.
tommy mc donnell commented:
maybe ha can run as romney’s vice president. that would be a helluva ticket.
Molon Labe commented:
Only two worse endorsements would be from Ron Paul and the ultimate, Obama.
