House Republicans Call Hillary to Testify Next Week on Keystone Decision

House Republicans called Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to testify next week on the Keystone Pipeline.
The Politico reported:
House Republicans have called Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to testify as early as next week on the Obama administration’s decision to reject the Keystone XL pipeline.
Energy and Commerce Committee Chairman Fred Upton formally sent a request to Clinton to come and testify at a hearing as early as next Wednesday, the day after President Barack Obama gives his State of the Union address before a joint session of Congress.
Upton is required to give members of his panel a week’s notice before a hearing occurs. “So as much as I’d like to do it tomorrow, or Friday or Monday, we can’t ask her before Wednesday,” he told reporters Wednesday.Upton added he had not heard back from the State Department but “we expect to hear back very shortly.” He said Clinton is the only witnesses he has asked for so far.

I’m a bit surprised that Obama rejected this, it’s now an election year issue which can easily be used against him. No amount of spin can defend Obama’s rejection of the Keystone xl. Even though the past three years of the Obamessiah have been a disaster I always wondered if Obama would be forced to do a few good things because he was so desperate to be re-elected.
I guess the eco-fundamentalists are more powerful than Obama’s desire to be re-elected.
Of course, there’s one other more disturbing possibility; that Obama doesn’t care about reelection and that he’ll take his chances and he’ll reveal his racially divisive marxist Chicago organizer this year and try to burn down the nation with racially divisiveness and class warfare.
Having lived through the 92 LA riots firsthand, either way prepare accordingly.
