Farmers Sue Obama’s Pal Corzine Over Missing Millions

Montana farmers have filed a class action suit against Obama pal Jon Corzine. The farmers claim the failed financial firm run by Corzine stole millions from their accounts.

ABC News reported, via Free Republic:

Montana farmers have filed a class action suit against former New Jersey governor Jon Corzine, charging that the failed financial firm run by Corzine stole millions from their accounts to pay off its spiraling debts, and that Corzine’s “single-minded obsession” with making MF Global a big player on Wall Street led to the firm’s collapse.

MF Global’s clients included 38,000 wheat farmers, cattle ranchers and others who “hedged” their crop prices by placing millions in MF Global accounts. Those accounts were supposed to be “segregated and secure,” according to the federal suit, meaning MF Global could not draw on those funds.

The lawsuit, filed on behalf of all 38,000 customers, alleges that when MF Global made a series of bad investments — notably in European debt — it began “siphoning funds withdrawn from segregated client accounts” to cover its debts.

“This is a suit by the real victims of MF Global,” said plaintiff’s attorney Mark Baker of the law firm Anderson, Baker & Swanson. “The missing funds were not investments in MF Global, or loans to MF Global, but rather the customer’s own money as collateral to guaranty their contracts. They were not to be used by others – let alone their own broker – to speculate on risky and exotic securities.”

The saddest part is that what Corzine did was criminal.
Yet, his personal assets will not be seized and distributed to those he stole from.
Nope, Corzine will retire a ridiculously wealthy man.
Maybe he can buy one of those nice Montana farms and convert it to a ranch or something.

All the democrats pilfering the public funds, and in this case, private funds of the lesser people, are getting away with it. This is the hallmark of the Obama regime.

The customer funds were stolen to pay the pensions of some 60 year old retired greek bureocrat who is now sitting in the park playing backgammon. The american economy will stagnate for years to come from our corrupt involvement in propping up the failing New World Order EU socialist dictatorship.

That lawsuit won’t do any good. Those farmers and the others will not see one red cent of their money. Obama and Co will see to it that Corzine will be insulated from any claims that may arise.

It is evident that the things others do to prop up Obama will always be his out to use in his personal favor. But things that must be hidden like Solyndra and Fast and Furious, regulations and Obama care made behind close doors are covered up.

Now, he intends to campaign on the killing of Osama Bin Laden.

Many of those same farmers have been voting for democrats to keep the agriculture subsidies flowing into their bank accounts. Those who were in on this taxpayer funded gravy train will no doubt keep voting for the lying thieves that share the loot with them.
