Ron Paul: Guess Who’s Behind World Trade Center Bombing?… The Jews

Ron Paul suggested the Jews were behind the 1993 World Trade Center bombings.
The New Republic reported, via RedState:

One of the more insane claims in Ron Paul’s newsletters was that the Israelis were behind the WTC bombings in 1993:

Whether [the 1993 World Trade Center bombing] was a setup by the Israeli Mossad, as a Jewish friend of mine suspects, or was truly a retaliation by the Islamic fundamentalists, matters little.

Nice way of twisting his words. He suggested nothing. He referred to a Jewish friend with those comments. The Mossad ain’t saints either.. much like our CIA.

You establishment faux conservatives are really threatened of Dr. Ron Paul. It’s actually quite funny.

“… Whether [the 1993 World Trade Center bombing] was a setup by the Israeli Mossad, as a Jewish friend of mine suspects …”
    = = = = = =

Nice way of putting the suspicion of Jooooos into people’s minds without he himself actually being recorded as SAYING such a thing…

As I’ve said before: Mr. Ron Paul totally lost me when he said that the Bush Administration “reacted with glee” to the 9-11 attacks. This slug –aka “libertarian candidate”– needs to go swallow broken, rusty razor blades.

  • People who are considering Ron Paul as a viable candidate are truly among the ignorant. Paul is extremely far left and quite possibly dangerous to this country. Regardless whether he suggested it or not, he should never bring up something as serious as the bombings of the WTC being anything other then attacks by Islamists.
    Beware folks!!

  • Redlite

    What a Effing nut.

  • J Descartes

I have always enjoyed simple minded ethnic humor. Ron Paul is a master of this. Comrades unite behind our fearless master cylinder. Let us all beam up to the mothership! If Paul states it is true who cannot deny it?
Ignore those reactionary neo-cons who keep quoting our lord and master. Ignore Ron’s love of the mullah village. Ignore the lamentations of the usual suspects whose combined IQ is less than Michael Bellesiles (Descartes, Craig, JHP, and Paz). The truth shall out. Speak to the power. Idle mendacity is the way forward.

Power to the Ronulans and Twinkie eaters!

  • Craig

Listen you neocons, you are twisting everything. I believe you can’t read a text.

Half of your country believes the Jews were behind that event and the other half believes it was an Islamist terrorist attack

What Ron Paul said is this:

Whether [the 1993 World Trade Center bombing] was a setup by the Israeli Mossad, as a Jewish friend of mine suspects, or was truly a retaliation by the Islamic fundamentalists, MATTERS LITTLE.

“Matters Little” are the KEY WORDS here.

Dr Paul was speaking on behalf of both halfs of the American people’s beliefs. I suggest you take a few lessons on how to decode a sentence.

  • Craig

And note that it was a JEWISH friend who believed that.

  • Saint

Ok, now this is just getting silly. The point Ron Paul was making (in this instance, at least) had nothing to do with finding the perpetrator behind the World Trade Center bombing (who his only point being that the government couldn’t be trusted on the issue; it has its own priorities). It had everything to do with warning people about the emerging dangers of city life, and the necessity to be armed and prepared in the event of wide-scale violence.

    This is just disingenuous.

    Infidel, #6

LOL…. and RE-LOL. Ron paul not conservative?

In fact, Ron Paul is not only the most conservative candidate, he is OFFICIALLY THE MOST CONSERVATIVE MEMBER OF CONGRESS and more conservative than any senator or president, not only today but dating all the way back to 1937.

Out of 3,320 individuals, Ron Paul ranks number 3,320 (number 1 being the most liberal) in a Common Space Scores tabulation by distinguished political scientist Dr Keith T. Poole. The scores are computed from all the roll calls cast in the House and Senate for the 1937 – 2002 period.

  • bg

    OT.. but definitely related:

we did not listen, we’re not listening still..

    [… And The Deceptive

And here’s where Resolution 16/18 gets tricky.

Because who, exactly, arbitrates what is “incitement to imminent violence”? Violence by whom? If drawing a caricature of the Prophet incites violence by Islamic radicals to the tune of riots, arson, and murder, all sanctioned by the IOC itself – then drawing such a caricature (or writing a book like the Satanic Verses) will now constitute a criminal act. And that is exactly what the OIC was aiming for. It is also in direct violation of the principles of Western democracy – and the First Amendment. (Though it is crucial to note that any resolution passed by the General Assembly remains nonbinding, which makes you sort of wonder what the point of all this is, anyway.)

Moreover, since many would claim that the persecution of blasphemers is mandated by their religion, conflicts emerge between guarantees of free expression and the guarantee of freedom of religion and the practice of one’s faith. In othr words: your free speech allows you to insult my prophet: my freedom of religion compels me to kill you for it.

What was that about “incitement to violence”?

    Whose violence?

This is how the Organization of the Islamic Cooperation plays “Gotcha.

This is how the American government, however unwittingly, subsumes its own Constitution in deference ot the demands of the Islamic state.]

What boggles the rational mind is fvcking idiots like Craig really don’t see the lunacy.

They try to disassociate Ron Paul from exactly what Ron Paul expressed. He expressed the choice between ISRAEL, THE JEWS/MOSSAD or the other possiblity being ISLAMIC…………………….RETALIATION as not mattering.

Sorry idiots, Paul has BE-CLOWNED himself. AGAIN

  • Sasja

Newsbreak – Your “beliefs” are largely irrelevant, couched between drooling the koolaide as they usually are….

    > Half of your country believes the Jews were behind that event and the other half believes > it was an Islamist terrorist attack

If you wished to be “believed”, stop drooling and cite real sources, imbecile. But we know there are none available except those in your infantile deluded non-mind.

    > Dr Paul was speaking on behalf of both halfs of the American people’s beliefs. I suggest you > take a few lessons on how to decode a sentence.

Real sentences need less decoding, but it is indeed, “halves”, you uneducated imbecile, and with that spelling of unsubstantiated drivel, you speak like most retarded leftists, exalting in your own mindless assumptions that whatever you recite is “believable” and will thus be “believed”.

Almost pathetic if it weren’t such a waste of energy, but nature culls it’s failures, and it’s time to let nature take its course with you.

Ron Paul knows exactly who attacked the towers and he knows why. He was on the floor of congress trying to get them to stop the war efforts that led to the disaster in 1999. He named Bin-Laden and told of the back and forth that we were involved in. He then told everyone that the attacks were due to blowback. .

When you all are through discrediting Ron Paul and lying about his positions, and you’re left with Mitt or Newt as the nominee, get ready for another four years of Obama’s descent into socialism. Seems Ron Paul is racking up the endorsements. David Duke has just come out in support of Ron Paul, along with some names you may not know:

    Lew Rockwell
Willis Carto (who runs the American Free Press, a hate sight that also gave Paul its mailing list to solicit donations)
William Alexander “Bill” White (this is a great guy. He heads a Neo-nazi group has is solidly behind Ron Paul)

That’s just the short list of the radical racists that are backing Ron Paul but ignore that if it walks like a duck and squawks like and duck and is always seen in the company of ducks, if that duck is Ron Paul, it is just our imagination that he is really a duck.

  • Perfected democrat

Oy, perhaps when Ron wins the nomination by the coming surprise upset he will ask David Duke to run in the VP slot, it will be the Republican Dynamic Dorks faced off against the Democrats Dynamic Dorks, Bammy and Hillary (as the rumor goes). Umm, no. Half the country doesn’t believe such nonsense. You accuse others of being incapable of reading, but clearly, you can’t count. Such conspiracies are roundly mocked by the vast majority.

By the way, I love the irony of a foreigner lecturing the citizens about how their country works and what not. Not saying anyone doesn’t have a right to their opinion, but if you’re going to make a claim, try to back it up, junior. Don’t just shoot your mouth. Otherwise, you’d look stupid and while you’re plainly good at it, you really should stop.

In reading the comments, I can you see blather, whine and insult in response to any reply. I’d commend such dedication if you didn’t come across as such a self-serving, egotiscal, know-nothing know-it-all jackass. You spend a surprising amount of time getting into petty arguments with people you’ve never met on a blog you often belittle on a subject that you clearly know so very little about. That makes me sad for you. And I’m sure you’ll bitch and moan some more if you read this, but go ahead. At least when you’re doing that, you can’t possibly be bothering anyone out in the real world. Of course, if you actually do that, it’ll be a sure sign you have no life (which wouldn’t surprise me in the least). It’ll also mean that I succeeded in baiting you and getting you to waste your time. Later, chump.

    December 30, 2011

Muslims around the world must unite
to condemn attacks on Christians ….

“The radical Islamist organization Boko Haram, which murdered and maimed innocent Nigerian Christians on Christmas Day, does not represent the majority of Muslims around the world. Boko Haram is a radical Islamist group (“boko haram” means “Western Education is Sinful”) that attacked churches last year as well and has vowed similar attacks in the future. Their actions should be condemned by all Muslims, especially by Muslim leaders.

Islamist groups like Boko Haram want to create an Islamic state based on their interpretations of shariah (Islamic jurisprudence). The Christian presence in Nigeria is perceived as a great impediment to this mission (48 % of the Nigerian population is Christian). The choice Christmas Day to perpetrate their wanton violence illustrates the hateful fascistic sectarian state Boko Haram seeks to impose upon the Nigerian people.

Boko Haram is guided by militant Islamism and its medieval notions of society. For them, full citizenship is limited to those who share their religious beliefs and affiliation, and their Christmas Day act demonstrates the depravity to which they will stoop in realizing that grim vision. The Nigerian government has thus far been unsuccessful in preventing attacks on its Christian citizens, despite a crackdown against the militant group by paramilitary agencies.

The Vatican and secular Western leaders have rightly condemned the attacks on Nigeria’s Christians as heinous, evil, and cowardly. We would like to hear unequivocal denunciations of Boko Haram and other radical Islamist groups terrorizing Christian and other minority communities from every respectable Muslim leader in the free world. Muslim scholars, activists, politicians, and community leaders must respond forcefully to the murderous and supremacist tendencies of Muslim extremist groups, and support the enforcement of the rule of law against such groups. The world must not tolerate or excuse carnage against fellow citizens on any day in any country. All Muslims, and all civilized governments around the world, must put an end to the madness and hatred expressed in brutal acts such as the Christmas attacks in Nigeria.

We hereby declare our total condemnation against the supremacist
Islamism which feeds groups like Boko Haram, and call upon all our

Ron Paul does manage to hit all the stereotypes. A Jewish friend believes the Joooos were behind the WTC bombing in 1993. Cause of course a Jewish friend no matter who he is or where he comes from would know if the Joooos bombed the WTC. Then there’s the old chestnut that Israel reminds Paul of a Concentration Camp. The guy is a pathetic freak.

#98 fury; How can I be anti-Semite when the occupiers of the holy land are Khazar’s and not Semitic (as admitted in their own Jewish Encyclopedia). They are not the seed of Abraham which means they are not Semitic.. They claim to be the 13Th tribe of Israel, however anyone who has any knowledge of Gods word knows their is no 13Th tribe.. The book of revelation clearly states that in the end, the remnant, 12,000 from each of the 12 tribes will come to the Lord.. No 13Th tribe acknowledged any where in God’s word!! The Arabs on the other hand are the seed of Abraham (the children of Ishmael).. You are the anti-Semite as you hate the Arabs, the real Jews brothers. In addition they do not follow the laws of Moses but follow the pagan Babylonian Talmud which stands directly at odds with God’s laws. The attack on the Liberty stands in line with the teaching of the Talmud.. The Talmud teaches that stealing, cheating, lying, and even killing is acceptable to those who do not belong to their tribe. It does however admonish them not to get caught as it will cast aspersions on the tribe as a whole.. It teaches them that we who are not Khazar’s are sub-human, soulless, the equal of the beast of the field..

From Ron Paul’s book “Freedom Under Siege”, published 1988, page 67, section titled “Non-interventionist Foreign Policy”

Note the inherent contradiction in the last sentence of the paragraph:

“Peace is of the utmost importance, for it permits the preservation and expansion of individual liberty, where war does the opposite. A creative spirit requires it. This does not mean pacifism, for when our freedom and national security are directly threatened, defense is of the utmost importance and everyone should participate. Universal voluntary service in the defense of freedom is not an unreasonable expectation.

Just how do you square “universal” and “voluntary” service in the same sentence? Moreover, this “voluntary” service is “not an unreasonable expectation.”

And, he spends the entire following chapter railing against the draft!

What is it about a “double-minded man?”

“Whether [the 1993 World Trade Center bombing] was a setup by the Israeli Mossad, as a Jewish friend of mine suspects, or was truly a retaliation by the Islamic fundamentalists, matters little.” –Ron Paul

Holy crap. It’s just staggering to see anyone trying to defend a stupid and deranged statement like that. Forget for a moment the Mossad lunacy. Retaliation? Oh, sure, just like the Japanese “retaliated” against us in 1941. Good grief.

We’ll probably find another statement from Crazy Ron, like this: “Whether the 1941 attack on Pearl Harbor was a setup by the Orznogian Forces from Planet Schmidlap, as a three-headed space alien friend of mine suspects, or was truly a retaliation by the Japanese, matters little.

Ron Paul is nuts. But the bigger danger, and the bigger curiosity, is the number of slavering Ron Paul lackeys who rush to his defense every time he proves himself to be a crazy man. Reminds me of the crowds of moon-eyed losers who rushed outside to take part in the Great Harmonic [moronic] Convergence of 1987.

“Craig – In fact, Ron Paul is not only the most conservative candidate, he is OFFICIALLY THE MOST CONSERVATIVE MEMBER OF CONGRESS”

And he knows how to get stuff done… right?

In his time in office 1976-77, 1979-85 and 1997-current he’s proposed 620 or so bills and got FOUR to any vote at all… and ONE passed.

But he’s only been in Congress for 22 years so far… you can’t expect him to get much done in a mere TWO DECADES. Clearly we should be impressed at having ONE thing done in 22 YEARS.

Why should I support someone who has a track records of decades of not being able to get anything done again?

Even if he weren’t crazy, wouldn’t being completely incapable of getting anything at all done be a problem? I mean you could elect a paperweight and get comparable value in legislative action.

  • Pingback: JEWS ARE AT FAULT – AGAIN | Cognitive Dissonance()

    @Craig and others…

The words ‘matters little’ actually show where the twisted doctor is wrong. It does matter who carried out the first World Trade Center bombing and it also matters who carried out the 9-11 attacks. Persons that persist in believing — against all evidence — that the attacks where masterminded by the Jews and/or the Bush administration are not only wrong but also bigots. So it does matter who carried out the attacks and to equivocate on the point is to countenance an ugly bigotry. This sort of thing seems to be quite common from Ron Paul himself and his many camp followers.

And get it through your head, there is no way in hell I will ever vote for Ron Paul. He is a bigoted kook. If, by some turn of events, he wins the nomination we can all look forward to Obama’s second term. Ron Paul’s followers (which is just what they are no matter how much they style themselves libertarians) need to come to grips with just how vile and creepy Paul’s past and present is. Failing that they might as well don the white sheets and make a clean job of it,

  • Erik

First of all, it is not clear whether Ron Paul wrote that. He claims that many of those segments in his newsletters are submissions from other people.

Also, suggesting the Mossad might be behind the bombing is different from suggesting the Jews are. Not all Jews are in the Mossad, in fact very few are I suspect. Not all Jews support everything the Mossad, or government of Israel, does.

Is this article intentionally misleading to generate hype?

  • Erik

In answer to #136 (ertdfg): Why would success at getting bills passed equate to success as President?

His low success rate in getting bills passed might reflect how different his views are from those of other Congressmen.

As President, he would not initiate or write legislation anyway. So he could not get anything started unless a Congressman was willing to introduce a bill for him.

He would threaten vetoes, and thereby force reductions in government spending. To override his vetoes, I think Congress requires 2/3 votes passing the bill. Congress might have difficulty passing more than basic essential spending bills and other kinds of bills that all people can agree are good. That would reduce the scope and scale of government, which is what Ron Paul most wants to do anyway.
