Yup. They’re just exactly like the tea party.

Occupy Seattle broke into an empty building on Friday night in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood. A police SWAT team cleared the building about 4 a.m. Sixteen people were arrested and booked into King County jail. The building was slated for demolition. (Capitol Hill Blog)

The Seattle police arrested 16 Occupy Seattle goons after they broke into a locked Capitol Hill neighborhood Building, held a concert, locked the doors and spit on police from the rooftop.
KOMO News reported, via Orbusmax:

Police arrested 16 Occupy Seattle protesters early Saturday after the protesters broke into a locked Capitol Hill building, barricaded themselves inside and refused to leave.

The incident began at about 5:30 p.m. Friday, when a number of Occupy Seattle protesters broke into the empty, privately owned building in the 900 block of East Union Street, said Seattle police detective Mark Jamieson.

The protesters then decided to hold a benefit concert as a fund-raiser and let other people inside the building.

Seattle police officers then tried to contact the protesters, but the protesters closed and locked the door, then barricaded themselves inside.

While the officers were at the door, some protesters scrambled onto the roof and began spitting on them, Jamieson said. The officers then withdrew.

When the owner of the building was contacted, he said the protesters did not have permission to enter or remain in the building.

At about 3:25 a.m. Saturday, officers again went to the building and ordered everyone inside to leave. The order was repeated at 3:33 a.m.

  1. Pillars of American society – not!

  2. So they pee, poop, spit and hump as if they are still in a jungle.
    Wonder if they are devolving
    or
if they even evolved in the first place ?

  3. And the Democrats support this crowd? Hoo boy!

  4. I’m sure that moozie from IN and NAACP and the CBC and the media will condemn this episode of spitting :)

  5. And just when you think that these Leftist Occupiers have stolen EVERY LAST PAGE from the Tea Party’s playbook, they find another one!

  6. Please, try your Alinsky tactics in my town, Occupy anarchists.

It will be the second-to-last location any of you will ever “occupy” before you end up in Hell.

  7. ’tis the season to commit felony burglary only to be told to leave by police.
I’m sure I am not wrong on this, what they did was commit burglary, a felony in Missouri (and in most if not all other states).
Police are entering these buildings and finding persons in the process of committing felonies, and they are being ordered to leave, not immediately arrested.
Only a deeply confused (or traitorous) society could find this behavior tollerable.

  8. BTW, I am also sure that the decision not to arrest them is coming from high up in the food chain.

You are absolutely correct; the mayor is an absolute abomination. But that’s who the people wanted. Seattle is a total craphole sanctuary city.

  10. Spitting on cops by leftwingers must be another urban legend like they are claiming the numerous vietnam vets claiming to have be spat upon is deemed by libtards to be an urban legend too.

  11. Filthy behavior by filthy people. Perfectly logical, actually.

  12. The total cost of this lawlessness is a direct result of the prog Mayors who allowed this festering sore to go untreated. Calculate the dollars spent and cost of the destruction of property and send the bill to the personal address of the nitwit Mayors.

  13. Seattle is a total craphole sanctuary city.

    Amended.

  14. It is not just OW-ies that get the pass. In my tiny town, the police are apparently ordered by the city council not to arrest miscreants. The Kids can run wild thru a house, like party-crashing, drink and cause repeated neighborhood ruckus and no arrests. Council does not want to pay for bookingandtransport and the potential for suits. Also the vandals and break-ins-very reticient to take a report or book. Wait til someone shoots up a school and they know who it is before had, and have done nothing.
The councils do not want to do the job.
My idea is to go after the Supervisors of that County, and the Medical officer or Health officer.
Run against them next election or petition to throw them out in the case of the health dept. They have failed to do their jobs and are hiding out. Prob all sympathizers anyway. Out!

  15. Are we still calling these losers “Occupiers?”
Anyone remember when we used to call them criminals?

  16. “The building was slated for demolition……”

    Talk about your missed opportunities.

  17. i hope the cops thank their union leaders for supporting the OWSers.

  18. The state capitol is in Corrieville…err, Olympia. Capitol Hill is a neighborhood just east of downtown Seattle. Just a historical name, no government buildings there.
