VIOLENT Occupy Carolina Sympathizer Threatens to Kill SC Governor Nikki Haley (Video)

An Occupy Carolina sympathizer was arrested after threatening to kill Republican South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley.

South Carolina’s libertarian/Tea Party Republican Governor Nikki Haley has just had her life threatened by an Occupy activist.

On her Facebook page, Governor Haley posted a comment that she fully supported the right to free speech of Occupy protesters. Though, citing safety concerns she recently ordered Occupy protesters off the state grounds of the capitol.

In response to recent arrests, 26-year-old bearded, poney-tail Nathan Shafer of Charlotte, NC posted to Haley’s Facebook comments section. KLTV reports:

“I hope someone murders you before I do,” Shafer said he commented on the post. “How’s that for freedom of speech?”

And again I am trying to get people to understand that with free speech comes responsibilities and we are not allowing those who have rights to have them by letting liberals take those freedoms away, but then they turn around and give them to people who don’t deserve them. Our free speech must be agreed by our society to have a line that society won’t let someone cross without breaking the law. Consequenses need to be applied to those who violate everyone’s rights when what was free speech becomes threats, and I’m not talking about “offending” someone’s feelings, I’m talking about your free speech is so inflamitory and agressive that it becomes a threat to the safety of others.

Sure someone can say I wish someone would kill you, and I believe that is borderline when it comes to free speech. And yes wishing someone’s death out loud is a very serious thing to say to someone, especially on the internet. It would be completely different if you were talking on the phone to someone, but another thing entirely different when you let those words out onto the web. When you do that it becomes public, and when what you say is let out into society then your words can be judged as to whether or not they hold weight or not. But when a person makes a threat, not just a wish someone else would do what you are thinking is one thing, but when a person actually makes the threat to take some action against the safety of another person, that’s when your free act violates someone else’s rights and freedoms.

American’s must understand that there are certain responsibilities that come with being a free person with the rights given to every man and that is to be free to do and say as they wish. What has happened in America is, liberals who took over the government have changed how society looks at many things that before were frowned upon, were now allowed. In other words someone who is dirty, ragged clothes, long unkept hair, unshaven in the case of a man, no shoes, has as much right to enter a nice resturant as someone who understands the “rules of society and a civil society” and dresses nice when they go out into public. Liberals, in their twisted ideas of what society should be, say there is no difference between those two individuals who walked into the resturant, because liberals explain, it’s the person not the clothes that make the man, who he is, what he thinks, and what he believes may be just like the man who dressed well when he went into public, and the only difference is in how they look.

That is not neccesarily true. What you look like IS A REFLECTION ON YOUR BELIEF THAT YOU ARE A INTEGRAL PART OF SOCIETY, and not just somebody with the same opinion as everyone else in the resturant. No one can know how the Hippie thinks about things, but if he were to indicate that he believes that he is as much a part of society as everyone else by making some kind of outward sign, he would be much more accepted, and people would be much more willing to engage in conversation with him if he would “do the right thing” and obey societal rules than take the liberal attitude towards the world in that I am who I am and if people can’t accept me the way I look then THEY are the one’s with the problem and not me, just won’t fly as long as civil society says there are rules, and if you disobey them we won’t talk to you, we will throw you out of the place.

And what happens? The Hippie is thrown out before he has a chance to prove who he is, is not a threat to the people in the resturant.

This guy making these threats to this governor disobeyed the rules of society in that you don’t go around saying things like that just because you think you have the right to do it. And yes, he does have the right to say, “I want to kill you” but he must understand that if you say such a thing in public you will pay a price for violating everyone’s rights to safety and security. Like the nut job who shot that Congresswoman in Arizona, he killed several other people in the process of shooting the Congresswoman and that is what everyone wants to avoid. When somebody says something like this guy, then he is arrested and charged with the crime of violating everyone’s rights, the rules of society, and disobeying the rules of a civil society. If liberals don’t like that then why do they establish them, themselves? They are and they don’t even know it.

Folks, there’s another aspect of this story. Occupy Columbia, which this guy was aligned with, has a poster that has a target scope in red, aimed at the South Carolina State Capitol.

This is what the anti-Palin media accused SP of doing to Gabriele Giffords, but there was absolutely nothing to it. Now, it’s for real against a Republican, and the media is completely silent.

If South Carolina authorities get lucky, Nathan Shafer will have an accident going from some place to somewhere, sometime soon. Problem solved.

The solution always seems to be the same. Kill everybody that disagrees with you and our problems are solved. Perhaps we should just give liberals California and leave them to themselves for a few years. I think I can predict how it would turn out. The hard left would be agitating for violence against the moderate left in about 6 months, nobody would have a job, and literally everybody would be screaming for bailouts from Sacramento.

Pretty much what we have now, only louder.
