TOTUS Abducted – White House Left Speechless

You just can’t make this up.
TOTUS was stolen.
TOTUS was abducted this week in Henrico just days before his visit to Chesterfield.
The TelePrompter of the United States was stolen last night along with other equipment belonging to the White House.
NBC 12 reported:
NBC12 has uncovered one of those stories that makes you think: “How in the world does that happen?!” A truck filled with President Obama’s podiums and audio equipment was stolen in Henrico just days before his visit to Chesterfield.
We confirmed an investigation with the U.S. Defense Department. There are still a lot of questions. The biggest one being did the thieves intentionally target the President’s truck or did they take advantage of a crime of opportunity and give a big “uh-oh” when they saw what was inside.
When you see President Obama speak, there is a pretty typical setup including the presidential seal on a podium, the see-thru Teleprompter and a portable sound system.
Thieves saw the truck carrying that equipment and couldn’t resist the target.
We’re told the truck was parked at the Virginia Center Commons Courtyard Marriott in advance on Wednesday’s presidential visit to Chesterfield.
Sources said inside that vehicle was about $200,000 worth of sound equipment, several podiums and presidential seals, behind which only the President himself can stand.
They told NBC12 around 12:30 Monday afternoon that truck was recovered in the parking lot of the Holiday Inn Express near the airport and hotel staff confirm police activity. One guest we spoke with said he saw various law enforcement agencies examining a white box truck parked there.

We may need a congressional investigation to identify why the disaster recovery plan was not put into effect. As I understand, it is quite clear that in the event the President is without his instructional device (TOTUS), he is to notify the DNC head to which Hillary Clinton will be moved to interim President. This is funny. But theft of large ticket items is way up…copper wiring, stainless steel, electronics, cars, scaffolding, towers, pipes, etc. I even read where they’re making off with street signs. Journolista’s are frantically rushing out the proper perspective for the left to lay blame for this on Republicans. After all, if the Republican’s would stop being the party of NO and allow Democrats to confiscate the additional fair share of the money rich people stole from the poor people then that could lead to huge drops in the rate of crime. Paul I Got A Nobel Medal Krugman will take it one step further and trot out the ultimate Democon desire of all income going to the government first and so they decide how much to keep and forward on the balance to the citizens.
