Figures… Only 37% of Americans Support Obama-Endorsed #OWS Freakshow

After weeks of enthusiastic reports by the liberal media – still only 37% of Americans support the far left Occupy freaks.

Evidently, not everyone is down with pooping on cop cars or watching bums fight and hippies march.

(Atlas)

Of course, the media tries to spin this as good news.
The Boston Globe reported:

More than one-third of the country supports the Wall Street protests, and even more — 58 percent — say they are furious about America’s politics.

The number of angry people is growing as deep reservoirs of resentment grip the country, according to the latest Associated Press-GfK poll.

Some 37 percent of people back the protests that have spread from New York to cities across the country and abroad, one of the first snapshots of how the public views the “Occupy Wall Street” movement. A majority of those protest supporters are Democrats, but the anger about politics in general is much more widespread, the poll indicates.

  • So nearly two thirds of America thinks Beavis and Butthead Do Politics suck, and that’s supposed to be a positive?

  • Ella

Most people I know are disgusted by this OWS stuff. Liberal media of course are jubilant. Figures.

We’ll see if they are still jubilant on November 5, 2012. Personally I’m saving up for some really good champagne. Celebrate that we finally rid our country of that freak show in the Oval Office.

  • Sparky

Hippie infestation. That is all this protest is!

  • Vixen

37%? Are there that many people on crack??

  • Rhoda R

I love the way the MSM is trying to conflate what most Americans are furious about with what the OWS-types want. It’s actually kind of hopeful that only 1/3 support the OWS given how that movement has been pushed by the media and this Administration.

  • Rousetheliberals

I know I saw her at a Tea Party event.

Or was it at the circus?

    Maybe at the tattoo “parlor.”

So 63% of Americans oppose #OWS and its a good thing ?

Brother, what a nightmare female (or at least it appears to be one) in that shot: fat, ugly, tattooed, excessively made-up, poured into some kind of Spandex outfit, smoking, and in an ultra-lib group.

It doesn’t get much worse than that.

She probably has needle marks on her arm, can’t cook, and has two future welfare savages at home.

  • JDubya

Wow. Hideous maggot bag with overblown tattoos on chest and face, smoking a cigarette.

I think she weighs about 99%.

  • savethenation

From the look of that photo, welfare must be very lucrative as she can afford smokes, a lot of food, and some type of paint for her face.

It’s THAN stupid, not THEN in the context she’s using. I see THEN used for THAN quite often these days.

Damn!! That pair needs the first chapter of Michelle’s cookbook for dieters, stat!!.

  • Buffalobob

Let me try to understand the complaint of these two hippos. The bankers are keeping them from their 10,000 calorie per day diet that is required to maintain their manatee like blubber mass. The bankers have foreclosed on the tattoo shops that they frequent, thus preventing them from spending another $1000+ for more tats. I get it

It’s probably more like 28% of actual Americans … when you take the illegals’ opinions out. Barky’s solid base.

  • JoyO

I don’t think anyone is surprised about the positive spin by the Media. After all, 80% of Americans were happy with their healthcare — yet, the Democrats passed OBAMACARE and the Media has been spinning OBAMACARE like all Americans wanted it!

    Last time I checked 58% trumps 37%.

  • WillofLa

Oh yeah, these people love what Capitalism can get them, lot’s of food, smokes, tatoo’s, time to hang out with friends rather than having to be at work. And I don’t think she worked today and came to the protest after work like the SEIU people did, or claimed they did. Were the Communists working and came to the protest after work? They to, said they were. Most of these people have jobs, so they are taking advantage of the capitalist system they are so mad at.

Everybody believes in fair play, and honest accountability. But there are a lot of these people who know about neither, being fair or honest. It’s just so hard to believe that the colleges are teaching our young people to good little commies. Why do we put up with that? That is just like Muslims who give a lot of money that the school uses to pay the salaries of the Dean and whoever, and then a lot of it goes to Democrat representatives in campaign contributions, and the Muslims pay to build Islamic studies departments. At one school, and I think it was Harvard, the Muslims ordered the school to move all the Christian studies departments, prayer rooms, off campus and outlawed the preaching/reading from the Holy Bible on campas, and demanded that the college to remove all bulliten boards with Christian messages, class schedules, notes to others, or any kind of Christian memo’s to other Christian’s for any reason. That is discremination, I don’t care how much money the Arabs gave to a school. You can’t claim power over the school just because you gave them money. And did anyone other than the students complain to the school authorities about being shoved off campus by a bunch of discreminating Muslims? Did the school authorities make any demands that the school disapproved of at all? No, because like our government and state governments, they are afraid of Muslims and how violent they can become at the drop of a hat.

If we don’t get some guts and start telling these Muslims on the outset that, “Here’s the deal, you can’t make rule changes just because you gave us this money. In America we treat everyone fair and equal share to accessing the school and it’s facilities. You can’t stop what is already established just because your religious belief is different from our

That’s like the OWS’er’s making demands about they should be able to make law changes just because they are there and not anonymous on the computer. We bite back in flesh and blood.

    But what do

  • Gman

The numbers of support are gonna drop even further. Every movement loses support the longer it goes on. I would imagine that support drops into the twenty something percentage in a couple months. Even farther if the media starts to show what the group is really about.

When the numbers do drop however, you will never know because the media wouldn’t dare report on it.

  • Laddy

I see they have enough of the man’s money to buy food and smokes as obese as the front two appear. Plus enough left over for some tats. Lazy scumbags. Wow, just this week Time Magazine told us the number supporting OWS was 57%. or maybe that was just because of their insanely biased sample or the pathetically misleading way in which they asked the question and then spun the results.

  • There are polls showing greater support for the OWS anarchists than for the TEA Party. Of course a poll taken by Time Magazine is not even useful for toilet paper, but the Left relentlessly continues to try to chip away at the real patriots in this country and puff up their Astroturfers and Anarchist “freedom fighters”.

    This from Grassfire Nation:

    Steve Elliott, Grassfire Nation

This polling data could ultimately determine the outcome of
the 2012 elections. Please see below. –Steve

    + + + + +

    Bruce,

A recent Time magazine poll included some of the most shocking
evidence I have seen to date that the Left is succeeding at
    destroying the Tea Party.

The pollsters compared the public’s “favorable” and “unfavorable”
views of the Tea Party and the Occupy movement.

    The result?

According to the poll, Americans view the Occupy movement
nearly TWICE more favorably than the Tea Party movement.
Occupiers receive a “favorable” rating from 64% of those
surveyed as opposed to just 36% for the Tea Party. (See link
to the poll at the end of this message.)

That means Americans are twice as likely to favor the
Occupiers over the Tea Party even though the entire Occupy
“movement” is based on class warfare and envy and Occupy
gatherings are being exposed as centers for drugs, open sex
    and blatant Marxist revolutionary bilge.

How can this be? The answer is clear…

Ever since the 2010 elections demonstrated the power and
importance of the Tea Party, the Left has made demonizing
the Tea Party “Job #1.” And it’s working. The Left wants to
make the 2012 elections a referendum on the “radical” Tea
Party and their plan is right on schedule.

If you aren’t in the trenches, at least provide whatever support you can. Here’s one way:

BECOME THE FACE OF THE TEA PARTY MOVEMENT

First, Barack Obama said the Wall Street Occupiers express “the frustration of the American people.” Then, while honoring MLK at the dedication of the new memorial in Washington, Obama channeled the late civil rights leader in support of the protesters: “Dr. King would want us to challenge the excesses of Wall Street without demonizing those who work there.”

That’s interesting, because I cannot remember Obama proclaiming that the Tea Party protesters express the frustration of the American people. I do remember Obama leaving town to campaign for Obamacare in Minnesota on the day several hundred thousand Tea Party protesters descended on Washington in 2009 to make their voices heard. (They left the grounds so clean that maybe Obama never knew they were there.)

And, so far as I can recall, Obama has never argued that Dr. King would want us to challenge the excesses of the federal government without demonizing those who work there.

Maybe that’s because Obama was complicit in trying to demonize the Tea Party, leading the way in the immature art of vile name-calling. Reporting for the Atlantic Wire, Jared Keller writes:
[Jake] Tapper comes across a November 30, 2009 interview in which Obama declared that the unanimous vote of House Republicans against the stimulus bills “set the tenor for the whole year … That helped to create the tea-baggers and empowered that whole wing of the Republican Party to where it now controls the agenda for the Republicans.” Obama’s use of the term “tea-bagger,” often deployed mockingly by news outlets, surprises Tapper. “Three days after he decried the lack of civility in American politics, President Obama is quoted in a new book about his presidency referring to the Tea Party movement using a derogatory term with sexual connotations,” he reports.

    Obama’s Communist Mentor

    After his release from prison,
Creamer released a book, Listen to Your Mother: Stand up Straight:
How Progressives Can Win, described by one blogger as the book that
was “penned in the pen.” A blurb for the book declares, “Some
people think that in order to win, Democrats need to move to the political
center by adopting conservative values and splitting the difference
between progressive and conservative positions. History shows they are
wrong. To win the next election and to win in the long term, we need
    to redefine the political center.”

    In addition to writing the
book, Creamer is back in business, running his firm, Strategic Consulting
Group, and advertising himself as “a consultant to the campaigns to
end the war in Iraq, pass universal health care, change America’s
budget priorities and enact comprehensive immigration reform.” His
clients have included the AFL-CIO and MoveOn.org. In fact, his client list is a virtual who’s who of the Democratic
Party, organized labor, and Democratic Party constituency groups.

Creamer’s list of testimonials comes from such figures as Democratic
Senators Dick Durbin (Ill.) and Sherrod Brown (Ohio), Harold Meyerson,
MoveOn.org founder Wes Boyd, and David Axelrod, a “Democratic political
    consultant.”

    Axelrod, of course, is much
more than just a “Democratic political consultant.” He helped State
Senator Barack Obama win his U.S. Senate seat in 2004 and currently
serves as strategist and media advisor to Obama’s presidential campaign.

Debra Sweet, a supporter of the Occupy Wall Street (OWS) movement, has been arrested by New York police, just minutes before her interview with Press TV news channel.

On Friday, about 30 anti-corporate protesters, including Debra Sweet, were arrested after they demonstrated in front of a local police precinct house.

The campaign’s supporter Sweet was detained only minutes before her scheduled interview with Press TV.

“The US government does not represent people’s interests. All of these decisions that are happening, the huge amount of US wealth that’s poured into these occupations in Afghanistan and Iraq was never chosen by anyone in this country, but the people who run it,” Sweet had said in an earlier interview with Press TV.

Also, more than 20 anti-corporate protesters were arrested in Cincinnati, Ohio, where they had been camping out at a park for nearly two weeks.

The Occupy Wall Street movement, which began in New York in September, has galvanized Americans who are against corporate greed and the influence of corporate money in politics into action.

Well, she should be happy we are leaving Iraq. And Obama plans the same for Afghanistan, soon. Coincidental, not really, this is why Obama loves the Occupiers. maybe he will post bail for her.

This was the intent all along…seems Obama could have done this a few weeks earlier to pay his base off for his promises to end war in Iraq and now all around the world. He is the Nobel peace prize guy. DON’T YA KNOW.

I scratch your back you scratch mind. And he is intending on all the votes. Even if it means over 3,000 lives lost and 35,000 thousand wounded. There is nothing this president will stoop too. He never gave them true recognition and this was all in vain. Hope this idiot is happy.

One final thought, do we have an accurate count of the number of ‘paid protesters’ populating these so-called “Occupy “? I daresay the total number is FAR, FAR less than the number of people who think these rabid Socialist/Alynskites make up the ‘99%’.

Maybe, 1/10th of 0.0001% of the current population of the local adult day-care centers from which they escaped.

37% is a lot. especially considering OWS started only 44 days ago. It’s even more than that. The more supporting it, the more in crosses into every profession. Also i am sure there are heavy people in every movement. I am one. I was heavy while in the military during the Vietnam era, i was heavy the whole time i worked 40 years before retirement.
