Code Pink Activists Interrupt Wounded Warriors at Annual Army Run

The Army 10-miler was held today in Washington DC.
NBC Washington reported:
30,000 people were expected to compete in the 27th annual Army Ten-Miler on Sunday.
This year saw the introduction of a new start and finish line for the runners. The race began on route 110 and finish in the Pentagon North Parking Lot. In between, runners crossed into Washington, D.C. via the Memorial Bridge, circled around the Watergate complex and skirted the south side of the National Mall before doubling back and recrossing the Potomac via the George Mason Memorial Bridge.
Code Pink played spoiler at the annual event.

and unofficial time was 1 hr 29 mins and change, great seeing many old friends and former bosses. However, what struck me as shameful was Code Pink being out on the run course protesting. There were many Wounded Warriors doing the wheelchair race and running with their prosthetic devices. Perhaps Code Pink does not realize that those “Army Strong” men and women make it possible for them to stand on Independence Ave and demean their service, sacrifice, and commitment…….Land of the Free because we are the Home of the Brave!” Army Strong!

Every time I see the ad for the wounded Warriors, I cry! I see, GENEROSITY, GOD’S TREASURES but no division or anger among these generous and exceptional young men and women who have come home, some suicidal and will struggle to feel complete. This wounded Warriors project has saved countless lives and have given renewed hope to those who volunteered and fought gallantly for US.
Not, One American wants any troop to be wounded but that is the price our troops pay and they ALL realize this. Our military and these runners don’t ask for much other than respect and a thank you. It is fitting that for me, to give them a thank you, whenever I see them passing by.
My heart is filled with complete gratitude and AMERICA all America needs to make sure they are RESPECTED AND GIVING OUR UTMOST THANKS.

In total almost 55,000,000 people died in various communist famines and associated diseases, a little over 10,000,000 of them from democidal famine. This is as though the total population of Turkey, Iran, or Thailand had been completely wiped out. And that something like 35,000,000 people fled communist countries as refugees, as though the countries of Argentina or Columbia had been totally emptied of all their people, was an unparalleled vote against the utopian pretensions of Marxism-Leninism.
But communists could not be wrong. After all, their knowledge was scientific, based on historical materialism, an understanding of the dialectical process in nature and human society, and a materialist (and thus realistic) view of nature. Ron Paul receives more donations by far than any other candidate from military personnel.
