Obama Adminstration Says They Will Cut Back on Groping Children (Video)

It’s an Obama world.
The Obama Administration announced today that they would cut back on groping children under their new policies. Under the current policy 6 year-old girls are patted down on their privates before they board airplanes.

DHS Secretary Napolitano announced that TSA would cut down on groping kids.
Sacbee reported:

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano says the government will be rolling out a different airport pat-down policy for children under 12 in the coming months, and these children will no longer have to take off their shoes to be screened.

Napolitano says the traveling public can expect to see some of these changes in the coming months.

Some travelers and privacy advocates have complained that children, who don’t appear to pose terror threats, are subject to intimate pat-downs that involve Transportation Security Administration screeners touching private areas. Children under 12 will also be spared the hassle of taking off their shoes as they go through check point security, Napolitano said.

4th Amendment:

“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

Regardless of children, doesn’t anyone believe that this is unreasonable search and seizure? But like sheep we all just take it.

I’d like to know, besides rhetoric, what the candidates plan to do about this horrible breach of the 4th Amendment.

Living in a “free” society mean we have to live with risks. It is the job of government to lower that risk, while still ensuring individual freedom and liberty.

The easy answer is to just restrict liberty – hence the current state of affairs.

We were told last week that there was a credible threat in NYC and that security personnel would be watching bridges and tunnels.

How many cars with Arabic-looking people were let through, and how many white families with small children were stopped?

The government tells us that they don’t need to profile. They claim to have a whole arsenal of different techniques that can be used to spot potential terrorists. The why the hell are they patting down 5-year-old white children in airports?

I agree. The announcement just tells terrorists how to get their bombs thru security. It isn’t as tho they have not already attached bombs to children in Israel, Iraq, Aphganistan and other places.

I went through security at Lindberg Field, my purse went through the scanner and was manually checked. When we arrived in Hawaii, and were met by my daughter, I discovered that a check that I had intended for her was missing from my wallet. I thought I must have left it at home, although it had been there that morning.

It was cashed by someone else, who forged her name, and it showed up on my statement the next month. The endorsement was not in her handwriting. I have a pretty good idea where it disappeared.

So many Islamic terrorists come in through the borders. We saw 3 not long ago in our grocery store–NO ENGLISH, all speaking Farsi (Iranians), and the leader was a real scary guy. The other 2 were along, but probably would not want to be. The leader just oozed hatred, the other 2 were doing what they were told. To see them in the store–they could hardly deal with it–it was like the very first time they had ever been in an American grocery store–like fish out of water. The 2 were dressed how I think they THOUGHT they should-pants, belt, tucked-in shirt, but the leader had it down: jeans, big t-shirt.

So . . .

Obama probably already knows this is going to happen before 2012. Maybe that’s why the big push for Obamacare–when a huge attack happens there won’t be enough medicine and the govt will decide who gets it and who doesn’t.

If you are patting down a child, you are a pedophile. All those TSA agents who pat down children are pedophiles…..like it or not. All the TSA agents who pat down adults are commiting the offence of molestation – it is assault. Just because you dress it up and state it is for safety doesn’t change the facts.
