Former Obama Economic Adviser Gets Chuckle Out of S&P Downgrade: “We’re F**ked” (Video)

Former Obama economic adviser Christina Romer got a chuckle out of the news yesterday that the US credit rating was downgraded for the first time in over a century. She told Bill Maher, “We’re f*cked.” Then they laughed.

BILL MAHER, HOST: So, excuse my language, but we used to do a segment on this show called “How F—ked Are We?”
MAHER: …This, just before we went on the air they said our rating got downgraded.
CHRISTINA ROMER, FORMER CHAIR OF THE COUNCIL OF ECONOMIC ADVISERS, OBAMA ADMINISTRATION: So, pretty darned f—ked.

ROMER: I’ve been hanging around Tim Geithner too long.
In an earlier talk this year Romer told an audience that Obama knew the extent of the economic crisis before he came into office.

Yeah those Dems, who have had control of Congress for four out of the last 4-1.2 years and half control for the past ½ year along with complete control of the White House for the last 2-1/2 years are doing a fine job. tic
Those darn Republicans, who have just had the House for the last half year, are destroying the economy by not getting anything passed that they enact because the Dems in the Senate and the White House are stopping them or watering down the stuff that could help the economy more than the compromised deals do.

- US debt downgraded and
- officially we have a worse president than Carter!!
As bad as Carter was, as bad as the US economy was with odd/even gas line days and a sky high misery index, he never has the US credit worthiness downgraded.
Obama surpasses Carter to officially downgrade US credit rating thereby gaining him the official title “Worst President Ever”.
And people like her, “F-’em” Romer, Commie Van Jones, “kiddy-perv” Kevin Jennings, “Mao-loving” Ann Duncan, “my people” Holder, and “Tax Cheat” Geitner, to name a few, only reinforce Obama’s incompetence and ineptness at building a qualified team.
This is what you get when you elect someone who is not a naturally born citizen, who keeps their transcripts secret, reveal a fake birth certificate, and pals around with commies and known terrorists.
Obama – – INCOMPETENT, Inept, Inexperienced and On-to-himself. . .Obuma!
2012, if not sooner, get him out! Time for real change to restore our country’s credit rating.

That’s why it used to irk me, no end, to see conservatives’ Ann Coulter show up on Maher’s “show”. Any point she made against the stinking pos just zingered over the numbskulls’ heads in the audience yet they would laugh uprouriously, right on cue at Maher’s every word.

Time to dust of the mantra the left used for Bush about Iraq but apply it to Obama and Democrats about the worst economy since Hoover, ‘you broke it, you own it.’ They had three years to fix this ( something they actually caused from policies forcing banks to make unsound loans to help their constituents ) and have only made it worse.
