ANOTHER OBAMA RECORD!… Deficit Tops Trillion Dollars For Third Year in a Row

Obama tripled the deficit this year with the failed Obama-Pelosi stimulus plan.
In Obama’s second year the deficit topped a trillion dollars again.
It was unprecedented.

Barack Obama and Democrats also added over One Trillion Dollars to the Federal Budget in the last 4 years.

That’s at least a 30% increase in federal spending in just 3 years.

The Politico reported:

As lawmakers dither about how to raise the nation’s $14.3 trillion debt ceiling, the Treasury Department on Wednesday announced the deficit for the first nine months of the budget year totaled $971 billion, marking the third straight year of a deficit of $1 trillion or more.

The Associated Press reported the deficit will likely eclipse last year’s $1.29 trillion mark, according to Congressional Budget Office estimates. The record deficit was $1.41 trillion in 2009.

The news comes as Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) defended his proposal to raise the debt ceiling by saying President Barack Obama will pin the blame on any economic problems on Republicans. The suggestion has split conservatives into warring camps.
