Someone tell me why public employees should have collective bargaining?

Why should a nurse, who works 50 weeks of the year, nights, weekends and holidays, without a pension plan and a cadillac health care plan work until he/she is 65 so that public employees can retire at 55 and receive a pension they paid nothing into and a health care that is second to none?

Whatever impact these videos may have is lost by the inaccurate descriptions. Very poor choice.

#35 – Look at it this way, the private sector is deciding that the currently run government is too expensive and wants to hire someone else due to past performance issues. They are looking for people who will accept a smaller overall salary.
