Bill O’Reilly tonight discussed the Wikileaks fiasco with Brit Hume.
After reporting on Obama’s weak response, O’Reilly exclaimed, “I don’t think there’s anybody in the world who fears Barack Obama. I don’t think anybody does!”

The world respected President Reagan and if not respected, feared. Among other things, when he fired the air traffic controllers, they actually knew he meant business. The basketball-player-in-chief we have now, no one respects. He’s a nothing.

The world feared Reagan and Bush for excellent reasons. They were men of their word, and they believed in American exceptionalism. Obama believes in Obama exceptionalism, and he believes America must be cut down to size. He’s learning the hard way that when you diminish the American presidency you wind up looking smaller than a five year old. Plus, when all you have is a lot of talk offering warmed up, left over Marxist bromides in response to serious problems, nobody is going to take you seriously. So, he got tea-bagged this past election, and he’s getting tea-bagged in plain sight, on the international stage, by Julian Assange. That sucks. Wide. Assange is bouncing those bags on Obama’s chin, and Obama’s sitting there like a baby bird taking it.

Americans fear Obama. We fear the incredible economic, racial, and cultural damage he is doing to the country, his undermining of the office of the President, his passive encouragement of the undermining of our electoral integrity, his endless list of private industry takeovers by executive edict, his politicization of the justice department, his undermining of the constitution, his cynical view of the American people, and the destruction of decades old strategic alliances.
There is plenty to be afraid of in Barack Hussein Obama, if you’re an American citizen who loves the country and believes in the greatness of her founding principles.
Other nations need not fear him. He is on their side.

Have to agree with IronDioPriest.
Yet I think O’Reilly, we all, make a huge mistake in only focusing on Obama. The World sees the entire Democratic Party as the joke. O’Reilly should be including Hillary Rodham Clinton in this mix, as well as Pelosi, Reid, Schumer, Boxer, etc.
The Clinton State Department is a big joke, made worse with Hillary’s bragging about ‘smart power’.
She even boasted on Gretta’s Show, about how easy it would be to “deal” with North Korea.
O’Reilly began to play the game with the Obama Administration early on, trying so hard to appear “objective” even when the Democrats were pushing a truly mindless socialist agenda – which Bill proclaims he opposes.
But now the winds have swung, and Bill feels free to be more honest about the Obama mess.
Good to see – like to see more of it.

I think O’Reilly missed the mark on this one – the Americans have a lot to fear with Obama at the helm – he has put the U.S. military in danger, and he perceives Americans who do not stand with him, stand against him. He is a dangerous pathological narcissist who has gotten his way to date, and who fully intends to continue getting his way one way or another. I think the other world powers believe he doesn’t have the guts to challenge them, but considering Obama doesn’t really care about the American military or their supporters, this would be foolishness on their part.

I said it in ’08 after the electoral disaster: we’re on a foreign policy hiatus for 4 years. Hillary is a foreign policy calamity only outdone by BHO. Yes, we here fear Obama, the rest of our soon-to-be former allies fear his total incompetence, and our enemies are stoked by his ineptitude. Mark these worlds: only two outcomes (at the same time) are possible–world war against the leftists and jihadis, and the American reawakening brought on by the sheer horror of this administration. O’Reilly in particular should be afraid of Obama.
For example, O’Reilly is rich, and he is Catholic, and he works for Fox News!
O’Reilly is CRAZY if he is not afraid of Obama.

The frailties, tendencies toward passivity in foreign policy, and utter lack of experience of Obama were all there, in plain view. O’Reilly just couldn’t see around his own bloated ego.
The only people afraid of Obama are Democratic officeholders. They live in fear he might endorse or campaign for them.

As soon as I saw this post I was reminded of what a Union soldier was supposed to have said when Burnside was put in charge of the Army of the Potomic: “I don’t know how the Confederates feel about this, but the fact that this man is in charge of the decisisions our side makes certainly puts a great deal of fear into me!”
That said, I’d argue that other nations – both friend and foe – have a bit to fear from this as well. A loose cannon on deck will certainly do damage to the ship it’s on but who knows what it may end up doing to your ship as well? And I don’t think Mr. Obama is much more than a loose cannon at this point. ^_^;
