6th graders from Wellesley, MA middle school were taken on a class trip to a “moderate” mosque in May. The boys and girls were separated and the boys then joined Muslim men in a prayer to Allah. This was a public school field trip to the largest mosque in the Northeast. Teachers did not intervene. Parents were not told.
Americans for Peace and Tolerance released the video.
In late May of 2010, Wellesley, Massachusetts public middle school students took a field trip to the Islamic Society of Boston Cultural Center – a controversial Saudi-funded mega-mosque run by the Muslim American Society of Boston. There, the students were separated by gender and the boys were asked to join the Muslim adults in prayer. Several of the public school boys took part.

And while Qaradawi is considered a moderate by some, he has issued fatwas justifying attacks on American troops in Iraq and defended Palestinian suicide bombings.
The Muslim American Society, which runs the ISB, was created by Muslim Brotherhood members in the United States. It has a long history of defending alleged terrorists, their financiers, and of espousing radical rhetoric.
When the mosque's construction attracted critical media scrutiny in 2005, the ISB sued Boston media outlets, Jacobs, Investigative Project on Terrorism Executive Director Steven Emerson and others claiming defamation. They mosque is using this as public relations and if a Jewish synaguoge can’t do this as well, then the school system is to be sued and the state sued for allowing it to happen.

[Other beneficiaries of Al-Waleed's largess include the Islamic Development Bank, a project designed to "foster the economic development and social progress of [Muslims] in accordance with the principles of Shari’ah.” The IDB funds the construction of mosques around the world, and has been implicated by frequent Fox News guest Stephen Schwartz in an attempt to spread radical Wahhabism (a fundamentalist branch of Islam) throughout the United States.
Geller has worried in the past on her blog about Al-Waleed’s ownership of News Corporation shares, but never on anything like the scale of outrage she’s mustered in opposing the mosque. We asked her why Rauf’s tenuous connections to radical Islam disturb her so, while Rupert Murdoch’s direct ties to a man who funds what Geller regards as terrorism have spurred no such outcry: “I’m not aware that News Corp. has any such close connection with anyone connected with CAIR, and despite the involvement of Al-Waleed bin Talal in News Corp., I don’t believe that the two connections are analogous. … Fox … has been much more honest and objective about Islamic supremacist initiatives, including this Ground Zero mega-mosque, than have the other networks. Consequently, I would say that while Al-Waleed’s stake in News Corp. should indeed be a matter of concern for free Americans, at the same time a matter of much greater concern should be the funding of the other networks, and the possible influence that funding has had upon their unrelenting Leftist and pro-Islamic supremacist bias.”]

Diverse forms of Marxism agree that social ills result from oppression
of the poor by the wealthy (class conflict) but differ on strategies to overcome poverty and establish social harmony. Marxism is also associated with atheism, based on Karl Marx ‘s view that religion is used by rulers to legitimate the status quo, causing many Muslims to reject Marxism. But due to the affinity between Marxist and Islamic ideals of social justice, some Muslims adopted various forms of Marxism from the 1940s, reaching peak popularity in the 1960s and 1970s. Their analyses often ignored materialism and atheism, rejecting the idealist view that religion is independent of historical conditions and holding instead that many of its manifestations are related to the societies in which it operates. Islam in this view ideally meets the needs of society and can both accommodate and guide social change.
not to mention the Islamic infiltration, nor the the communist Ayers (utopianism/marxism/etc.. by any other name) influence re: teaching teachers how to teach embedded throughout universities around the globe.. they (IslaMarxists) are so far ahead of US it’s not only downright outright devastating, but shameful (albeit the least of our problems) as well.. *sigh*

Schools like this would have no students, and “educators” like these would have to find work in the real world. Where summer is just like fall and spring, in that you still show up to work. Christmas break is Christmas Day, and no one goes on “Spring Break” after they turn 23!
Schools only take kids on Muslim field trips and assign “Heather Has Two Mommies” because we are held hostage to their idiotic whims. They can’t be fired, unless they rape their students and they refuse to be accountable to anyone but their Union. I say, fire them all and start over with PARENTS deciding how their tax dollars are spent on education. That would give these Marxist Martinets a lump in their throats that wouldn’t go away! It’s hard to be a Commie when you have to ask, “do you want fries with that?”

The Mainstream Media: Islamist Facilitators (4/20/07)
[The MSM would prefer to facilitate the current Islamist organizations and Islamist imams. Why? It could be a fear of litigation, minority victim politics, or simple ignorance regarding the goals of Islamism. As in the case with PBS, it could also be the internal influence and infiltration of Islamists within the media and government who will go to great lengths to suffocate the opinions of anti-Islamists, especially anti-Islamist Muslims.]
Accommodation as an Islamist Political Instrument (7/28/07)
[The Establishment Clause of our Constitution and the pluralism upon which our nation is based carries with it principles which should always be remembered. Our freedom to practice our personal faith should never be denied. And the courts have repeatedly endorsed this as a right guaranteed by our First Amendment rights to free speech and religious practice.
However, once that right begins to impose a cost, whether financial or experiential, upon another citizen, that right ends. For with that cost, it becomes an imposition---a coercive force. A political force—in this case, Islamism.
[..]
Islamist organizations, like CAIR who never met a demand from rigid Muslims they didn’t like, will continue to demand ‘logistical requirements of faith’ all the while intimidating non-Muslims into allowing them to control public spaces and times. Whether cabbies in Minnesota, children at San Diego schools, or women at Michigan fitness clubs, the Islamist agenda is transparent. It’s all about accommodation with no sense of moderation. Necessary for the validity of these demands of accommodation is a deeply rigid uncompromising interpretation of Islam—salafism and Wahhabism. Flexibility and moderation would make these demands generally disappear.]
The following is the speech President Obama will never
give to the Muslim world. But it never hurts to dream…
[(1/23/09) I am told by my predecessors that my idealistic dream of freedom and liberty for the citizens of the Muslim world is laudable but simply impossible. I was told that your influence upon the cost of oil makes your apologetics for terrorism and the Wahhabi-Salafi inspiration of that terror immune from criticism. I cannot live with that hypocrisy, and neither should you.
King Abdullah's recent interfaith initiative in New York was good enough on the surface of American soil, but until the women of Saudi Arabia have equal rights on your soil the window dressing of interfaith work will mean nothing to us. Reform your laws, reform your treatment of minorities and then I'll begin to believe that there is some truth in the King's interfaith work.
Walk the walk and then we'll talk the talk.]
Time to take sides (7/27/10)
[As a dedicated American Muslim activist, I have devoted my life to advocating for reforms against political Islam – the root cause of Islamist terrorism
[..]
I ask Rabbi Gurvis to wake up to the threat. I love my faith and yearn for a day that my children can realize an Islam that separates mosque and state and puts the “Islamic state” in the dustbin of history.
Our founding fathers were never afraid to publicly address areas where faith, law, and government intersected. Our revolutionary Establishment Clause came out of that courageous environment. We cannot allow political correctness to trump American security and Islamic reform.
This is not about the religious freedom of Muslims to practice their faith but about needed reform. Only Muslims can bring Islam into modernity. Only Muslims can reform the ideas that led the Imam Anwar Al-Awlakis, Nidal Hasans, and Faisal Shahzads of the world down the slippery slope of anti-Americanism and violent jihad. Only Muslims can counter the sway of toxic transnational ideologies.]

Anyone who thinks “private school” is the pancea for what ails your kids in public school, you are delusional. The Dept of Ed is dedicated to brainwashing your children and their agendas manage to creep into all facets of curriculum of even the private schools. When you trust others to educate your children, you are rolling the dice to see which divorcee with an axe to gring against men, or which limp-wristed homo, or which zany socialist who eats insects to save the planet from global warming, gets to “teach” your children what America or Amerika is all about. They will be teaching your kids THEIR SLANT on every subject they teach. Their very example works to erase YOUR good example. After all, YOU sent them to school to be educated by “experts” for eight hours a day, therefore, you have placed those “experts” as THE authority in the children’s eyes regarding the things they learn. No amount of talking (or deprogramming) will undue the damage. You can’t “unlearn” things once you hear it. (Except Math…) Once, your kids hears that America is the bad guy, or any number of socialist propaganda, it puts the doubt of their parent’s savy in their mind. A regional Catholic school by me, teaches the students that “gay” people are born that way, and that it is okay and natural. The teens we know believe what they were taught at the school their parents are paying thousands in tuition…and they think their parents “just don’t know, they grew up differently”. Poor befuddled parents, not up to speed with new ideas…

If Christ is mentioned, our public schools instantly would become religious training camps. If a teacher wears a cross around her neck, it is a public “Establishment” of a religion!
If you are ok with prayer in the classroom, bible study groups in the lunchroom, school clubs that stand on principle for the Right to Life and against same sex marriage, and coaches that lead their teams in prayer on Friday night, I’ll be fine with a field trip to a mosque.
Now that you have set the ground rules, don’t be shocked when others try to hold you to them. You ran the smallest particle of religion out of the schools. Now that you’ve done it, you don’t get a do-over for Islam.

to paraphrase The Elector of Saxony@ 8:47 am #70:
If you are ok with prayer in the classroom 5 times a day, koran aka: “mengaji” study groups in the lunchroom, school clubs that stand on principle for the Right to Life and against same sex marriage, and coaches that lead their homicidal suicide bomb teams in prayer on Friday night, I’ll be fine with a field trip to a church or synagogue.
