Obama-Supported Kenyan Constitution Forces Sharia Law

Yesterday, it was reported that Barack Obama is illegally funding a pro-abortion referendum in Kenya.
But, it gets worse…
The Constitution Obama is supporting forces Sharia Law in the country.
Obama’s radical socialist cousin Raila Odinga is Prime Minister of Kenya.
Kathryn Jean Lopez at National Review reported:
U.S. financial and rhetorical support for this constitution has some members of Congress calling for an investigation. In a letter to inspectors general of the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), and the Government Accountability Office (GAO), Republican representatives Chris Smith of New Jersey, Darrell Issa of California, and Ileana Ros-Lehtinen of Florida raised questions about American constitutional lobbying in Kenya: “The Obama Administration’s advocacy in support of Kenya’s proposed constitution may constitute a serious violation of the Siljander Amendment and, as such, may be subject to civil and criminal penalties.”
Administration officials have denied the lobbying charge. But, as the letter points out, our ambassador to Kenya has been quoted as saying that the U.S. has given Kenya $2 million for “civic education” about the constitution, and that we’re committed to more.
“The U.S. shouldn’t be interfering with this process, and we have serious questions about why the Obama administration is promoting a constitution which allows abortion on demand and waters down protections for religious freedom,” says Rebecca Marchinda of the New York–based World Youth Alliance, which has an office in Nairobi.
And, as if the West’s exporting of its abortion license to Kenya — a nation known for a growing, enthusiastic Catholic and other Christian presence — weren’t alarming enough, the proposed constitution would also create a legal system within a legal system — codifying the strengthening of sharia by making it apply to every Muslim Kenyan. As Eric Rassbach of the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty points out, “People are subjected to these tribunals merely by virtue of what religious community they were born into, and they have no way of opting out.”
Ray Walser of the Heritage Foundation gives the Obama administration the benefit of the doubt: “I would suspect the administration is pushing the constitution package as a whole with the promise to reduce presidential power and to place constitutional safeguards against corruption.” That would take Joe Biden at his word. But the Achilles’ heel of this administration is that it is not, in the subtle words of Walser, “adverse to measures that permit space for sharia-like legal customs — for Muslim outreach/public-diplomacy purposes — and also walk back Bush-administration strictures and squeamishness on abortion issues.” It also serves as a “signal that the voice of the U.S. religious lobby is not as powerful as it believes it is.”

Under Sharia law:

· Women can be beaten

· There is no equal protection under Sharia for different classes of people. Justice is dualistic, with one set of laws for Muslim males and different laws for women and non-Muslims.
· Our Constitution is a man-made document of ignorance, jahiliyah, that must submit to Sharia
· There is no democracy, since that means that a non-Muslim is equal to a Muslim
· Non-Muslims are dhimmis, third-class citizens
· There is no Golden Rule
· There is no critical thought
· All governments must be ruled by Sharia law
Unlike common law, Sharia is not interpretive, nor can it be changed.
Of course Obama would support that.

Only days after it was clear that this action would not be met with legal challenge, Obama succeeded in passing a financial overhaul bill granting him the authority to seize healthy firms if he deemed them to be at risk, outside of normal bankruptcy procedures which exist expressly for that purpose.
For any fascist system to maintain control, “the rich” must be indebted to the state, and the poor must feel empowered by the state. Shortly after Obama was elected, he immediately targeted specific affluent persons with proposed 90 percent taxes. Although highly illegal, the effect was the same. Persons with wealth became aware that there was a man in power who would not hesitate to break the backs of the wealthy. The financial interests of the richest one percent became suddenly interwoven with Obama’s success.
And what of the poor? The poor, having lost work due to the economically destructive policies of the Obama Administration, e.g. tax increases during a recession and the wholesale banning of lucrative industries, remain utterly dependent on President Obama. The “savior” assures the poor that he “feels their pain” and talks of hard times ahead. As a result, the poor naturally link their destiny to the success of the President. By discouraging investment through higher capital gains taxes, through the virtual prohibition of “risk” in hedge fund and derivatives trading, as well as through hidden taxes associated with mandatory health insurance and the financial overhaul, Obama has created an environment where businesses cannot hire. This leaves the poor in the cold and makes government the sole source of worker empowerment.
But for an economic “savior” to be truly successful, the banks must be under his or her total control. How can a savior engineer the needed stagnation to ensure the continued vitality of a morally bankrupt administration as long as banks are independent? The financial overhaul completed this transaction. Now the banks answer directly to the White House, and can be shut down under any pretense. America got a preview of this new relationship when President Obama early threatened bankers with “pitchforks,” echoing Lenin.”

In December while christmas shopping at Big Lots they had a sale on comenerative Obama plates marked down to 2 $ from 25$ on the various network shopping channels. There is an old Jewish concept that you must never wish for another human being to commit sin and thereby damn their own soul.
The Talmud also says that we, the righteous, need to watch the way we speak, for if we get too emotional it can confuse the young and those weak in faith by making them think that we’ve lost our way, that the righteous are not really righteous.
In my tradition (Catholic), there is a prayer called the Divine Mercy chaplet, in which we pray for God to have mercy on every soul. And in a prayer that Mary is said to have given to the three visionaries at Fatima, in Portugal, we pray that Jesus will lead every soul to heaven.
In the Bible (I think it’s Ezekiel), God says that He does not want anyone to be damned, but for the wicked to REPENT and change their ways and be saved. For the only reason God even created each and every one of us is His burning passionate desire to have us WITH HIM for all eternity.
I’m not trying to get all preachy on you–and I realize you may have just been using a figure of speech–but we really do need to steer clear of wishing actual harm on people, as tempting as it is. And especially, if we have those fleeting thoughts, let’s not publish them in places such as this, where others will see them and we cannot take them back!

Odinga has already schmoozed up to the Southern Sudanese who will vote in a historic referendum in 6 months – January 2010 – the Luo are related to the Dinka tribal groups, but it’s doubtful a sharia socialist Odinga would be trusted by Sudan southerners — but who knows the dynamics between the Sudanese northerners and Odinga or Obama’s “pastor’s” idol, Ghaddafi of Libya? The northerners insist everybody loves sharia and they want unity, not split. The desire to create mayhem in the South is high.
Add in Sudan and Kenya’s shared neighbor, Uganadam, which was bombed by Somali terrorists for having Ugandan troops in Somalia.
The REGION could go volatile, not just Kenya.
We could have a corrollary of the “Obama Curse.” Obama must hate the Kenyans. They’ve had nothing but trouble since he started meddling.

Odinga was featured prominently in the recent PBS P.O.V. feature, “Good Fortune.” A sad state of poverty aid and the continued racism against “white man” in Africa regardless of intention.
