Obama's Racist Mentor Is Back in the News Bashing Jews & Whitey Again

Barack Obama’s father figure and mentor Rev. Jeremiah Wright has a history of bashing Jews and whitey.
It’s not just his sermons that are offensive. Wright also told reporters last year, “Them Jews aren’t going to let him talk to me.”
Last week in a class he teaches at the University of Chicago, Wright was out bashing whitey and Jews some more…
And, the students even earned college credits for attending his racist rant!
The New York Post reported:
He’s been keeping such a low profile since nearly derailing Barack Obama’s campaign for president in 2008 — is it possible that the controversial Rev. Jeremiah Wright has mellowed?
Hardly.
During a five-day seminar Wright taught last week at the University of Chicago, he was back at it, claiming that whites and Jews are controlling the flow of worldwide information and oppressing blacks in Israel and America.
“White folk done took this country,” Wright said. “You’re in their home, and they’re gonna let you know it.”
The course, advertised as focusing on politics and public policy in South Africa and America, was taught in a small, ground-floor room at the Chicago Theological Seminary on the university campus, where Wright’s voice echoed out an open window. The class was composed of about 15 to 20 students, mainly older African-American women who would arrive early and giddily linger during lunch breaks and after class, looking for the reverend’s attention. (The course cost a little over $1,000 if taken for college credit and $300 if taken without.)
“Not once in my conversations with him have I heard him talk about any ethnic group in derogatory terms, or treat whites with whom he interacted with anything but courtesy and respect,” Obama said.
Yet during this course — which was described as asking, “What is the response and public witness of persons of faith to ongoing developments in both countries?” — Wright made many statements about what he believes are the true aims of whites and Jews.
“You are not now, nor have you ever been, nor will you ever be a brother to white folk,” he said. “And if you do not realize that, you are in serious trouble.”
He cited the writings of Bill Jones — author of the book “Is God a White Racist?” — as proof that white people cannot be trusted. “Bill said, ‘They just killed four of their own at Kent State. They’ll step on you like a cockroach and keep on movin’, cause you not a brother to them.’ ”
Wright referred to Italians as “Mamma Luigi” and “pizzeria.” He said the educational system in America is designed by whites to miseducate blacks “not by benign neglect but by malignant intent.”

I attended and finished Public School in Bed Sty Brooklyn, NY. The individuals who wanted to attend school did so. And, the others did not. It had nothing to do with race. Blacks and Whites attended, Blacks and Whites did not attend. As usual, Obama’s God Father of Soul, is full of it.

Liz, whether you care what he says is irrelevant as long as other people do care and actually pay money to hear it. He is planting racial hatred and resentment in the minds of black Americans, and he certainly is not the only one who is doing so.
What he says is relevant too because we have to assume that the current ruler of our country shares his thinking to degree.
There are different ways to parse “Not once in my conversations with him have I heard …” Strictly speaking, “not once” could mean “more than once” or “many times” (as in Michael Moore’s not owning “a single stock”). Or, we could focus on the phrase “in my conversations with him”: Surely there are topics that B. Hussein heard from the pulpit that were not brought up “in conversations.”

The fact a prestigious institution like the University of Chicago let this racist, Jew-hating know-nothing charlatan rant away at a lectern under the pretense it’s a class with some kind of educational value, shows you how bad things are with our universities. I take offense at your blanket assumption. I was born and raised in the Chicago area, and I’m not a racist pig like the Rev. Wrong.
Many of my family still live in the area. My siblings are successful, hard-working professionals with good families. My brother-in-law re-enlisted in 2001 at age 43 and did FOUR tours for our country. My cousin, a former Northwestern Univ. football player, is today an Army surgeon in Iraq. My late father was an Air Force veteran; and his father was a WWI and WWII vet.
So take your blanket assumptions and put them in one of your orifices.

If the students don’t want to learn, they won’t learn. No one is being held back, if anything minorities are treated better in schools. They get bilingual teachers, they get preferential treatment so they can pass.

However, in my inarticulate manner, I actually was referring to the minority population who allow their children to be exposed to a mentality,expressed by Wright and others,that does their school children,as well as others, an injustice,places them in danger, and keeps them beholden to a system that is failing badly.These parents are the folks who should reconsider raising their children in such a hateful atmosphere.

I’ve been reading David Horowitz’ collection of essays, “Left Illusions.” Very very enlightening about the Leftist movement in America. He was a bona fide red diaper baby, turned conservative when the immorality and evil of the Left became clear to him and hit him personally.
In any case, in one essay penned well before Obama hit the scene, he describes and names players of the Left with its collection of issues that are anti-American, anti-white, anti-corporate and so forth. Convinced that America was racist and imperialist. Bernardine Dohrn and Bill Ayers were prominently noted of course. Most of these folks, the white Leftists, were privileged kids, interestingly. Also, the movement spelled “Amerikkka” as Rev Wright does. He did not invent it, but we see where he comes from. It’s dangerous.
Relatedly, I happened across a Bill Kunstler bio on PBS. I watched but a couple of minutes. I could not take it. A daughter’s voice over photos said with confidence and justness that their dad taught them that every white person was racist. They seem to believe that. Sigh.

Here in my small town in MA, we have a milder form of Rev. Wright preaching in our catholic church. Even on Christmas the priest found time to attack and bash the USA….and I thought I was safe from his vile behavior on Christ’s birthday!
