Senator Barbara Boxer begged supporters this weekend to “get as excited as the tea party people are.” The Washington Times reported:
That’s not what she said in August. Back in the fall Boxer said the tea party protesters were too well dressed to be authentic.
But that was before the liberal California senator witnessed the tea party excitement in person. Hundreds of tea party patriotsgreeted her at one of her book signings last fall after she refused to meet with her constituents to discuss the dem’s nationalized health care bill.
