Barbara Boxer Begs Supporters: "Get As Excited As the Tea Party People Are" (Video) -Updated

Senator Barbara Boxer begged supporters this weekend to “get as excited as the tea party people are.”
The Washington Times reported:
That’s not what she said in August. Back in the fall Boxer said the tea party protesters were too well dressed to be authentic.
But that was before the liberal California senator witnessed the tea party excitement in person. Hundreds of tea party patriots greeted her at one of her book signings last fall after she refused to meet with her constituents to discuss the dem’s nationalized health care bill.

It took them 30 years to get back in power and 12 months to destroy their party in the eyes of the majority of the American people. [The 85-13 vote against a VAT was nonbinding, but it did put one chamber of Congress on record in opposition to adding the new tax just weeks before the first meeting of President Obama's debt commission, which is supposed to report back this year on how to bring the country's finances under control.
Six senators are part of that commission, and all six voted against a VAT, a type of consumption tax that's been adopted in Europe.[.]
