What is doubly ridiculous about this notion in this context is that Obama has been insulting and angering the British repeatedly.

Dusty(#23) is right. She is a loon, but she’s a smart loon. I live across the street from NASA in Houston and her posters are all over the neighborhood and surrounding area, promising to work to restart the Space Program.
If you went by nothing but the posters, she would seem normal and legit. This whole area is in an uproar over the defunding; she took advantage of that.
