How to clear cookies

We’ve recently upgraded our website, and in the course of doing so, some of our subscribers are now seeing advertisements. A benefit of being a subscriber is an ad-free experience, being able to read through the website with minimal distraction. If you are a subscriber, and are seeing ads, we have a solution for you.

In order to fix this issue, you’ll need to remove cookies (or clear browsing data). This is how you delete those cookies, depending on the browser you’re using:

You may have to log out first, or even go through the process of logging in and logging out and clearing cookies a time or two. It might even help to restart your browser or reboot your computer. Yes, you’re right, this is a hassle. But we want you to enjoy the ad-free experience available only to subscribers, and this is, regrettably, the only way to make that happen.
