President Trump delivered remarks in Grand Island, Nebraska, on Monday, and the crowd began chanting “four more years” as Trump was trolling the left for already celebrating his name not being on the ballot in 2028.
The crowd in ruby red Nebraska was fired up on Monday.
As Trump trolled the Democrats for praising God that he won’t be on the ballot in 2028, the chants broke out.
“You know they had a certain Congress who were pretty well known on television last week, two weeks ago actually, and he said, ‘Thank God we don’t have to run against that guy anymore.’ He was a Democrat. He said, ‘I don’t know, but I — look, I cannot stand him. Thank God we don’t have to run against him anymore,” Trump said, and immediately someone in the crowd shouted, “Four more years!”
“What timing! Who was that? Raise your hand that said that. Somebody shouted four more years,” Trump laughed as the whole crowd broke out, chanting the phrase!
“This is not what they wanted. What great timing! That’s what great — to think of that. ‘Thank God we don’t have to run against that guy anymore,’ and somebody shouts out ‘four more years.’”
He continued, “Oh, they’d go crazy. You know we have a hat that says ‘Four More Years.’ Another one, ‘Trump 2028.’ And the radical left is going, ‘no, no, I’m telling you, he’s not going to leave. He’s not leaving! He’s going to run. No, we can’t do this.’”
“We’ve driven them crazy. They’re sick individuals, Trump deranged, and now we’re on the cusp of beating the communist, socialists, radicalized lunatics and villains once and for all. We’re going to beat them big,” Trump said.
Trump went on to slam the radical left as “sickos” and “people that hate America,” arguing that this midterm election is the “most important.”
“I’m asking you to do me one favor: pretend I’m on the ballot, please. We got to go and win this. We got to win it,” he said.
“It could all be taken away if you start losing a couple of little elections; It’s all gone. All of your tax cuts will be— your taxes will be double, triple, you’ll end up in a depression. You’ll end up in a depression with these people.”
