Angel mother Elizabeth Carter confronted the Indian illegal truckdriver who killed her son and his newlywed wife in a highway crash.
As Cristina Laila at The Gateway Pundit reported earlier, Rajinder Kumar came into the US illegally. He was driving a semi-truck when he killed the young newlyweds.
BREAKING: I’m told by a senior ICE source that the semi truck driver arrested in a deadly crash in Washington state yesterday is an Indian illegal alien who was caught and released at the Border by the Biden admin.
I’m told that 25-year-old KAMALPREET SINGH was arrested by U.S. Border Patrol in Lukeville, AZ after crossing illegally into the U.S. on 12/24/2023, but he was released into the U.S.
SINGH is now facing charges for vehicular homicide after he allegedly crashed into the back of a vehicle on SR 167 in WA, crushing it between another truck, and killing 29 year old Robert B. Pearson.
I’m told ICE has placed a detainer with him on local law enforcement in King County, WA.
NOTE: SINGH is not believed to have any relation to two other Indian illegal alien truck drivers with the same last name who are facing their own charges for killing people in crashes in CA (Jashanpreet Singh) and FL (Harjinder Singh).

The grieving mother confronted her son’s killer this week.
Elizabeth Carter: Hello, Mr. Kumar. My name is Elizabeth Carter. I’m— I’m William Michael Carter’s mother. And I wanted you to know that I’m praying for you and your family. I know you didn’t get up that morning planning to go kill two newlyweds. And I know your family is going through something important too. I’m sorry.

A grieving angel mom comes face-to-face with the truck driver accused of killing her son and his newlywed wife in an Oregon crash, and instead of confronting him with anger, she extends an unexpected olive branch.
"I pray for you and your family," Elizabeth Carter tells Rajinder Kumar, who struggles to make eye contact as she speaks to him inside an ICE vehicle.
Carter tells Kumar she knows he didn’t wake up that morning intending to kill two newlyweds, while acknowledging that his family is going through a difficult time, too.
Kumar, an Indian national who entered the U.S. illegally, faces two counts of first-degree manslaughter and three counts of recklessly endangering another person in connection with the November 2025 crash.
ICE says Kumar was previously released from local custody despite an immigration detainer before federal agents arrested him and transferred him to Oregon state custody to face charges.
