Attorney General Todd Blanche released an explosive report on Monday exposing former AG Merrick Garland’s weaponization against parents of school children.
The title itself should send a chill down your spine. This is something straight out of the Marxist handbook!

Todd Blanche: Five years ago, Attorney General Merrick Garland issued an infamous memorandum at the urging of the National School Boards Association and White House officials, directing the FBI and United States Attorneys to consider looking for a federal hook to prosecute parents exercising their right to free speech.
Today, we are releasing the “Report to Expose the Weaponization of Government Against Parents in Schools” which details Weaponization of the Department against these parents — from attempting to get the National Security Division involved to ignoring repeated warnings from employees that leadership’s actions could be unconstitutional.
Along with the report, we’ve released hundreds of exhibits and emails that make official and verify what many Americans had guessed: the Garland DOJ worked hand in hand with WH officials and the National School Boards Association to chill free speech and parental rights while they threatened to prosecute parents and label them domestic terrorists.

The report is 273 pages long including 250 pages of exhibits and emails that confirm Attorney General Merrick Garland worked with the Biden White House to chill free speech and parents rights.
In January 2025, President Donald J. Trump issued Executive Order 14147, Ending the Weaponization of the Federal Government, which established “the policy of the United States to identify and take appropriate action to correct past misconduct by the Federal Government related to the weaponization of law enforcement and.. the Intelligence Community.
The report reveals that the National School Board Association (NSBA) reached out to the Biden regime to create talking points to push back against critics of transgender policy and critical race theory.
The NSBA labeled these parents “domestic terrorists” for not backing their perverse and hateful agenda.
The NSBA also demanded that these parents be arrested and prosecuted!
The National School Boards Association (“NSBA”) has admitted that it was coordinating with the Department of Education in July 2021 to provide “talking points and push back on critics regarding critical race theory (“CRT”) and transgender policies that are creating ‘hostile situations for school board members.’”10 On September 29, 2021, the NSBA sent a letter to President Biden (“NSBA Letter”) describing these parents as participating in “domestic terrorism” and requested that the federal government arrest, prosecute, and incarcerate them.11 Within weeks, and amid substantial public backlash, the NSBA’s Board of Directors apologized “for the letter,” and acknowledged there “was no justification for some of the language included in” it.
