President Trump on Tuesday previewed this week’s RNC convention and confirmed that he will deliver a speech on both nights of the convention alongside Republican candidates in “tight Races.”
“The Republican National Convention, tomorrow night in Dallas, is really ‘HOT!’ The American Airlines Center, home to the Dallas Mavericks, is totally sold out!” Trump said. “Everybody wants to be there, but we’re really asking only those Candidates that are in tight Races, a little up, a little down, or even, to speak. We want to save the ‘stage’ for them.”
Trump announced in July that the Republican National Committee would hold the first-ever RNC midterm convention on September 9 and 10 in Dallas.
Trump confirmed that he will deliver the keynote address on Wednesday night and another speech on Thursday.
“’ll be speaking tomorrow night, and “closing it out” on Thursday,” the President said in a Tuesday Truth Social post.

Vice President JD Vance is also delivering the keynote address on Thursday. Several other members of the Trump administration will also deliver keynote addresses.
Notably absent from the speaker list is RINO Senate Majority Leader John Thune.
