On Friday night dirty DC Judge Tim Kelly dropped all seditious conspiracy charges against high-ranking members of the Proud Boys members.
Politico reported Judge Kelly “reluctantly” dropped the bogus seditious conspiracy charges.
As The Gateway Pundit has reported numerous times in the past five years, the Biden regime brought the charges against the Proud Boys without any evidence except for the document the FBI planted in a Proud Boys chat group that was never read and never opened.
In May, the Trump Department of Justice moved to dismiss the seditious conspiracy charges against the Proud Boys for their actions on January 6, 2021.
This was long overdue.

As The Gateway Pundit has reported previously, the Biden Regime, Democrats, and the legacy media OPENLY LIED to the American public to create an entire narrative on January 6, 2021, that was completely false. These wicked people did not care about the hundreds of patriotic Americans and their families they ruined following the January 6 Fedsurrection where we NOW KNOW that at least 274 FBI agents had infiltrated the protests that day.
They all knew it was false but ran with it anyway.
The Gateway Pundit ran a clip in February 2025 detailing how the deceitful men and women of the Biden DOJ attempted to pressure Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio to lie in order to get President Trump. To his credit, Enrique refused to play a part in their evil scheme so they sentenced him to 22 years in prison by DC kangaroo court.
If that was not bad enough – the ONLY EVIDENCE the DOJ was able to produce to indict the Proud Boys was a document titled “1776 Returns” that was written by the FBI and then inserted into the Proud Boy’s chat group to indict the pro-Trump group.
This continues to show the depths the Biden DOJ would go in order to indict Trump and destroy the lives of hundreds of his supporters.
On Friday Judge Tim Kelly reluctantly granted the Justice Department motion to drop the case. Kelly concluded he had no power to second-guess prosecutors once they decided to abandon it.
What a jerk.
Politico reported:
“In light of fundamental separation of powers principles … the proper course here is for the Court simply to grant the motion in full,” Kelly concluded, dismissing the case “with prejudice,” which means a future Justice Department is barred from revisiting the charges.
“No one should mistake the Court’s granting of the Government’s motion for its agreement with those decisions,” the judge added.
Kelly’s decision on Friday, ends one of the last lingering loose ends from the January 6, 2021 Fedsurrection, a protest that left four Trump supporters dead and several hundred injured in the illegal police force that day.
Former Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio, who was not even in Washington DC on January 6, 2021 but was charged anyway, celebrated the news Friday night on X.
