BREAKING: Senior Prosecutor in the Eastern District of Virginia Refuses to Charge Corrupt NY Attorney General Letitia James

Deep State prosecutors in the Eastern District of Virginia are leaking again – this time they are trying to defend Letitia James.

A top prosecutor in the Eastern District of Virginia is refusing to charge corrupt New York Letitia James.

According to MSNBC, Elizabeth Yusi, a senior prosecutor who oversees criminal cases in the Norfolk office, is claiming there is ‘no probable cause’ that Letitia James committed mortgage fraud.

TGP has extensively and exclusively reported on Letitia James’ mortgage fraud via Joel Gilbert:

The Trump Administration recently criminally referred New York Attorney General Letitia James to the Justice Department over accusations of mortgage fraud.

Earlier Monday morning, Joel Gilbert wrote, “Why isn’t the Department of Justice prosecuting Letitia James for mortgage fraud?”

Later Monday, MSNBC reported that Elizabeth Yusi is shielding Letitia James from prosecution.

Yusi will reportedly tell Acting US Attorney Lindsey Halligan sometime this month that there is no evidence to charge James.

MSNBC reported:

A top prosecutor in Virginia has informed colleagues she plans to decline to seek charges against New York Attorney General Letitia James, resisting intense pressure from , according to two people familiar with her discussions.

Elizabeth Yusi, who oversees major criminal prosecutions in the Norfolk office of the Eastern District of Virginia, has confided to co-workers that she sees no probable cause to believe James engaged in mortgage fraud, the two sources told MSNBC. Yusi plans to present her conclusion to the president’s new acting U.S. attorney, Lindsey Halligan, in the coming weeks, they said.

Prosecutors in the Eastern District are now bracing for Yusi to be fired for her own resistance to try a case that many lawyers have said lacks sufficient evidence, according to the two people.

The Justice Department is cleaning house as Deep State prosecutors in the Eastern District of Virginia ‘resist’ Trump and leak to the stenographers in the mainstream media.

Last week, another high-ranking prosecutor in the Eastern District of Virginia was fired.

Last month, fired Erik Siebert as the US Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia because he refused to bring charges against Letitia James, Comey, Schiff, and others.

Shortly after Siebert’s firing, Lindsey Halligan, the new Acting US Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, indicted former FBI Director James Comey.

The Justice Department fired high-ranking prosecutor Maya Song after top national security prosecutor Michael Ben’Ary was axed.

Michael Ben’Ary whined in a letter to colleagues after he was fired and encouraged them to continue to defy Trump appointees.

Yusi is reportedly on the chopping block now.
