Trump Revokes Security Clearance for Paul Weiss Law Firm

Attorney Mark Pomerantz – screen grab

President Donald Trump has once again taken decisive action against the entrenched forces of corruption that have weaponized America’s legal system against conservatives.

Trump signed an executive order that officially cuts off the notorious global law firm Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP from federal contracts and security clearances.

The order cites the firm’s deep ties to politically motivated prosecutions, radical left-wing discrimination policies, and its attempts to undermine American democracy.

Paul Weiss isn’t some random target—it’s a poster child for everything conservatives despise about the legal swamp. The firm’s rap sheet, as laid out in the order, reads like a laundry list of anti-American offenses.

Back in 2021, a Paul Weiss partner—fresh off Robert Mueller’s partisan witch hunt—spearheaded a pro bono lawsuit against patriots tied to the January 6 Capitol events.

Then there’s Hillary Clinton’s lawyer Mark Pomerantz, the unethical attorney Paul Weiss welcomed with open arms in 2022.

Pomerantz, who briefly ditched the firm to join Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg’s office, was obsessed with manufacturing a case against Trump —only to return after failing to convince even Alvin Bragg to move forward with their sham charges.

It can be recalled that Mark Pomerantz was forced to invoke his 5th Amendment right against self-incrimination when asked, under oath, if he violated the law during his investigation to get President Trump.

Pomerantz, a former senior prosecutor on the Manhattan DA’s team investigating Trump, resigned in protest after District Attorney Alvin Bragg ended the investigation.

Pomerantz testified before the House Judiciary Committee in May 2023 and pleaded the 5th when asked under oath if he violated the law to get Trump.

Trump’s order doesn’t mince words: Pomerantz “unethically led witnesses” to frame an innocent man.

Now, Paul Weiss is paying the price for harboring this legal hitman.

And if that weren’t enough, Paul Weiss has been caught red-handed discriminating against its own employees based on race and sex—ironic for a firm that preaches “equity.”

The order slams these so-called DEI policies as blatant violations of civil rights laws, a stance that’s sure to resonate with conservatives fed up with corporate virtue signaling.

The executive order effectively blocks Paul Weiss from receiving taxpayer dollars, accessing government resources, and holding security clearances.

It mandates an immediate review of all federal contracts linked to Paul Weiss and its affiliates, requiring agencies to sever ties with the firm wherever possible.

The order’s Security Clearance Review provision strips Paul Weiss attorneys of any privileged access to national security information, recognizing that their activities represent a direct threat to the interests of the United States.

Furthermore, federal employees are now barred from hiring Paul Weiss lawyers into government roles without special waivers.
